The hotel is out in the middle is no where which would he fine it wasn't for the atrocious dangerous road there it's 20km from town , but actually takes you twice as long because of the road.( Come with a high ground clearance vehicle or you'll regret it). There's no network coverage for MTN at all so you'll be there and be unavailable to the outside world except for watsap via wifi. Make sure you buy all your snacks in town as there is nos shop or vending machine there. My room had vomit on the floor 303 so that means it was never cleaned. The food is way way below average which is shocking considering the fact that you are basically forced it to eat there because it's so far out and the price of R300 for dinner and only 1 desert malva pudding only. The breakfast is really bad I suggest people don't pay for it rather check out and go to spur . The hotel itself is very beautifully designed the view of the mountain is very nice, and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. There are no activities to keep you entertained, all in all I am glad I only stayed one night there because I will definitely never go back there again shame.

Wir suchten eine Unterkunft von 1 Nacht auf halbe Straße zwischen Nord Drakensburg (Witsiehoek) und Süd Kruger (Nkomazi) und kamen über die Gray Goose Game Lodge. Das, was unsere Aufmerksamkeit erhielt, waren die modernen Superior Suite Zimmer und die Möglichkeit, einen Spaziergang Safari zu machen. Wir kamen um 12 Uhr an und erhielten die Karte des Spaziergangssafaris, die wir planen, wenn unser Zimmer nicht bereit war. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und effizient. Flip hat uns einen guten Überblick über den Safari-Wandern gegeben. Wir gingen mit der Karte in der Hand und direkt gegen den Park gab es eine Sammlung von Grey Geese, so dass es ein guter Anfang war (und offensichtlich eine obligatorische Sicht angesichts des Namens der Unterkunft) Aber wir sahen keine anderen Tiere etwa 20 Minuten danach. Dann sahen wir nach dem Überqueren eines Ringes eine große Sammlung von Büffel, Zebra und Bleibchen. Der Weg ging um die Außenseite, wo sie versammelt wurden, und wir nehmen an, dass die Tiere von dem Weg als allgemeine Regel weghalten. Es waren große Teile des Waldes, wo das Wild abwesend war und dann würden Sie eine andere Gruppe von Tieren treffen. Wir sahen mehr Gruppen von Springbok und Blessbok und dann die Highlight ... diese 2 verrückten Lady-Ostere. Sie waren im Nordwesten und sobald die Ostere uns sahen, sie liefen nach Osten. Aber an diesem Punkt ging der Weg nach Osten, so 5 Minuten später waren wir auf den Oströhren, so dass sie dann über den Westen gefahren. Aber vermuten Sie, wo der Weg dann kam, yup, west und wieder waren wir auf den Oströhren. Als der Pfad zig-zagged die Ostere versuchten immer, wegzuschnell zu gehen, aber nur zum nächsten Punkt auf dem Weg. Es war ziemlich lustig und zum sechsten Mal trafen wir sie zu müde, um wegzuschnell zu kommen, so dass wir die guten Fotos bekommen. Sie würden denken, die Ostere hätten die Route der Straße bis jetzt ausgearbeitet, aber vielleicht ist es wichtiger, um sich zu bewegen! Nach dem Spaziergang haben wir die Schlüssel zur Superior Suite. Die Suite war mit Bauarbeiten versehen, da sie alle Zimmer renovieren scheinen. Das Zimmer, das wir zugewiesen haben, war schön mit einem großen Bett und einem schönen Badezimmer eingerichtet. Das Bad hatte überall rote Petale, die ein Touch über dem Oberteil, aber eine nette Geste, egal. Wir liefen das Bad, aber das Wasser kam mit Schmutz in es heraus. Wir erwarten, dass dies eine vorübergehende Frage ist, da die Arbeiter direkt draußen arbeiteten. Ein paar Verbesserungen würden helfen ... Zusätzlich zu dem Sofa einen Stuhl mit einem kleinen Kaffeetisch. Auch eine Form von Heizung im Badezimmer, da es am 31. August sehr kalt war. Das größte, das unten gelegt wurde, war das Restaurant. Es braucht wirklich Dekoration und sieht mehr wie ein Nachdenken aus. Sehr unzuladen und wirklich kalt. Das Essen am Abend war grundsätzlich, aber nett. Das Frühstück war auch fehlend. Sehr wenige Optionen und das schlimmste, das wir in 3 Wochen in Südafrika hatten. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt und vor allem die 2 verrückten Lady Ostrikes!
