The hotel was really noisy. When we came back at 18:30 and until 23:30, children were running and shouting in the corridors, their parents were shouting even more and we were hearing doors from other rooms slamming all the time, which was making our room shake. We complained 3 times to the reception but nothing changed. At 7:20 in the morning, we woke up from the same noises which just got worse. We left the hotel, complained again and there was no intent of compensating us about this awful and stressful experience whatsoever. We literally spent 200 euro for services like food and spa (excluding the room's price) but apparently they do not value their clients at all. They are promoting their relaxation services but we left the hotel more tense, nervous and sleepless. The fact that they receive large groups, means that this probably happens all the time. They should close their bookings for individuals if they receive such groups, or at least give people a heads up. I visited the city for the first time due to a new client of mine, but now at least i know what hotel to avoid in the future. I guess you get what you pay for
