"Ich kann kaum in Worte fassen was ich hier erleben durfte.. Ich habe Monate zuvor dieses agroturismo für meinen 50 Geburtstag ausgewählt.. lange Korrespondenz mit Mr. Massimo (vielen Dank nochmal für alles) ohne Zögern ist er auf meine Wünsche eingegangen.. wir haben von vorne auch das Menü für meine Gäste ausgewählt ich wollte das alles perfekt wird und es wurde viel mehr als nur perfekt… Das Personal war unfassbar toll und zuvorkommend.. wir waren 22 bunt gemischte Truppe und wir konnten feiern, uns ausruhen und ganz toll essen.. Ich kann einfach keine Worte finden.. der Ort ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer, und wir hatten viele sind alle top top mehr geht nicht!! Aber das Personal toppt einfach alles… ich habe schon da gesagt es kann toll sein und luxuriös aber wenn das Personal nicht nett ist dann fällt alles ins Wasser.. Ich kann hier nur nochmal sagen danke für alles!! Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.. Der Ort, die Umgebung das Personal, das Essen alles alles einfach spitze!!! Danke danke danke…"

"Wir haben in diesem B&B eine Nacht für eine Hochzeit in Villa Rigoletto (7min mit dem bequemen Auto) verbracht. Sehr sauber, komfortabel, ruhig, sehr große Zimmer und Badezimmer mit allem, was nötig ist. Liebe Gastgeber und verfügbar. Frühstück nicht vor Ort, sondern in Bars im Duomo Platz, wenige Autominuten, aber es ist es wert, wirklich sehr gut (Ausgezeichnete Auswahl der Bar)."

"Let's not joke about serious matters!!!! It's true, I wasn't expecting a luxurious place; after all, I just needed a place to go to Etnaland, but I certainly didn't expect my family to camp in a container that met every hygiene and safety standard. Not even the basics. Everything was dirty, from the shower rod that was held up by a wire attached to the roof, to the curtains hung with cable ties. We were four families, and we ran out of water while we were showering. When we complained, they told us (with arrogance and ignorance) that the problem was the temperature of the air conditioning. But it was our mistake; as soon as we realized we had to walk with our phone flashlight to see where to put our feet in the undergrowth, we immediately had to ask for our money back. But for the sake of the children who had the park in front of them, we tried to adapt by using our beach towels as sheets. Also, if you have pets, please note that they are not allowed, with the sole exception of their large dog, who roams around undisturbed, occasionally scratching himself under the table, even while you're having breakfast! It's a real shame; the property is promising, but management needs to be reconsidered. I'd like to point out to the owners that, regardless of how much we pay, at least the cleaning needs to be done; those rooms are for people to sleep in, not animals. Oh, and I forgot, if you want to chat in the evening, be aware that the caretaker/owner will kick you out because, he says, you can't stay by the pool after 6:00 PM because we're not insured! So, run away!"
