It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby. The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed. I enjoyed our visit here, and definitely will come back in summer.

Потрясающий гостевой дом. Очень приятная добрая хозяйка, завтраки как для своих, вкусно по домашнему, вид из окна на горы, улица тихая и спокойная. В номере есть чайник, чистые полотенца. Я получила удовольствие от проживания и по вечерам хотелось пить чай на веранде и наслаждаться видом.

Das Hotel ist wie eine Fabel, erfüllt alle unsere Erwartungen! Sehr ungewöhnlich, aber gedacht-out zum kleinen Haus, dem grünen Bereich, dem Bergfluss. Im Haus ist sehr sauber, schneevolle Bettwäsche, ein Handtuch mit einem Symbol runde Tür von Häusern von Shira, Kapselkaffeemaschine, Teebeutel und Teebeutel, lösliche Kaffee, Chubrett und Teemint. Frühstück ist auch sehr groß und verschieden. Vielleicht ist das einzige nicht-hauptsächliche Minus, dass das Hotel nicht im Zentrum von Dilizhan, aber zu Beginn und zum Supermarkt ist es notwendig, Minuten zu gehen 5-7, aber Sie können die Lieferung von Lebensmitteln aus Restaurants, Taxi ist auch sehr günstig.
