Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Our family recently enjoyed a day trip to Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a planned family get-together, thanks in part to Mr. Praveen Chaudhary's assistance. The friendly staff warmly greeted us, and Mr. Praveen ensured our day went smoothly. We loved the buggy ride showcasing the beautiful resort and the private dining space arranged for our relative's birthday, complete with welcome drinks and a beautiful cake. We booked side-by-side rooms with stunning lake views. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included lunch buffet offered a delicious and diverse spread. We highly recommend Sterling Lake Palace Alleppey for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

A good property with excellent service standards. Food was good with lots of options, special thanks to Sangeeta and Jayshree. Would also like to mention Mr. Jatin Choudhary for taking care of our special food requests. Good water sports activities. Overall the family had an excellent time. A big appreciation for Mr. Alush, for making our stay more luxurious and taking care of finer details.... Would definitely visit again... keep up the good work guys....

Great property, good food and amazing hospitality. Loved the resort, definitely a must go in Alleppey. They have multiple water sports activities as well as recreational activities inside the resort. Have good and tasty food variety also in the restaurant.

The place was very nice. Second, the restaurant service was kind and fast, they explained me so clear somethings about the menu. Also, the food arrived really fast and the Sr.staff Praveen, walked to my table to give my food.I felt so special! Thank you

One of the best sterling resort to explore. Though the climate was hot there was a lot of activities to relish and cherish within the resort. Best part is their Sunset cruise, swimming pool amongst the lake, fishing, pedal boating, indoor games, lake view . Hospitality is the special thing to mention. The restaurant ***ager Mr.Praveen took special care to curate our dishes per our taste. Special thanks to him! Overall a great stay at Sterling Alleppey :)

The location is the best part about this resort. You can reach via road and also via the back waters. This was a very different experience reaching the resort via back waters. The place is really nice and the rooms are also good. The food is tasty and staff is friendly. I felt the lightings were little low and maybe that's what gives the resort a nice feel to it. But I would suggest little more lighting in the resort after sun set would be better.

Rooms were amazing! Food was also good . The whole place was maintained very well. My family visited to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff in all depar**ents were very accommodating. The restaurant staff - praveen, sangeeta and alam helped me celebrate my husband's birthday beautifully!!!
