GGastnutzerIch habe die hervorragende Lage und die Bequemlichkeit, die es bietet, sehr geschätzt, fand jedoch, dass das Hotel selbst renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Einrichtungen wirkten etwas veraltet, was meinen allgemeinen Komfort während des Aufenthalts beeinträchtigte.
Außerdem war ich von der Frühstücksauswahl enttäuscht. Leider entsprachen sie meinen Erwartungen in Bezug auf Vielfalt und Qualität nicht.
Ich glaube, dass die Behebung dieser Punkte das Erlebnis für zukünftige Gäste erheblich verbessern könnte.

Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean
Location:
It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

The staff at Hotel Usuites were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued guest. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and their dedication to exceptional service truly stood out.
The location of Hotel Usuites was ideal, as it allowed for easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or discover its cultural treasures, I found myself conveniently situated to do so.
All in all, my extended stay at Hotel Usuites was nothing short of exceptional. The stunning view, impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and prime location combined to create a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a hotel that promises a delightful stay with an unbeatable view, I highly recommend Hotel Usuites.

MMAXIM D.Very good apartment in one of the skyscrapers in the Suzhou Industrial Park district. Despite our request to live on the higher floor with a lake view, we lived in the apartment on the 27th (from 47) floor with the city view. Probably, they just don't have lake-view apartments. However, there is another skyscraper in front of our building. Though, the room was perfect! Very clean, with home shoes, slippers, bath and face towels, teeth kits, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle). However, there was no cookware or dishware. We also needed an iron (as was promised in the room description), but the administrator brought us a steamer (which is even better) a few hours after the request.
There are many convenient stores around, where you can buy even cooked food.
In general, we recommend this place to everyone!
Очень хорошие апартаменты в одном из небоскрёбов в районе Индустриального парка Сучжоу. Несмотря на нашу просьбу заселить нас максимально высоко с видом на озеро, нам досталась комната на 27 (из 47) этаже с видом на город. Возможно, у них просто нет комнат повыше с видом на озеро. Однако, прямо перед этим небосрёбом находится другой со стороны как раз озера. И всё равно, сама комната оказалась просто превосходной! Очень чистая, с домашними тапочками, душевыми сланцами, банными и лицевыми полотенцами, зубным набором, кухней (холодильник, микроволновка, чайник). Однако, не было ни посуды для приготовления, ни столовой посуды. Когда нам понадобился утюг (а он был обещан в описании номера), мы попросили администратора, и тот принёс отпариватель (что даже удобнее) через несколько часов.
Вокруг здания много небольших магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой едой.
В общем и целом, мы рекомендуем это место для всех путешественников!

GGastnutzerDieses Mal traf mich mein Freund zu einem kleinen Treffen und sah diesen Laden in der Suzhou-Bucht
Da es ein Arbeitstag war, bekam ich vom Personal ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick. Die Umgebung war toll und es gab einen erstklassigen Blick auf den See. Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer beinhaltete auch Frühstück.
Der Frühstücksraum ist recht groß und das Essen ist ok. Die Nudeln und Wontons sind köstlich.
Es gibt einen Induktionsherd, eine Waschmaschine und einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Es fühlt sich an, als ob man darin einen Hot Pot zubereiten könnte. Ich habe überprüft, ob es auch Suiten gibt, und werde beim nächsten Mal darüber nachdenken, eine Suite zu buchen, um hier mit Freunden zu kochen und zu essen.

Hopefully they will change the system for the” New Passcode every time whenever I need to go out” This is such a hustle for both me and the frontdesk as that moment we cannot use the APP that provides new PASSCODE. overall the location is great near Nanjing South Railway.

QQiangbudaoEin entspannender Urlaub an einem sauberen Ort. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit zwei großen und zwei kleinen Betten, perfekt für einen Familienausflug. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und einen Induktionskochfeld, so dass wir uns leicht etwas zu essen zubereiten konnten. Das Hotelfrühstück war eher durchschnittlich, aber es gab auch keine anderen Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

GGastnutzerWas mir nicht gefallen hat: Beim Check-in wurde ich gefragt, ob ich Kochgelegenheiten und eine Waschmaschine benötige. Falls nicht, könnte ich direkt ein Zimmer beziehen. Falls doch, müsste ich warten, bis ein Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Ich fragte, ob die Zimmergröße dieselbe sei, was bejaht wurde. Ich dachte, dann nehme ich lieber direkt ein Zimmer, der Platz, der durch das Fehlen von Kochgelegenheiten und Waschmaschine gespart wird, sollte das Zimmer komfortabler machen. Wer hätte gedacht, dass der gesparte Platz nur aus Flurfläche besteht und die Nutzfläche sehr klein ist. Bitte vermeiden Sie Zimmer xx06, siehe Bilder.Was mir gefallen hat: Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Ausgangs 10 der U-Bahnstation Sanyang Plaza, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und sehr praktisch für Ausflüge.Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, bye bye~

GGastnutzerA really nice hotel apartment and excellent for the price. The room was brilliant and the staff were really helpful. The location is quite far out but it's very close to a metro line making it easy to get around the city.
I would say the two negative things were firstly the breakfast was pretty awful. If you have the option not to pay this is what I would advise. It is however very cheap so can't complain that much.
Secondly, you need to wear a swimming hat in the pool, this is common in China and wasn't the issue. The issue was they charged a ridiculous amount to purchase the hats there.
