Die Dekorationsqualität ist sehr gut, die Möbel und Dekoration sind alle aus Massivholz und die luxuriöse Lobby ist sehr geschmackvoll. Auch wenn es von der Epidemie betroffen ist, gibt es nicht viele Gäste, aber das reichhaltige Frühstück behält dennoch die Qualität eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels.

A part les bagages qu'il faut trainer soi même du parking à la chambre (pas digne d'un soit disant 5 étoiles) , et sa situation loin de tout ne permettant pas une petite ballade à pieds, tout était parfait (chambre, salle de bains, restauration, accueil, wifi) ) . Bien sûr le décor kitch est ahurissant de mauvais goût et nous a plutôt fait rire , mais la piscine est magnifique ; dommage ,en octobre c'est trop tard pour en profiter!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Von da aus kann man viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen. Der Service war excellent und die ganze Abwicklung ohne jegliche Komplikationen... Parkplätze mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Schade, dass Haustiere nicht willkommmen sind.

Our stay at the Grand Forest Hotel in Metsovo was great. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern yet full of warmth, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. The burning fireplace at the lobby was so beautiful and kept us warm in the cold weather. Our room was incredibly spacious, and the view of the mountains from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. We had a complimentary 30 minutes private appointment at the heated pool while overlooking the serene landscape. It was such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. We also treated ourselves to a massage at their spa, and it was one of the most relaxing treatments we ever had—the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Very nice hotel - a palace compared to the place where I stayed in parga. Nice breakfast, comfy bed and bathroom, very spacious room. I was disappointed that my bathtub didn’t have a plug so I could only have a shower. Location is great -15 min walk to beach, 5 min to the old city centre. The only thing that wasn’t great was that 1 reception team member spoke very little English and this made Comms quite tricky at critical times. That said everyone else was fluent. Will stay again!

We booked this hotel last minute due to a family emergency with our father being ill in Ioannina hospital, we travelled from UK not knowing where we were going, anything about the place. The hotel is not far from the airport In a residential area which seems odd, however its quirkiness is what I love! The decor and interior design is very contemporary and the quirky! The location is good, we had a car. The rooms were clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, especially Iannis (John) he was on the late/night shift on our stay and he was so caring and welcoming, of an evening after visiting our father in hospital we would wind down with a few drinks at the bar and on both occasions he brought out some snacks for us that we had not requested. It was such a kind gesture. We may well have to visit the hospital again in the foreseeable so this hotel is definitely one I will book again, Thank you to the staff

Well, perhaps I'm not fair using the word ”they” in the title, since every single member of the hotel stuff, have been extremely polite. The girls in the spa, the technician, the receptionists, everybody: They have been amazing. So, the destruction, was one man's work only: the hotel owner's, himself. And of course, his guidelines-directions, that the hotel is following, should be held responsible also. I will try to be comprehensive, because if I right in detail everything that happened, I will not be over writing until...tomorrow. I had booked an executive suite for me and my wife for our wedding anniversary (3 nights). The room, costing itself 200€ per night, had a problem with heating: no matter what we tried, the temperature would not rise above 21 degress celsius during our first night (anniversary night). Hotel stuff was informed. Wasn't able to fix this also. When we woke up the next morning, and the heating was operating the whole night, the problem remained. I asked if we could switch to another room with no heating problem. Two different hotel employees, had confirmed already that there was a problem with the heating of my initial room. The receptionist agreed to meet my demand and offered us the chance to switch to the junior suite. But, when I asked how much should I pay, she said that we would have to pay THE SAME price, just like if I was staying in the executive suite , for 3 nights. I responded that this is non-sense, and she replied that she notifies us about the decision the hotel owner himself had made. I requested to see him. And request was granted. Comprehensively: I said that 1) It is non-sense to ask us to pay for the junior suite the same price to the executive suite, which is, among others, 22 square metres larger as a room, especially since the problem was at THEIR end. We already have suffered enough with all this of course, and he should consider this also and leave us transfer to junior suite in peace, for God's shake. He replied in an amazingly rude, hostile and careless manner that :there was no problem with my initial room. The heating system is controlled centrally by the hotel. So I can't modify the temperature myself, because, what if I wanted to reach 30 degrees celsius in my room? So the problem is mine and it is my choice to change room. So I have to pay the whole initial booking, which concerns 3 nights in an executive suite. After alI, I chose their hotel to come, the didn't force me to. I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS. And I wouldn't believe that this could happen in a 5 star hotel in my country. I said that, if so, then 1) Why this is not refered in your website? That we have to stay ”cool” in a winter destination like Zagorohoria and the heating is modified centrally depending on the preferences of the person in the reception? 2) Why then, two different employees of yours confirmed that there is a problem with the room? And why your employees didn't tell me that the heating is controlled

Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir buchten 3 Nächte und endeten mit dem Aufenthalt für 5 Nächte. Das Hotel verfügt über eine bequeme Parkplätze für diejenigen, die mit dem Auto um die Gegend reisen. Es ist nahe genug der Stadt, aber direkt am Rande, wo es schnell kommt morgens für Reisen rund um die Gegend. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wir sahen das Reinigungsteam an der Arbeit und waren super beeindruckt von ihnen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war wirklich großartig, mit einer wunderbaren Variante.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων από το οποίο μπορείς να περιηγηθείς σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της πόλης με τα πόδια. Luxury αλλά και ζεστό και προσιτό ταυτόχρονα. Υποδειγματική καθαριότητα τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και λοιπούς χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Υπέροχο πρωινό που ανανεώνεται συνεχώς σε πολύ όμορφο χώρο. Μεγάλα κρεβάτια με καταπληκτικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια και πολυ καλή ηχομόνωση. Στον τελευταίο όροφο λειτουργεί roof bar restaurant με υπέροχη θέα που, όμως, είναι λίγο πιο κάτω απο τις προσδοκίες που γεννά το επίπεδο της ποιότητας όλων των άλλων χώρων του ξενοδοχείου. Σίγουρα μία από τις top επίλογες για διαμονή στην πόλη των Ιωαννίνων

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων από το οποίο μπορείς να περιηγηθείς σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της πόλης με τα πόδια. Luxury αλλά και ζεστό και προσιτό ταυτόχρονα. Υποδειγματική καθαριότητα τόσο στο δωμάτιο όσο και λοιπούς χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Υπέροχο πρωινό που ανανεώνεται συνεχώς σε πολύ όμορφο χώρο. Μεγάλα κρεβάτια με καταπληκτικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια και πολυ καλή ηχομόνωση. Στον τελευταίο όροφο λειτουργεί roof bar restaurant με υπέροχη θέα που, όμως, είναι λίγο πιο κάτω απο τις προσδοκίες που γεννά το επίπεδο της ποιότητας όλων των άλλων χώρων του ξενοδοχείου. Σίγουρα μία από τις top επίλογες για διαμονή στην πόλη των Ιωαννίνων

This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort. Our deluxe room (an upgrade) was very comfortable; particular praise for the bed! The shower was excellent plus we had a freestanding bath tub. Breakfast is served in an attractive setting; omelettes are excellent and I particularly appreciated a plate of fresh fruit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly choose this hotel again if revisiting Ioannina, a lively town in a glorious setting on Lake Pamviotis, surrounded by mountains. I also recommend an excursion to the Perama caves, a short local bus ride away.

Ήταν μια απελπιστική εμπειρία. Μου είχε μείνει η εντύπωση που πριν 23 χρόνια είχα ξαναπάει και τότε όλα ήταν καινούρια και ωραία στα δωμάτια και πίστευα ότι θα είναι ανακαινισμένο. Απογοήτευση όμως. Το δωμάτιο λες και είμασταν στη δεκαετία του 80. Αν και φθινόπωρο κράταγε ακόμα ζέστη και το βράδυ αν έκλεινες το παράθυρο στο μικροσκοπικό σε τετραγωνικά δωμάτιο έσκαγες. Το να ανοίξεις εφόσον δεν είχε σίτες, παρά μόνο παλιά πατζούρια και παλιά ρολά, αμέσως στην καλύτερη σε έτρωγαν τα κουνούπια. Για να μην πούμε ότι ακριβώς από κάτω είναι οι κάδοι του κέντρου, άρα δεν ήξερες τι άλλο από αράχνες, κατσαρίδες, ποντίκια, νυχτερίδες θα έμπαινε τελικά στο δωμάτιο όσο κοιμόσουν. Το AC έκανε σαν χαλασμένο καράβι, φοβόσουν για την συντήρησή του και δεν σε άφηνε να κοιμηθείς. Τα κρεβάτια από το 80 και αυτά τρίζαν. Οι ντουλάπες απίστευτα παλιακές. Ένα ψυγείο που η πόρτα του ήταν ξύλινη, σαν συνέχεια κάποιου ντουλαπιού και με ρημαγμένους μεντεσέδες. Το μπάνιο ένα τετραγωνικό όλο κι όλο, με βρώμικη κουρτίνα μπάνιου, που δεν μπορούσες καν να πας στη λεκάνη χωρίς να σε ακουμπήσει. Δεν ήθελες να πλυθείς καν, γιατί ένιωθες σε αυτό το τετράγωνο ότι κάπως θα λερωθείς. Πραγματικά 2 αγωνιώδεις ώρες ύπνου, πήγα κέντρο για να έχω μάρκετ και πιάτσες ταξί κοντά και τελικά το πρωί έφυγα για προάστειο με κάθε κόστος μεταφοράς, χωρίς να με νοιάζει από το πόσο ψυχικά κακοποιήθηκα. Τα θετικά είναι μόνο ότι ασανσέρ, ρεσεψιόν και ενδιάμεσοι χώροι φαίνονται αξιοπρεπείς και το προσωπικό είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό.

