Selbst mit 2 Leuten, die das Frühstück versuchen, konnten sie nicht. Kann das Hotel nicht schuldig sein, da alle zum Frühstück gleichzeitig hergekommen sind. Ich ging weiter mit der Buchung unseres Zimmers & ich dachte, wir würden sicherstellen, dass meine Kinder genug Zeit auf dem Sonntag erhalten. Als ich am Sonntag angemeldet habe, wollte ich zuerst bestätigen, dass alles funktioniert / geöffnet ist und das Front Desk sagte, dass der Pool am Sonntag um Mittag nicht schließt. Es ist wie eine Familie, die Hotelunterkünfte nicht oft, der Pool/Schleifteil war die große Attraktion für uns und es war ein Bummer. Beim checkout sagte ich zum Front Desk, dass sie die Informationen an alle Mitarbeiter weitergeben wollen, die die Buchung machen, die er machte es scheint, als würde ich es machen, dass mir jemand falsch sagte. Er sagte, es steht auf der Website eindeutig der Schiebewegung schließt am Sonntag, zu dem ich ihm gesagt, dass deshalb ich gerufen habe, um eine doppelte Kontrolle, da viele Websites haben überholte Informationen.
