Wir haben im Regina vier Tage auf einer einmonatigen Tour mit dem Auto durch Frankreich verbracht. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Stadt Biarritz mit dem schnell erreichbare Plage du Miramar (schöner breiter Strand - aber an der Promenade keine Bars oder Cafés) und ebenso fußläufig zu den sehr weitläufigen Stränden von Anglet (nach Norden), die auch sehr schön und breit sind aber eine viel schönere Atmosphäre hinsichtlich Bars, Cafés und Restaurants aufweisen als Biarritz. Man kann dort etwa 6 km am Strand oder auf dem sehr guten Weg am Strand laufen. Das Hotel ist ein imposanter Bau aus der Belle Époque, insbesondere mit der riesigen Hotelhalle mit Glasdach. An der Fassade nagt der Atlantik. Der Pool ist schön aber wie die Restaurantterrasse an der Straße gelegen und insofern weniger einladend - aber es gibt ja die Strände wie oben beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Betten sind bequem und ausreichend breit. Der Zimmerservice ist hervorragend. Der Check-In und Out ist sehr gut und professionell. Der Concierge ist erstklassig und hilft beim Gepäck. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes - der Service dort ist gut. Insgesamt zu empfehlen

This should not be rated as four star The Good: Excellent breakfast - but pricey. Location with beach within 5 minutes walk and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Bad: Understaffed - only one person ever visible. Online check-in does not work - they still request a card guarantee There is no bar or restaurant or room service - a must for a four star hotel The rooms are tiny - even the so called 'privilege' rooms can only just take a king size bed Unless you are on the higher floors there is no beach or sea view. If you have a rear room, you overlook a carpark. There are only 2 lifts and no accessible stairs (fire door access only) and one was not working when I was there. It is very expensive for what you get. My advice is to look else where, check that the room size and hotel facilities are what you are looking for. There much better value hotels out there, even in and around Biarritz.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, wie Einige meiner Reisegenossen auch, doch ich bekam ein riesiges Familienzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, das regulär 509,- € pro Nacht kostet ohne Frühstück. Die Aussicht ging direkt aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung war chic und hochmodern. Auf der Dachterrasse befand sich der beheitzte Pool und man hatte einen Blick über die ganze Stadt und das Meer bis zur Villa Belza und den Leuchtturm. Das Restaurant war nur zu den Essenszeiten über den Aufzug Ebene M erreichbar und die Speisen waren von höchster Qualität. Alles in allem nicht zu übertreffen! Wir hatten Glück und kamen zum Jazzfestival an. So wurden wir sogar von einer 4-Köpfigen Combo begrüßt. Schön dass wir hier 3 Nächte bleiben konnten.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und mit kleinen Pflegemitteln, besonderer Hinweis für Ahmadou! Das Frühstück ist sehr unterschiedlich zwischen Zucker und Salz, ich habe die Maschine für frisches Orangensaft geliebt, und die Baskenkochen gemacht zu Hause. Ruhig und effizient und sauber. Ich empfehle und danke dem Hotel für ihre Sympathie.

Große Lage, zwei Minen zum Strand und Ladung von Restaurants. Unser Zimmer sah die Straße mit Verkehr und Bussen, aber es war nicht laut, der Verkehr starb in der Nacht. Autoparkplatz kleiner, aber wertvoller Raum in der Mitte der Zeit. große Produkte in den Badezimmern Das Bett war komfortabel, aber das Zimmer war schüchtern, der Badezimmerboden sah extrem grubby aus, es braucht Ersatz. Das Badezimmer war rustig und müde. Es fühlte sich nur ein bisschen grubby. Essen außerhalb des Hotels mit Blick auf die Straße war nicht an mich interessiert, also hatten wir dort nicht Frühstück oder Abendessen. Ich würde nicht mehr dort bleiben

Das Hotel ist ein perfektes Boutique-Hotel in einer perfekten Lage. In fantastischen Bedingungen gepflegt. NESPRESSO Maschine gab Wasser statt Kaffee und ich lasse schöne Person ( sie sind alle schön so erwarten, dass als eine der besten Dinge passieren auf einer Reise ) und es war Abend. Nach dem Nachmittag kamen Sie wieder ins Zimmer und es gibt eine neue da und sie hatten es mit Wasser gefüllt. Ich hatte nicht erwartet. Ich fragte nur, ob sie es kontrollieren können usw. Und das Reinigungspersonal ist so nett. Sie alle begrüßen Sie und wünschen Ihnen einen guten Tag. Wir haben eine Karte verloren ( lange Geschichte ) und ich fragte einen von ihnen darüber: Wir suchten zusammen und konnten es nicht finden. Wir kamen später zurück ins Zimmer und es war da!!!!! Sie fand es! Sie gehen über und oben. In dem Essensraum auch. Sie wissen, dass ein Hotel mit Service und Menschen wie diese gut verwaltet wird. Sie waren alle atemberaubend und ich würde nicht zögern hier über und über zu bleiben.

Beautiful stay as always. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast with nice sweet treats. Perhaps a little fried bacon to accompany the egg might be nice. Comfortable bedroom maybe softer pillows if possible. Some rooms have balconies and I recommend this sort of room. Bathroom well equipped with supplies and a suitable shower. A free safe in bedroom and the use of a kettle for hot drinks. Hotel is situated in a beautiful avenue with a bus stop and beautiful church next door. Very close to the beach and center of Biarritz. We will be back.

