I recently had the pleasure of staying at a youth hostel that truly stood out for its exceptional qualities. Nestled in a residential area, its location was incredibly convenient, offering a tranquil retreat just a bike ride away from the city center—less than 10 minutes to be exact. This made for peaceful nights, ensuring a restful sleep in a safe environment. The hostel is run by a delightful couple whose hospitality knew no bounds. They were not only eager to assist with any issues that arose but also went above and beyond by providing bicycles. This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly. What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care. The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers. In summary, this hostel was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home, or perhaps more accurately, a homestay. It's undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in globally, blending the comfort of a home with the adventurous spirit of a hostel.

We stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old. The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one. The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed. The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

Der Waschraum war leer und das Licht aus, was uns einen ziemlichen Schrecken einjagte. Das Frühstück war, wie zu erwarten, eher einfach. Die Lage war recht günstig; im Osten gibt es ein sehr gutes mexikanisches Restaurant.

Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel geblieben und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Lage war bequem, das Personal war freundlich und freundlich, und das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Ich war jedoch etwas enttäuscht über die Ausstattung, insbesondere über das Gewichtszimmer. Das Gewichtszimmer war klein und veraltet, mit begrenzten Ausrüstungen und nicht gut gepflegt. Als jemand, der während meiner Reisen aus der Arbeit genießt, fand ich, dass das Fehlen qualitativ hochwertiger Fitnesseinrichtungen eine Nebenwirkung ist. Trotzdem genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel wegen seiner anderen positiven Attribute. Das Restaurant im Vorfeld serviert leckere Lebensmittel, das erfreuliche Frühstück war ein schöner Kontakt, und der Zimmerservice war schnell und effizient. Wenn das Hotel in die Verbesserung ihrer Gewichts- und Fitnesseinrichtungen investieren könnte, würde es die allgemeine Erfahrung der Gäste erheblich verbessern. Ich würde in Zukunft hier nochmals überdenken, aber hoffe, dass in diesem Bereich Verbesserungen zu sehen.”

Family-friendly 酒店，設施略老舊，是地毯的那種，浴室裡一張歪掉的桌子有點弔詭。服務OK，含早餐和晚餐，預算有限的話就非常方便了。成年人贈送酒券，每位成年人每晚三杯，飲酒的很適合了。泳池一半露天一半被屋頂遮蔽，適合所有天氣。spa很小，僅限四人同時參與。兩台電梯，一台直達餐區一台面向停車場，非常便捷。停車場外面就是工地，略有些噪音，夜晚比較明顯但沒有非常影響休息。因為靠近醫療區，有不少手術後的病人家庭入住，盼他們早日康復。總體而言非常推薦啦。

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

The staff really made the experience above and beyond. We expected a very basic stay, the room and shower/bathroom was extremely clean. The check in/reception was really 100% amazing through and through. They make you feel right at home. Will book here again if needed in the future.

the hotel has a comfortable beds and nice 50 inch tvs in each room . couches and a desk and bar area with fridge . nice hot water in shower . streaming is available in each room and free coffee. staff is nice too .

Die Umgebung ist gut, das Servicepersonal ist begeistert und im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Fitnessraum. Leider wusste ich nicht, wann ich ging. Es gibt keine Einkaufszentren in der Nähe, aber Einkaufszentren wie die Galleria sind nicht weit entfernt

Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, so dass wir die Treppen mit unserem Gepäck nutzen mussten. Wir hatten ein älteres Paar in unserer Party. Ich hatte auch für meine Reise durch die Buchungsfirma bezahlt und wurde wieder bezahlt. Ich musste etwa 2 Wochen warten, bis ich endlich zurückgezahlt wurde.
