窗景真的超級美，美得像P上去一樣不真實哈哈哈。入住兩天期間沒有遇到中文前台，對於英語不好的溝通起來略費勁，早餐廳有中文菜單，但早餐很西式。小朋友加床有送一個小考拉。酒店周圍不是很方便，衹能步行去天文台，出門必須要打車。但是風景美就夠了。定的歌劇院景房被安排到倒數幾間，後面就是樹了！還好樓層還可以。0-3樓我們在2樓。房間點餐24小時都有，而且價格不貴和外面的差不多，沒有服務費且出品賣相和味道都還不錯。回國後check郵箱賬單時發現第二天有多收我一份早餐錢，自己給酒店發郵件很麻煩，找攜程溝通了，兩小時內就有電話回覆我，且酒店在第三天的時候退我多收的費用了，感謝攜程積極溝通。

Location was amazing, and you can park there too. Valet parking, just pull up at the side of the building and let the reception know. The pool on the roof has impressive views of both the bridge and the opera house. Our bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and well kept.

Da ich am 31. Dezember zur Sydney Bridge ging, um das Feuerwerk zu sehen, war es bereits 2 Uhr morgens, als ich ins Hotel zurückkehrte. Es war im Allgemeinen gut, aber das Zimmer war etwas kleiner und der Eingang war ein großes Bett, aber das Wohnzimmer war immer noch sehr warm!

We had a fantastic stay. Right in Darling Harbour, we went to the maritime museum and aquarium and animal park and the imax cinema. We went to the little snail restaurant. Yes there is a construction site in front but from our room you could still see the water and buildings lit up at night and I didn’t mind watching the cranes at work. I have to compliment the hotel on the temperature of the room, it was perfect, we didn’t touch the aircon control at all.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we stayed in. We chose this apartment because it was pet friendly and for the location. The apartment was much larger than we expected, the kitchen had everything you'd need for longer stays, there was a beautifully maintained fully enclosed communal bbq/garden area and the rooms/bathrooms were very clean and tidy. It was easy to park and the building was quiet when we stayed there. Little bit of road noise comes through but it was blocked out with ear plugs and a bit of white noise from the fan supplied. :)

I was lucky enough to have my room ready in advance, before 2PM and since my flight arrived early in the morning, that was really nice ! Cathy was also a wonderful person in general, throughout my stay. The room is pretty big, with a sink and a fridge. 👌🏻 The room I had is next to the common area however people weren't too loud, especially in the evening despite it roughly being the dinner time so that was nice. The area is very chill, a few schools and houses around so not loud at night. It is, however, situated on the planes' route and they are pretty low in the sky since it gets close to the airport. But there aren't any at night (around midnight until 6AM I would say) and it's not every 5 minutes either. The sun set pretty early at that time of the year and to me, I felt like the neighborhood lacked lights for people to walk around but it wasn't much of a bother and not something the lodge can change, so just a heads-up to have a small light/enough battery on the phone to use when coming back from your day trip activities.

Wir haben das Hotel ab dem 5. Mai 2024 für unsere Feb-Reise reserviert und dafür im Voraus mit unseren ANZ-Tageskonten bezahlt, so dass wir weniger Rechnungen bezahlen müssen, wenn es sich näher an das Datum hält. Lang Geschichte kurz, wir checked in am 26. März, sagte, dass es eine Einzahlungsgebühr, die zurückgezahlt wird, sobald wir check out zusammen mit einer Upgrade-Gebühr, die wir zahlen müssen, weil wir unseren Hund mit uns gebracht haben. Zahlte dafür ohne Ausgabe auf meiner Macquarie-Karte, die ich nie jedes andere Händler zuvor ausstellen, weil es unser Hypothekarkonto ist. Um Mitternacht erhielt ich eine Meldung über meine Macquarie Bank, dass ich von Veriu belastet wurde, was mich verrückt hat! Weil ich vor alten Jahren für den Aufenthalt bezahlt und den Unterschied am Tag bezahlt habe, als ich es überprüfte. Range den Manager und er bestand darauf, dass er mich nicht belastet und sagte, dass es aus der Reise sein muss; was ich antwortete, dass’s unmöglich, weil meine Macquarie Bank nicht vor der Zahlung für die Einlage und die Erhöhung an irgendeinen anderen Händler ausgesetzt war. Er bestand darauf, dass ich die Reise ausstrecke, die ich tat. Nach dem Gespräch rang der Reisekunde Veriu und bestätigte, dass der Nachtmanager Raj mich tatsächlich belastet, obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe und wurde für diese Unannehmlichkeiten aus der Reise ausgeglichen Punkte. Stellen Sie sich vor, ob meine Macquarie Bank die Notifizierung nicht wie ANZ oder irgendeine andere Bank hat! Die Kunden werden nicht wissen, bis sie ihre Bankauskünfte überprüfen!