Sehr komfortable Betten! Aufzug Delikat Frühstück mit einer sehr vielfältigen Auswahl an Zucker und Salz zu Hause gemacht. Friedliches Ort, der zum Entspannen einladen wird. Bücher und Spiele zur Verfügung. Wir wollen zurück! Parkplatz in der Straße oder unterirdisch. Kostenlose Plätze etwas höher in der Stadt.

Maison du Lierre is absolutely charming. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the Grand Plage and other sites in Biarritz. Our superior double room had a great terrace and was very comfortable. The staff, especially Alexia at the front desk, is helpful and welcoming, with wonderful restaurant recommendations. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

This should not be rated as four star The Good: Excellent breakfast - but pricey. Location with beach within 5 minutes walk and plenty of bars and restaurants. The Bad: Understaffed - only one person ever visible. Online check-in does not work - they still request a card guarantee There is no bar or restaurant or room service - a must for a four star hotel The rooms are tiny - even the so called 'privilege' rooms can only just take a king size bed Unless you are on the higher floors there is no beach or sea view. If you have a rear room, you overlook a carpark. There are only 2 lifts and no accessible stairs (fire door access only) and one was not working when I was there. It is very expensive for what you get. My advice is to look else where, check that the room size and hotel facilities are what you are looking for. There much better value hotels out there, even in and around Biarritz.

This is a pleasant hotel with great views in a convenient location in Biarritz. Coming from North America we always arrive in Europe in the morning, fairly tired after an overnight flight(s). Our experience is that it is the hotels that insist on making you wait until precisely check in time that invariably have problems with their rooms - this was no exception, after we were kept hanging around until 3:30 the room we were shown had a broken balcony door that wouldn't latch -ie blows open in the substantial wind. We were then taken to a smaller room with working door latch. The room was tiny, the safe on the floor, making access very difficult and the the smallest shower I have ever seen , bending over, turning around impossible, and I am not particularly large. The view from the small balcony was spectacular - not sure if it outweighed all the deficiencies of the room.

Erster Aufenthalt in einem Wohnort Lagrange. Wir haben die Wohnstätte Eugenie-Patios in Biarritz wirklich geschätzt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut in der Nähe des Zentrums, Strand, ******, Geschäfte, Bus .... Ich empfehle Ihnen, die obligatorische Parkplätze in Biarritz zu nehmen. Der Aufzug mit dem Auto ist sehr praktisch und der Parkpreis ist vernünftig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber. Nur ein kleiner Bemol Dusche wäre an der Stelle oder zusätzlich zu dem Badezimmer wertvoll und ein Nespresso in einer prestigeträchtigen Wohnstätte erwartet. Die Aussicht auf den Hinterhof/Badewanne ist nicht der schönste (gibt auf einem Gebäude nicht sehr gut gepflegt) aber gewährleistet Ruhe. Vielen Dank an das Personal mit großer freundlichkeit und Verfügbarkeit. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen!

Beautiful stay as always. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast with nice sweet treats. Perhaps a little fried bacon to accompany the egg might be nice. Comfortable bedroom maybe softer pillows if possible. Some rooms have balconies and I recommend this sort of room. Bathroom well equipped with supplies and a suitable shower. A free safe in bedroom and the use of a kettle for hot drinks. Hotel is situated in a beautiful avenue with a bus stop and beautiful church next door. Very close to the beach and center of Biarritz. We will be back.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr sympathisch und mit kleinen Pflegemitteln, besonderer Hinweis für Ahmadou! Das Frühstück ist sehr unterschiedlich zwischen Zucker und Salz, ich habe die Maschine für frisches Orangensaft geliebt, und die Baskenkochen gemacht zu Hause. Ruhig und effizient und sauber. Ich empfehle und danke dem Hotel für ihre Sympathie.

Wir haben im Regina vier Tage auf einer einmonatigen Tour mit dem Auto durch Frankreich verbracht. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Stadt Biarritz mit dem schnell erreichbare Plage du Miramar (schöner breiter Strand - aber an der Promenade keine Bars oder Cafés) und ebenso fußläufig zu den sehr weitläufigen Stränden von Anglet (nach Norden), die auch sehr schön und breit sind aber eine viel schönere Atmosphäre hinsichtlich Bars, Cafés und Restaurants aufweisen als Biarritz. Man kann dort etwa 6 km am Strand oder auf dem sehr guten Weg am Strand laufen. Das Hotel ist ein imposanter Bau aus der Belle Époque, insbesondere mit der riesigen Hotelhalle mit Glasdach. An der Fassade nagt der Atlantik. Der Pool ist schön aber wie die Restaurantterrasse an der Straße gelegen und insofern weniger einladend - aber es gibt ja die Strände wie oben beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Die Betten sind bequem und ausreichend breit. Der Zimmerservice ist hervorragend. Der Check-In und Out ist sehr gut und professionell. Der Concierge ist erstklassig und hilft beim Gepäck. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes - der Service dort ist gut. Insgesamt zu empfehlen

Maison du Lierre is absolutely charming. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the Grand Plage and other sites in Biarritz. Our superior double room had a great terrace and was very comfortable. The staff, especially Alexia at the front desk, is helpful and welcoming, with wonderful restaurant recommendations. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

Magnifique demeure sur les hauteurs de Biarritz entourée d’un grand parc agrémenté de bassins et de beaux arbres. Calme absolu. Les éléments d’époque ont été préservés ou restaurés, ce qui confère un charme fou à cette demeure historique . Les chambres sont joliment décorées, bonne literie et salle de douche de bonne taille. Une jolie piscine entourée de verdure complète ce panorama idyllique. Grande amabilité du personnel.
