Es ist sauber und ok, das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, das Zimmer ist nicht groß und es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung zur Arbeit habe ich mich für E entschieden. Das ideale Hotel entspricht nicht ganz dem tatsächlichen, also ist es insgesamt durchschnittlich.

I’m not sure if all hotels in Italy are like this, but this hotel genuinely left us with an amazing impression. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was excellent. We are two wedding photographers travelling to Italy for work. For the first two nights, we stayed at a hotel arranged by our clients outside of Milan, but once we returned to Milan, we specifically chose this hotel for our final night before flying back to the UK. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience was fantastic. First of all, the location was very convenient. It was easy to get here from the airport by metro, which was especially helpful after a busy wedding trip carrying a lot of equipment. What impressed us the most was the service. We arrived quite early, before check-in time, so we left our luggage at reception and went out for the day. When we came back around 5pm, all of our luggage had already been delivered to our room. This is actually something we rarely experience in most hotels in the UK, so we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Btw, they even offer welcome drinks 🥰 The breakfast was also wonderful, with both hot food options and a great continental selection. Everything tasted lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time we visit Milan.

Für einen frühen Flug reserviert, fliegt früh am Morgen. Hotel hat einen Service für den Flughafen, aber seien Sie bereit, dass es vollständig reserviert werden konnte. Wir mussten einen Uber zum Flughafen reservieren.

Das Hotel liegt nur einen Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Aber man kann dort nicht zu Fuß hingehen, man kann nur ein Taxi nehmen, das kostet mich 4 Euro. Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfer für nur 5 Euro an. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Es ist das komfortabelste Hotel, das ich bisher in Italien gebucht habe. Sehr neu und gut gestaltet. In der Minibar finden Sie auch Wasser und Kaffee. Das ist in Italien wirklich selten! Sehr empfehlenswert.

There is NO service at this luxury hotel. First of all, WiFi didn’t work for the whole day. Secondly, at breakfast the staff challenged us whether we stayed at the hotel due to their system error. Facilities are really poor. When we go to the pool, the pool closes at 6pm. And staff just wanted to kick us out and got off work. Except for the pool, there is nothing else you can do at the hotel. Truly regret u booked this place

I went to the hotel a few days before my scheduled check-in to drop off my baggage as I was taking a quick trip to Spain and the staff was very accomodating and allowed me to do so. Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant and while the selection wasn't huge the quality and taste of the food was very good. Location is only convenient if you are flying out from Malpensa Airport.

Sehr gut! Ein junges, lebendiges Ambiente, schlicht und hell gestaltet. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt in einem neuen Viertel, das sich sicher und gepflegt anfühlt. Perfekt für Selbstfahrer, die Mailand erkunden wollen.

Entschuldigen Sie, ich habe vergessen, dem Herrn an der Rezeption Ihres Hotels eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Ich kam an diesem Tag sehr früh an und checkte sehr spät ins Zimmer ein, da die Allee vor dem Hotel an diesem Abend wegen eines örtlichen Karnevals gesperrt war. Ich bin ein Ausländer, der Auto fährt, und ich weiß nicht, was damals passiert ist. Die Straße ist gesperrt, ich kann also immer noch über eine andere Route dorthin gelangen, oder? Wir fuhren also im Kreis herum, konnten das Hotel jedoch nicht finden, obwohl es in der Nähe war. Da ich die örtlichen Gegebenheiten nicht kenne, traue ich mich nicht, wahllos zu parken. Schließlich blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als das Auto am Straßenrand hinter dem Hotel zu parken und durch die kleine Tür zum Hotel zu laufen. Endlich konnte ich das Hotel sehen! Ich ging zur Rezeption, um herauszufinden, was los war. Es war ungefähr halb elf Uhr nachts. Ich lieh mir von dem Herrn an der Rezeption Messer und Gabel und stellte ein paar Fragen. Er war sehr geduldig, sorgfältig und wollte mir unbedingt helfen. Ich finde, er bietet einen sehr guten Kundenservice an der Rezeption, ich möchte ihm meinen Dank aussprechen und ihm viel Erfolg wünschen! Danke 🙏. Außerdem ist der Strand vor dem Hotel wunderschön.

Can’t say enough about how attentive the staff is in this hotel and that truly makes the experience luxurious. We actually switched from a previously booked hotel to this as we randomly picked the hotel for brunch on our first transfer from Milan to Florence. The service was fantastic at the restaurant so we made the reservation for our night in Milan two days after. It did not disappoint. The front desk was helpful and friendly at check in, trying to find ways to offer me with a better experience but we had to check out early the next day; housekeeper at evening service was courteous and asked me if four free bottle of water would be enough for the night. But the most impressive person was Zheng at the morning buffet. She must have seen our look that we were in a hurry and were in travel mode and she offered 1) a discounted price coz we didn’t take much food for the buffet; and 2) takeaway boxes for our breakfast to go for the train ride. She also offered extra water and banana! Overall a really good stay and I wish i could stay longer
