Wir haben unlängst im Radisson RED Indore Hotel geblieben, und das Serviceniveau, das wir erlebt haben, war wirklich hervorragend. Von der Zeit, bis wir uns gemeldet haben, ging das ganze Team oben und weiter, um uns mit echter Wärme und Pflege zu beobachten. Das Personal hier sind absolute Profis, und einige spezielle Teams verdienen besondere Anerkennung: Das Rezeption Team: Unsere Ein- und Auscheckverfahren waren schwach. Sie begrüßten uns mit radianten Lächeln, effizient jede Anfrage bearbeitet und machten uns sofort als Gäste wert. Besondere Anmerkung: Tarun und Gunjan. Das Restaurant Service Personal: Esspersonal war hier ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Das Restaurantteam war unglaublich aufmerksam, vorausschauend unsere Bedürfnisse, bevor wir sogar gefragt haben. Ihre unverschämte Service und das Engagement für die Schaffung einer großen Speiseerfahrung wurden nicht unbemerkt. Besondere Erwähnung: Hemraj und Aditi. Hauspflege: Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts absolut unverschämt gehalten. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Hauspflegeteams auf Details, Respekt für unseren Raum und die Tiefe waren top-notch. Besondere Anmerkung: Priyanka. Es ist selten, ein Hotel zu finden, in dem jede Abteilung mit einem solchen hohen Gastfreundschaftsstandard arbeitet. Danke für das ganze Team für unseren Aufenthalt so komfortable und memorable. Wir werden sicherlich zurückkehren und empfehlen dieses Hotel jedem, der einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt sucht!

Had a wonderful experience at Clarks Inn! The banquet arrangements were excellent and everything was managed so smoothly, making our function truly pleasant and stress-free. The rooms were neat, clean, and very comfortable, which added to the overall great stay. A special mention to the staff for their polite and helpful behavior throughout. Manager Mr. Suraj Sharma and Mr. Vinayak Jaiswal were extremely cooperative and ensured everything was taken care of perfectly. The breakfast buffet was another highlight – great variety and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend Clarks Inn for both events and stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

It was a wonderful stay and i love the hospitality the most and also the location, will recommend this and come to stay again.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

The chef and breakfast staff were great. But When I arrived, there was no towel, toilet paper, the bedding had oily and brown stains, and the phone was broken. I tried to use Google pay, but the receptionist had been charging a cell phone and let the payment system go dead. She seemed to be trying to act like a child instead of a professional. They're doing construction on the roof and carrying bags of cement billowing dust into the air. The property was full of haze. I suffered extreme irritation to my eyes and throat to the point I couldn't sleep.

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.
