Wir hatten Skylit Restaurant und 10 Zimmer im @Citrus Hotel für ein Familienveranstaltung für ein paar Tage gebucht. Die Buchungserfahrung war einfach und sehr komfortabel, dank Amik für seine Flexibilität. Obwohl Amik weg war, stellte er sicher, dass das gesamte Citrus-Team da war, um uns mit den wächsten Anfragen zu helfen und basierend auf einer großen Planungserfahrung. Chef Thapa und sein Team sind eine Kraft, um zu rechnen. Ausgehend von seinen ausgezeichneten kulinarischen Fähigkeiten und praktischen Beratung - er ist nur eine große Person mit phänomenaler Einstellung. Er hat sich nicht nur mit unserer Familie, sondern mit allen Verwandten in so gut gefüllt, während er für alle die besten Erfahrungen gewährleistet, nicht nur auf Lebensmittel beschränkt. Was ich über Upamanyu sage, General Manager ist weniger. Die Veranstaltung war für den Freien geplant, wurde aber durch Regen von nichts unterbrochen. Upamanyu nahm es auf sich selbst, um sicherzustellen, dass es keine Unruhen gab. Er versammelt schnell sein Team und verschoben das gesamte Einbauwerk in einen Halle unter Renovierung, wahrscheinlich brechen mehrere Protokolle nur um eine schmeichele Erfahrung zu gewährleisten. Danke Sir! Schließlich kann ich diese Bewertung nicht beenden, ohne Rajnikant und Rahul für ihre hervorragende Unterstützung und Service in seltsamen Stunden für alle unsere Gäste zu danken, obwohl es so betätigen Zeiten für das Hotel im April. Ich bin nur über das Engagement, die Ehrlichkeit, die Kundenzentralität, die jedes Mitglied des Citrus-Teams gezeigt hat, überglücklich und werde nicht zweimal nachdenken, bevor ich hier noch eine Veranstaltung beherberge oder aus meinem Weg gehen, um diese Jungs zu empfehlen. Hotels sind ein Dutzend, aber man kann vielleicht nicht ein Team wie TEAM CITRUS bekommen!

Nicht alle Reisenden brechen früh und nur wenige Menschen kommen früh zu verschiedenen Gründen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum dieses Hotelgebühr Gast für eine frühe Eincheckung!!! Die Rezeption gab mir zuerst Platz als später gefragt für die Gebühr. Das ist schrecklich. Beim Auschecken weigerte sich das Hotel, GST-Fakturierung zu geben. Für Geschäftsreisen muss die GST-Fakturierung. Stattdessen bat das Hotel mich, den Aggregator zu fragen, die Rechnung zu geben. Es ist eine Art Dummheit, die Rechnung beim Aggregator zu fragen, während der Service vom Hotel bereitgestellt wird. Höhe ist Rezeption ist am besten in jeder einzelnen Moment zu argumentieren, ob es frühzeitig check-in, Rechnung, langsames Internet oder was auch immer. Ich würde dieses Hotel sicher vermeiden.

A lovely hotel. I stayed for three weeks on business and enjoyed it. The staff are very pleasant, especially at the Veran*** restaurant where I had breakfast almost every day and dinner once. Room service was also very good. The room was very spacious and clean, the pool was nice, and I also had a massage at the Tattva Spa which was excellent.

Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt. Tolles Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Nette Executive Lounge mit schönem Ausblick und sehr bemühtem Personal. Auswahl ähnlich gut wie in anderen JW Hotels in Indien. Frühstück und Mittagssen war hervorragend im JW Kitchen und auch im Brauhaus zum Brunch am Samstag. Die SPA Behandlung war ausgezeichnet und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder in Bengalore sind, buchen wir bestimmt wieder hier.

Als besondere Erfahrung ist hier das hauseigene Restaurant Ahara zu nennen. Ein traditionell indisches Erlebnis der kulinarischen Art. Zum Dessert gab es Kaddu Gulkand Jamun und Angoori Rabdi, beides gibt es im deutschen eher nicht. Nur eins: Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service passt dazu. Am Ende kam auch der Koch an den Tisch, um sich zu erkundigen, wie es geschmeckt hat. Service und Gastfreundschaft auf einem sehr hohen Level. Besonders zu erwähnen sind für den Service Kapil und der Koch Santanu Dey. A special experience here is the in-house restaurant Ahara. A traditional Indian culinary experience. As a starter we treated ourselves to a tomato soup which in Hindi is called Tamatar Aur Dhaniye ka Nichod, the main courses Murgh Tikka Masala a chicken in tomato sauce and bateer popper fry, hare in pepper sauce. For dessert there was Kaddu Gulkand Jamun and Angoori Rabdi, neither of which are available in English. Just one thing: the food was excellent and the service matched it. At the end the chef came to the table to ask how it tasted. Service and hospitality at a very high level. Special mention should be made of for the service Kapil and the chef Santanu Dey.

The stay was overall good . I am staying here from last 1 year and no doubt they are expanding there business in every major city of India. Because their service deserves the growth. Would recommend the bloom hotels. Besides the room size here in this property is kind of small .. But the staff is great and helpful.

Gegenüber dem Hotel ist meine Austauschschule, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich wohne seit einer Woche in der Lage der Karte und finde das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis insgesamt gut. Zuallererst ist das Frühstück köstlich, sowohl indisch als auch westlich. Ich mag indisches Frühstück. Ich bin seit einer Woche nach dem Essen nicht müde geworden. Getränke wie Milchtee, Kaffee und Milch sind gut. Zweitens ist der Service des Hotels insgesamt in Ordnung, bis auf den Fön sind die Zimmer auch jeden Tag gut organisiert. Aber ich bringe meine eigenen Toilettenartikel mit, und es macht nichts, wenn ich sie hier nicht bereitstelle. Nachteile: WLAN ist instabil, aber ich habe eine lokale SIM-Karte gekauft, das 4g-Paket wird gelegentlich verwendet, daher ist die Auswirkung nicht groß; es gibt kein fenster im zimmer, das hat eine große wirkung, aber ich gehe jeden tag früh raus und spät in den unterricht und schlafe im grunde nachts frühstücke ich morgens, also kann ich es kaum akzeptieren. Der Preis kann schließlich nicht zu viel verlangt werden

Sehr gutes Hyatt-Hotel in der Nähe des Kundenstandorts. Es ist etwas teurer als die Erstattungsstandards des Unternehmens. Hotels in Indien können kein besseres wählen, und der Unterschied ist wirklich schrecklich. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, die Klimaanlage ist ein Problem, das Wichtigste ist zu reisen, schließlich ist der Verkehr in Indien ein sehr wichtiges Thema.

Das Hotel ist ein gutes Hotel zu bleiben, das Zimmer hat alle Einrichtungen und das Innenraum ist so gut. Staff here are very helpful. Especially Nakul Singh and Mahesh.They are always ready to help on anything at anytime. Made us feel comfortable with no regrets on what so ever. I am here on an official trip but accompanied by my family ***** and everyone is happy with the stay. This hotel is very near to the main road and everything is available within walking distance.
