My trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it. Location: The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities. Apartment Condition: The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays. Building & Check-in: Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby. Service: The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations. Noise Level: Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor. Overall: A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

Taken to our room by host, immediately upon entering, host asked if we were happy with the room or wanted to upgrade. Layout of Apartment appeared suitable for our needs and appeared in order so declined upgrade as we weren’t sure if that would be additional cost. Once host left we put our bags down and started to settle in and as we did so found the unit to be unclean. It was like the unit had not been throughly cleaned for some time. dust and grime on surfaces and floor, broken bedside cupboards and bed head laying against the wall in the kitchen. We set about cleaning the apartments we Harley unpacked and it would of been an inconvenience to us to have to replace our things. We set about cleaning the room. the host messaged us within the hour to ask if we were satisfied with the room or wanted to still upgrade. I let them know that the room was u clean & we were not satisfied but didn’twant to risk another dirty apartment. Given the conversation with the host and repeated question about us wanting to upgrade, I feel that they were aware the room was not up to standard. The layout of apartment is good with 1 bedroom 1 toilet and shower and lounge area downstairs, 2 bedrooms, toilet and washing machine upstairs. 1 shower for all apartment with needing time between showers due to hot water system needing time to reheat can make for a long time for everyone to get ready. Note pictures are dated so room is not as pristine as presented in photos but good location. Is it ok? Yeah, would I stay here again? No

Das Zimmer war modern und sauber mit großer Wärmeleitung. Kann frühzeitig für eine zusätzliche Gebühr überprüfen, wenn Sie möchten. tägliche Hausaufbewahrung ist täglich, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Reinigungsmittel kostenlos für den Gästen. Viele gute lokale Lebensmittel auf beiden Straßen auf beiden Seiten des Gebäudes. Das Zimmer hatte einen Boden, um die Fenster zu überdecken, die auf der Außenhalle geöffnet wurden, so dass Sie sie nicht öffnen konnten, was kein natürliches Licht bedeutete. Das Mädchen am Empfang (Tag/Morgen) war unfreundlich und schien wann immer Sie um Hilfe gebeten haben, verärgert zu sein.

It was a great place to stay in Changsha. Appartment was big enough for our 5 people family. Staff are very nice. Beads are confortables. Just a bi far away from subway, better to take Didi. We had a nice view from our windows :)

This is the second time we stayed here After came back from Zhangjiajie . They provided free luggage storage and they have some room type . At that time we have chosen the only left room which was triple bed room. When we arrived , the reception gave us the room downstairs which was in 15th floor. . We felt so dissatisfied since we look for room on the same level as last room we stayed on level 17 . She said , they need some time to clean it up since no clean room available at that time (it was check in time actually). We didn’t like 15th floor room since the alley was so dark and spooky. We insisted to stay on 17th floor room since the hotel lobby and reception were at 17th floor . Afterwards We went for lunch and when we came back the room on 17th floor was ready for us . It was very spacious, with nice view to the city. Unfortunately the window glass was dirty so it wasn’t too visible to look outside . Their amenities were complete, their bed were cozy, only they didn’t have big mirror . Watch out for the wooden floor. it was higher than the tile so I fell down at night when I wanted to go to the toilet. Overall the staying is quite satisfying

This Homestay was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and kind. They offered to pick me up from the station as soon as I booked the homestay and then offered me a lift to the station the day I checked out. The room was clean and comfy. The AC worked well and the shower was pleasant. The homestay is a 15 minute walk from the scenic spot enterance, which lets you see some of the outer town. Bottled water is proved and there is a refill station in reception. Great stay! I highly recommend booking this homestay, especially given its price!

Der Raum ist groß und ist viel zu groß als das normale Hotel. Die Wohnung und das Hotel Shia in demselben Gebäude, die Fitnesszimmer, Pool und Frühstück im Hotel teilen, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Der Service des Leiters ist auch sehr intim, der Mikro-Schreiben im Voraus hinzugefügt, die Positionierung zu übermitteln, helfen Sie, das Zimmer zu organisieren, was die Anforderungen anzusprechen schnell. Hier ist der Administrator Xiao Xiao Zhu, der vor der Pause auch ein besonderes Gespräch mit seinen Kollegen über die gute Sache gemacht hat, um zu verantworten, ist sehr gut. I wasn’t expecting much, but I had a wonderful stay at Yunxi hotel. As a traveller from Britain who does not speak Chinese, in one of China’s least international cities, I thought it would be difficult to find my way around. However, through usage of translation apps, the language barrier was entirely shattered. The suite was stunning, with a huge floor to ceiling window providing incredible views at night. There was a remote control luckily to control the curtains for privacy. I travelled solo, however the suite I stayed in would also be a fantastic choice for couples and groups of friends. One of the absolute best parts - the location. It’s minutes away from IFS square, Pozi road, Huogong palace and Jiefang road, full of nightlife. This hotel was a great place for me to see what Changsha has to offer. So, given the affordable price and responsive + friendly staff who I was talking to over WeChat all hours of the day for various recommendations and advice — I highly recommend Yunxi Smart Hotel to English speaking visitors in Changsha.

Diese Pension hat unsere Familienreise durch Hunan perfekt abgerundet! Der Service war äußerst herzlich und die Gastgeber waren sehr aufrichtig und zuvorkommend – einfach top! Wir hatten uns ursprünglich Gedanken gemacht, wie wir vom Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof zur Pension gelangen würden. Doch die Unterkunft kontaktierte uns proaktiv telefonisch und organisierte einen Abholservice für uns. Das hat uns eine Menge Ärger erspart! Unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit Flussblick war sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll-elegant eingerichtet. Die Lage in der Nähe der Tuojiang Yun Brücke ist zudem angenehm ruhig. Nach dem Check-in bestellten wir uns Essen und Getränke aufs Zimmer, und angesichts der wunderschönen Aussicht wollten wir gar nicht mehr vor die Tür! Während die Kinder im Zimmer Zeichentrickfilme schauten und sich vergnügten, saßen wir Erwachsenen am Fenster und plauderten – das war äußerst entspannt und eine wundervolle Erinnerung.
