Erstaunlicher Aufenthalt. Ich weiß, dass einige Interkontinente in einigen Bereichen leicht zurückgegangen sind, aber diese Eigenschaft ist definitiv nicht einer von ihnen. Saubere, komfortable Zimmer, Betten sehr entspannend und schnell schlafen. Alle Mitarbeiter, die ich traf (von Kate, die mich angemeldet hat) zum jungen Bartender und Wächter in der Lounge, die am 19. Abendessen arbeitete, waren alle Top-Grade. NOT - Mein Uber-Fahrer fuhr direkt und kehrte in die Doubletree nebenan. Es gibt wirklich kein bemerkenswertes Zeichen auf der Straße. Also beachten Sie, wenn Sie dorthin kommen. Wenn das die einzige Fehler war (und es war) das bedeutet, dass das Eigentum vielleicht nur das beste Hotel in Houston sein kann.

I stayed at CQ for a business trip last week. The room was super comfortable, the curtains fully blacked the room out for a great night sleep, the hotel is in the perfect location, and the staff was awesome. I love this hotel, highly recommend to anyone staying in downtown Houston.

Decent hotel but was a bit old, but considerably clean compared to other stays that I have been to. The service was great and breakfast was decent too. Should try the pool and fitness room as well!

d by Marriot houston westchase  asa johnson ​ You CAUTION! THEY RELEASED MY PREPAID ROOMS AND WE ARRIVED ON A RED EYE FLIGHT TO NO WHERE TO STAY WITH ALL SURROUNDING HOTELS FULLY BOOKED. These rooms were confirmed for weeks before. They never called or emailed until that they oversold. I literally called when I was in my rental letting them know I was on the way, and they told me sorry I will need to call another hotel because they over booked. Why they gave someone both if our double rooms, I don't know??? I explained that is unacceptable. Here are photos of the rooms they sent put us in due to their inconsideration. Nasty just nasty. Mold, Hair, dirty, ran down. They finally sent a cancellation email after we showed up for our reservation. Austin Gerdes the Assistant is the general manager that gave away our rooms and he wouldn't return any calls. I felt bad for the poor lady on duty trying to clean up his mess. She gave him my number over the phone but he never called. How inconsiderate. This is a business trip and they started it off as a nightmare. Horrible practice and damaging to Marriot's reputation.

Der Poolbereich war familienfreundlich und die Reservierungen verhinderten ein Überlaufen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und alle Restaurants waren großartig. Die Lage ist zentral zu allem in der Innenstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!

Mit dem Zug zum Flughafen verbunden, nach einem Tag von Stress und Reiseverzögerungen kommt der Aufstieg, die Lobby begrüßt, und die Lächeln von Büroagenten verpacken Sie wie ein toasty stick. Das Hotel hat einen Spaß, eine Futuristische Layout. Club M war 10 Sterne auf einer Skala 5-star für Nahrung, Snacks, Kaffee - Sie nennen es. Das Restaurant serviert gutes Essen - versuchen Sie die Pizza - und genießen Sie den Aufbewahrungsservice. Unser Aufenthalt war unerwartet und wir waren ziemlich sauer, einen ganzen Tag zu verzögern, bevor wir unseren Anschlussflug, aber WOW - ich bin so dankbar, dass wir hier geblieben sind, weil es schwer war, in schlechtem Stimmung zu lange in diesem sehr schönen Hotel zu sein. Wenn Sie häufig reisen, prüfen Sie den Flugplatz - gerüstet für Flugbesatzungen, verkaufen sie sehr dauerhafte Gepäck, kühle Lanyards und alle Arten von Zubehör.

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.

Nun, es war Vatertagsnacht alles war cool keine Probleme direkt ins Zimmer, dass ich am nächsten Morgen aufwachte und das Zimmer gegen 8 Uhr verließ. Es war sehr unangenehm, besonders weil sie nackt war. Niemand hat an die Tür geklopft, es ist nichts zu beachten, dass der Check-out bis 12 Uhr mittags war?

Unser Bartender Briana war sehr aufmerksam und so war der Rest des Personals Jenny und Ferdenand ich glaube. Der Rotfisch war sehr gut und unsere Freunde sagten, dass ihr Essen auch wirklich gut war. Das Hotel selbst hat sich so sehr verändert! Ich mag, was du mit dem Ort gemacht hast.