Την Παρασκευή 6/8 έκανα κράτηση μέσω internet στο Lake Spirit Boutique Hotel & Spa στα Γιάννενα για μία διανυκτέρευση για το Σάββατο 7/8. Στην κράτηση μου η οποία επιβεβαιώθηκε από το ξενοδοχείο γίνεται ρητή αναφορά στο ότι είμαι χρήστης αναπηρικού αμαξιδίου και μάλιστα τηλεφωνικά μίλησα τέσσερις φορές με υπαλλήλους του αναφορικά με το θέμα οι οποίοι με διαβεβαίωσαν δεν υπάρχει κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα. Λόγω κάποιων συναντήσεων που είχα στην πόλη έφτασα στο ξενοδοχείο στις 5:00 το απόγευμα και Βρέθηκα προ εκπλήξεως Γιατί δεν υπήρχε πρόσβαση προς το ξενοδοχείο από το πεζοδρόμιο. Όπως μπορείτε να δείτε στη φωτογραφία ακριβώς έξω από την είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου υπάρχει μία αναπηρική θέση στάθμευσης όμως αν παρκάρω εκεί αυτομάτως κλείνω τη μοναδική ράμπα πεζοδρομίου προς το ξενοδοχείο. Μπαίνοντας στο ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε ένα αναβατόριο το οποίο όπως μπορείτε να δείτε στις φωτογραφίες επουδενί δεν μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει έναν χρήστη αναπηρικού αμαξιδίου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ηλικιωμένα άτομα ή για άτομα με κάποια ελαφριά αναπηρία. Το αναβατόριο Είναι μικρό είναι σε πολύ λάθος θέση με κίνδυνο για τον χρήστη αναπηρικού αμαξιδίου όταν τον πλησιάσει να πέσει στις σκάλες και το πιο κοντινό σημείο που μπορεί να φτάσει αφήνει μεγάλο κενό μεταξύ αμαξιδίου και αναβατορίου ώστε να γίνει η μεταφορά. Ακόμα και αν μπορούσε να γίνει η μεταφορά ( και μιλάω υποθετικά) θα έπρεπε κάποιος να μετακινεί το αναπηρικό αμαξίδιο αυτομάτως αυτός ο χώρος δεν μπορεί να καλείται προσβάσιμος Η υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετικότατη προσφέρθηκε να με βοηθήσει στη μεταφορά η οποία εκ των πραγμάτων είναι αδύνατη προς το αναβατόριο γιατί αυτές τις οδηγίες είχε όμως ούτε την πιστοποιηση έχει για κάτι τέτοιο ούτε τις γνώσεις και σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος θα έφερε μέρος της ευθύνης. Μάλιστα μου είπε ότι το ξενοδοχείο στο παρελθόν έχει δεχτεί κάποια άτομα με αναπηρία Αλλά πάντα με συνοδό και τότε της είπα ότι υπάρχουμε και εμείς Πού είμαστε ενεργοί και αυτοεξυπηρετούμενοι. Προσπάθησε να επικοινωνήσει με την υπεύθυνη του ξενοδοχείου η οποία βρισκόταν σε άδεια και εναλλακτικά επικοινώνησε με την ιδιοκτήτρια του ξενοδοχείου και όταν μου έδωσε το τηλέφωνο για να μιλήσω μαζί της δέχτηκα επίπληξη με άσχημο τρόπο και τόνο από εκείνη η οποία στην ουσία με μάλωσε χωρίς να με αφήσει να αρθρώσω λέξη. Φυσικά δεν συνέχισα την επικοινωνία έφυγα από το ξενοδοχείο και βρήκα κάπου αλλού δωμάτιο παρότι λόγω της συγκεκριμένης ώρας η τιμή που βρήκα ήταν αρκετά μεγαλύτερη από αυτήν που θα έβρισκα την προηγούμενη μέρα Απαράδεκτες υποδομές ακκμα πιο Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της ιδιοκτήτριας του ξενοδοχείου Κανένας σεβασμός στην αναπηρία

Great Hotel, across the Lake, only 2km from center, with super & spacious renovated rooms, great breakfast - dinner and very polite/professional service!!! Highly recommended for couples, family and business. We visited for the annual 30k lake run.
