Especially not when the hotel is advertising with their excellent bed quality and even offers to buy the beds with a brochure placed in the bedroom. What a laugh we had... We discovered late at night once in the bed about the bedstate (we came back from going out) so we didnt want to go to the desk again and change rooms. Wish we did in the end because we both slept very bad and woke up tired with backpains (which I dont have anymore since a long time now). By checking out I was asked about my experience so I gave my opinion. (which I would have done anyway). I was asked why I didnt tell about it straight away so I explained we went out etc and said that these beds are just unacceptable and therefor I ask at least part of our money back. Just be realistic: in a hotel the bed is one of the most important aspects of a stay. She couldnt refund anything she said. I asked for her manager for which she replied that she was the manager. I still had to wait and saw her talking to another employee which I think is real manager (lying) . After she offered an upgrade for my next stay which will ofcourse not take place. Since no refund would take place I told her I will write a review instead. Not for not getting a refund, but for the fact that this unacceptable fact was not compensated by my satisfaction. To be honest I dont see any other way they could have compensated other than making a refund anyway. Good luck with your policies and bad beds. I hope people serve themselves better than choosing your fletcher hotel.

Stayed for four nights Lovely room with everything needed for our stay, good use of the space re “wardrobe” for hanging up clothes. Loved the shower and that there were two options. The walk in aspect was ideal for those with mobility issues. The breakfast options were fab especially the sugar bread and marzipan bread. Evening meals were also reasonable especially after a long journey. Overall the staff were lovely from the kitchen to the reception.

Insgesamt ist es sehr gut, die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt 352 nach Wageningen und Arnhem, und der Rhein ist wunderschön, wenn Sie ausgehen. Der Service ist sehr warm und das Frühstück ist sehr teuer ... 16-17 Euro. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es im Ausland keine Einwegausrüstung gibt und Sie Ihre eigenen Hausschuhe und Zahnbürsten mitnehmen müssen.

High-quality Hotel. Die großen Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind neu und der Wohnbereich ist sehr komfortabel. Die Rezeption ist sehr gut. Da im Hotel nicht immer verschiedene Aktivitäten stattfinden, kommen die Menschen mehr zu. Ich weiß nicht, warum die Hochzeits-Radio im Zimmer der Morgenstunde plötzlich sehr laut ausgestrahlt wird, kann der Schall nicht hören und wurde dreimal ausgestrahlt. Die Gäste des Ladens parken kostenlos.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, eine Bahnhof direkt außerhalb der Tür. Allerdings hatten wir unsere Fahrräder mit uns gebracht und das Stadtzentrum Nijmegen war eine einfache 15 Minuten Fahrt über die Brücke. Das Hotel mietet auch Fahrräder. Service war überall ausgezeichnet. Es gibt ein Wellnesszentrum mit Sauna, Dampfraum, Entspannungsbereich und Duschen. Wir haben es mehrere Male verwendet und wartezeit es war sehr sauber. Es gibt auch ein Fitnessraum. Mein Mann hatte auch eine Massage und die Dame Sima war ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlen. Ein Schrei an den Omelettenkoch, er war sehr freundlich, energisch und machte wunderbare Omeletten. Es war extrem besetzt auf Sat zum Frühstück und wir waren erstaunt, wie gut er alle Bestellungen behandelt hat. Wir hatten ein Eckeszimmer im 13. Stock mit beeindruckender Aussicht auf die Nijmegen Skyline. Zimmer war ein Sound-Bett und hatte ausgezeichnete Betten. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal auf einer leicht zu findenden Lage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sind gut. Gutes Restaurant mit einer Vielzahl von Menükarten, aber zu empfehlen ist das Überraschungsmenü des Chefs. Frühstück war auch gut, aber durch die Corona-Regeln nicht zu erweitert und kein Buffet, sondern gut mit Bedienung gelöst. Thermen Berendonck ist nahe und mit einer Sauna-Arrangement des Hotels haben Sie einen guten Deal zu nehmen, also sicherlich wert.
