My trip got cut short due to family emergency but my parent stayed at Xiangyu Xiangyue Apartment not too long ago and recommended this place so I am writing this on their behalf as they did not had the chance to do it. Location: The location is excellent — right beside IFS and within walking distance to Taiping Street, Wuyi Square Station, shopping malls, food streets, cafés, and convenience stores. Super convenient for both day and night activities. Apartment Condition: The room was clean, modern, and spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the air-conditioning worked well. The apartment comes with basic amenities like a small fridge and kettle, which is great for longer stays. Building & Check-in: Since it’s an apartment-style stay, the entrance is inside a commercial building. Check-in was smooth and the host provided clear instructions, but first-time visitors may need to look around a bit to find the correct lift lobby. Service: The host was responsive and polite. Communication was easy, and they were helpful when I needed directions and recommendations. Noise Level: Because it’s in the busiest part of Changsha, some street noise can be heard at night — typical for such a central location. If you’re sensitive, you may want to request a higher floor. Overall: A great choice if you want convenience, modern comfort, and a prime location right next to IFS. It’s ideal for travellers who enjoy shopping, nightlife, and easy access to transportation.

My stay was disappointing due to the poor condition and maintenance of the room. There were visible damages on the walls, unfinished patchwork, and signs of moisture damage near the window, which raised hygiene concerns. The flooring also felt worn, and the cabinet interior appeared neglected. The apartment and size was fantastic for family, but the maintenance was lacking. On the positive note, the staff were helpful and responsive, and the hotel is conveniently located.

Kann frühzeitig für eine zusätzliche Gebühr überprüfen, wenn Sie möchten. tägliche Hausaufbewahrung ist täglich, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Reinigungsmittel kostenlos für den Gästen. Viele gute lokale Lebensmittel auf beiden Straßen auf beiden Seiten des Gebäudes. Try to imagine for a second, a hotel room with: Three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a washing machine, located high up 40 floors, lake view, and even a tea corner. What do you think such a room should cost for a night? Well, I don't know about you, but for me it certainly wasn't the 300 yuan we paid. The location is not far away from the attractions either, it takes a quick 15 minute cab ride to hot spot night markets like Tai Ping street and 20 minutes to Orange Island. I think that's all that's needed to be said to convince anyone to stay here. But what's the catch? Sounds too good to be true right? Well, there really isn't one, but allow me to nitpick. 1) The provided kitchen basically only includes 2 stove tops, a kettle, and a fridge. No cookware or utensils provided. 2) Only one of the 2 bathrooms has a shower. 3) The furniture generally feels cheap. 4) The windows need cleaning. For the price there really isn't anything to complain about. Highly recommended at this price point. This is hands down, by far, the best valued accomodation I've ever stayed at. Downstairs there are many local restaurants to choose from as well as a few convenience stores available. It is also located right at the subway exit although the hotel entrance may be a bit confusing to find.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, mit bequemen Transportmöglichkeiten 🚇. Der Service an der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell, und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, mit kompletter und gepflegter Ausstattung (Klimaanlage und Warmwasser waren ausgezeichnet!). Die Betten waren bequem und die Schallisolierung war hervorragend, was einen erholsamen Schlaf gewährleistete 🛏️. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker ☕. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet, und ich werde dieses Hotel auf meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise oder Reise definitiv wieder wählen! 👍

It was a great place to stay in Changsha. Appartment was big enough for our 5 people family. Staff are very nice. Beads are confortables. Just a bi far away from subway, better to take Didi. We had a nice view from our windows :)

Really conflicted with this place Took about 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. When someone finally arrived after I called, the front desk agent seemed confused as to what I wanted even though I gave him my passport. We eventually got checked in I really liked the room. The windows were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen which is a shame because the view would have been nice. Loved the projector screen. Great bed. Spacious layout. Best of all the bottom floor is steps away from exit 1 of Wuyi square. The toilet is a combination of western and Chinese which I’ve never seen before I’d recommend this place to Chinese speakers but to foreigners I’d avoid it

Die Lage des B&B ist sehr gut, ideal für Selbstfahrertouren. Auf dem Parkplatz im Erdgeschoss gibt es Ladestationen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und holt Sie in Furong ab. Die Tickets waren ursprünglich ermäßigt, aber es gab einen kleinen Zwischenfall. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Schließlich ist der Preis für den 1. Mai sehr vernünftig! Furong ist immer noch sehr schön, aber ich finde die Tickets etwas teuer und nicht lohnenswert. Die Gestaltung der Ausgänge des malerischen Gebiets ist etwas fassungslos. So viele Leute verlassen einen so kleinen Ort und beschweren sich alle über die Gestaltung der Ausgänge des malerischen Gebiets!

Der Gastgeber war sehr charmant und aufmerksam und hat uns alles detailliert erklärt. Das Frühstück mit Reisnudeln und Porridge war köstlich und genau unser Geschmack. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und die Umgebung angenehm. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass wir vorab telefonisch kontaktiert wurden und die Klimaanlage bei unserer Ankunft bereits eingeschaltet war. Wirklich top!

Über die Erwartungen hinaus, es ist zu viel komfortabler als das normale Hotel zu leben! Dieses Mal habe ich Xiao Jia-Apartment ausgewählt und die Erfahrung ist wirklich sehr gut. Der Raum ist groß und ist viel zu groß als das normale Hotel. Die Wohnung und das Hotel Shia in demselben Gebäude, die Fitnesszimmer, Pool und Frühstück im Hotel teilen, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Der Service des Leiters ist auch sehr intim, der Mikro-Schreiben im Voraus hinzugefügt, die Positionierung zu übermitteln, helfen Sie, das Zimmer zu organisieren, was die Anforderungen anzusprechen schnell. Hier ist der Administrator Xiao Xiao Zhu, der vor der Pause auch ein besonderes Gespräch mit seinen Kollegen über die gute Sache gemacht hat, um zu verantworten, ist sehr gut.