Es fühlt sich an, als wäre das Hotel ein kleines altes Haus, es gibt keinen Aufzug und es ist nicht freundlich zu Leuten mit viel Gepäck. Ich blieb drei Nächte, abgesehen von den Schmerzen beim Gepäcktransport, und die Serviceeinstellung des Ausländers war in Ordnung. Am nächsten Tag fing es jedoch an zu regnen und als ich schlief, stellte ich fest, dass ein wenig Wasser von der Decke auf das Bett tropfte. Obwohl es nicht viele waren, war die Schlafposition viel kleiner. Wir sagten der Rezeption am nächsten Morgen und sie sagten, sie würden uns helfen, ein Zimmer zu wechseln. Da wir es eilig hatten, auszugehen, ließen wir sie nicht sofort umziehen, aber als wir am Nachmittag zurückkamen, stellten wir fest, dass sie unsere Zimmer gewechselt und alles von unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer in das neue verlegt hatten. Ihre Arbeitseffizienz ist gut, aber da wir ihnen vor unserer Abreise nicht gesagt haben, dass sie uns beim Umzug helfen müssen, haben sie die Initiative ergriffen, unser ausgepacktes oder offenes Gepäck in ein neues Zimmer zu bringen. Auf diese Weise stellten wir beim Abholen des Gepäcks fest, dass das Gepäck unordentlich war (sie haben das Gepäck einfach mit dem Reißverschluss im mittleren Fach abgedeckt) und brauchten einige Zeit, um es selbst neu zu ordnen. Obwohl ich nichts verloren hatte, fühlte ich mich trotzdem unwohl.

We loved our room, it was very homey, clean and comfortable. We also loved the pool, would have been nice if it was heated. Housekeeping made sure the sheets were changed and cleaned everyday throughout our stay, we appreciated that. Buffet breakfast was nice and staff were lovely and accommodating. We also would like to thank Tasha for making an effort to look for our missing charger and for resolving the issue. We would definitely stay at Mercure Sydney Liverpool during our next visit in the near future.

We stayed at Pullman Hyde Park in Sydney during Christmas holiday and while the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and dining, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated. The building could definitely use some updates to match the price point. We had an issue with the toilet seat, which was oddly positioned and wasn’t able to pull it up and made it uncomfortable for my husband to use. Not a major deal-breaker, but definitely a bit inconvenient. Another downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The jacuzzi was quite small, much smaller than expected, but on a positive note, the rooftop pool was a highlight. The view of Hyde Park and the surrounding skyline was absolutely stunning—definitely the best part of the stay. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a central location, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more in terms of room quality and amenities.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, this time fell short of expectations. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and when we contacted reception for assistance or an alternative, we were simply told to contact the technician ourselves. This was quite disappointing, as it impacted our stay — we didn’t have much to do in the room without the TV, and it made the overall experience less enjoyable. On top of that, we were disturbed by a baby crying between 1am and 2am, and again in the morning, which meant we didn’t get a proper rest. We were really looking forward to another great stay, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the standard we had come to expect.

Innenhalb des Zimmers hv eine Mikrowelle. Das Duschezimmer ist der größte unten, da die Tür nicht voll öffnen kann. Wir sind Asiaten, wir fühlen sich immer schwierig, zu gehen oder zu gehen. Wundert sich, wie andere das tun. Andererseits ist alles perfekt.

Sehr schöne Erfahrung! Staff - Jack vom Rezeptor, wirklich sehr bescheiden und gut, er hat uns einige Sydney-Attraktionen vorgestellt. Das Zimmer ist zwar sehr wenig, aber sehr sauber und neu. Die verwendeten Haarwaschmittel sind in Frankreich hergestellt, sehr hochwertig Es gibt einen perfekten Fitnessraum ,  einfacher Freizeitraum. Zu oft  Zu Sydney Reisen, es lohnt sich, wieder zu bleiben.

怎麼説呢，這個條件和價格在悉尼，對我這種爛仔來説簡直太棒了，但如果想要品質的話，那還是多考慮考慮。下面是一個比賽酒吧和賭場，在酒吧裏辦理入住的。公共衞生間，每天會打掃和放上新毛巾洗浴用品，木地板看着不乾淨，但其實都是些“時間印跡”，清不掉的 還有東西可以講，但總之，想要一個便宜的價格，又不想要太糟糕的環境，這裡是個不錯的選擇 交通時間，公共交通到悉尼歌劇院差不多一個小時好像 廁所圖片，真不放心普遍有紙，自己擦一下，反正我也不是啥講究人🤓
