Die Gastgeber sind im wahresten Sinn des Wortes Gastgeber und leben ih wunderbares Hotel auch wirklich. Die Damen sidn super freundlich und die Zimmer sind extravagant, sauber und anders als gewohnt in hoher Qualität mitten in der Stadt. Herzlichen Dank

This is the most beautiful hotel in a very beautiful town. I have been on the road for four weeks now and this is the best hotel. The staff are amazing and the rooms are lovely. Gorgeous linens and a comfy bed. Nothing is too much trouble for the fabulous staff. It’s just five minutes walk to the historic part of town and ten minutes to the station. Narbonne is beautiful and Hôtel mosaique is the best place to enjoy it. Narbonne is a great location to visit surrounding villages and towns. Fabulous!!!

We picked this hotel based on other reviews on trip advisor. The hotel building per se is fantastic . An old French style mansion all perfectly renovated watching every single detail. The reception was perfect and they accommodated all our needs to the point. The staff was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and you could tell they liked working there.the room spacious impecable. The bed super comfortable and the bathroom very nice. They have a restaurant on site and we are there twice and the food was also excellent. My fish cooked to perfection and the service excellent also. We will stay here again if we come back to this part of France because we felt like at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Narbonne and it’s surroundings. By the was we had a car and we found parking on the street every night in front of the hotel for free with no problem and they kept our bikes inside the premises secured , in case you travel with bikes

This high end hotel is located in the historic section of Narbonne with easy access to all the sightseeing attractions. It is an old attractive building with a small garden and a restaurant on the ground floor. Our room was large with a king bed high ceilings and stained glass windows. The bath room was well equipped but quite small. The staff was professional and friendly. On the negative side the overpriced breakfast was a complete disappointment with very minimal options and unacceptable offerings such as poor quality juices, stingy quantity of pastries, lukewarm teas, no fresh fruit, no cheeses and so on. A hotel in that high end bracket should provide a proper buffet breakfast as most of their competitors do.

Stayed in this hotel in low season. The welcome was nice and friendly. The manager spoke English and showed us the room with the mosaique windows. The room was warm furnished, free mineral water and soft drinks in the fridge. Cause of low season there was not any decent restaurant opened in the area, the manager called a few local bars if they could welcome us for diner. Very appreciated ! A lot of local "commerce" was closed, Les Halles also closed while they should be open till 12 am. Think that Narbonne with the Midi canal crossing the town center should be fenomenal in the summer with the restaurants opened and terraces crowded with people. Next visit in the summer !

This is a wonderful family-run hotel with an excellent restaurant. The rooms are well appointed clean, there is also a nice little pool. Francisco and his team were welcoming and helpful. Le Mosaique is within walking distance of restaurants, galleries and historic Roman sites. The train station is also a reasonable walk in nice weather.
