I requested some special request like room in the upstairs and for microwave to the hotel fron trip app. The receptionist mentioned there is no request she can read. She was trying to give room in the ground floor. My request was fulfilled the next day but was unexpected. Overall the room is really nice and service too.

Carlton Suites Motel in Goulburn is a great choice for a short stay. The rooms are very clean, and the location is convenient, making it easy to get around. It’s also quite affordable, offering good value for money. However, there are a couple of minor downsides. The soundproofing isn’t the best, so noise from other rooms or outside can be noticeable. Also, I had trouble reaching the staff by phone, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a clean and budget-friendly place to stay in Goulburn. Despite the small issues, I’d stay here again!

Overall a good 3 night stay at the Hermitage. Large spacious room, fairly comfortable bed/bedding. Don’t know about aircon/heating as it was not used during our stay. Unfortunately it is not shown in the online pictures that the hotel is surrounded by commercial facilities on 3 sides and a highway on the 4th. Great to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as a toaster (as breakfast is not offered at the hotel). Unfortunately, though you can cook toast there were no plates or knives supplied to put any butter or spreads on it. The restaurant meal was great, service was really good, wine list small (inexpensive) but fine. The whole experience was let down by our final night when we ordered in-house meals from the restaurant at 7.30 and when we called at 9pm to enquire how much longer they would be we were informed our order had been lost. Went to sleep hungry. Attitude over this issue was abysmal.

The interior and the shower needs to be updated, very old and outdated. The floor in the shower fills up quickly and not running down the drain fast enough which was quite unpleasant to experience. The place needs heating or a heater as it can get quite cold during the winter. The queen bed was comfortable and warm and the room was spacious for 1 person. The reception is friendly and always smiling although it would be good to know in advance if my single bedroom that I booked for another booking so I didn't have to lugged 2 luggages and my handbag with my laptop into up and down the stairs as there are no lifts. I was surprised that a woman knocked on my door at 9:45am that she was ready to get into my room when in the booking, it says check out is 10am. That made check out a very annoying experience for me. The location is great as it's a short walk to the beach and Cronulla centre.

Sehr sauber und geräumig Zimmer. Es war dort komfortabel. Allerdings war der Kissen ein bisschen hart. Die motelreception geschlossen um 7 Uhr und es war buchstäblich geschlossen. Der Tipp, den ich gelernt habe, ist, eine Nachricht durch die Telefonnummer an der Empfangstür zu senden oder eine E-Mail durch die Kontakt-E-Mail der Website zu senden. Das Personal war auf beide Weise reagiert - speichern Sie die Übersee-Anruf, wenn Sie Ausländer sind. Das Personal schickt Ihnen den Passwort des Schlüsselboxes, dann können Sie die Umschlagnummer und der Schlüssel erhalten. 6 Minuten Fahrt nach Port Macquarie, wo es viele gute Qualität Restaurants hat. Wir gingen zum japanischen Restaurant, Ichi, sehr gute Qualität, aber nicht teuer! Ein weiterer, den wir nicht gelangen konnten ist Bills Fishouse & Bar. Es war voll Haus also, müssen Buchungen machen, wenn Sie einen Tisch zu sichern. Sie sah, was die Menschen in Bills essen - die Gerichte sahen schön und schmeckt.

Es war sehr bequem nahe zu allem überall ein guter Aufenthalt , Allerdings! Es störte meine Tochter (12yrs) dass das Bild oberhalb des Bettes nicht mitten an wurde gehackt LOL Danke.

Die Dusche war schrecklich, Betten nicht die beste nur für eine Nacht geblieben und die Fans waren auch laut, tolle Lage für den Strand, alles für Lebensmittel geschlossen früh und konnte nicht finden einen normalen Fisch und Chip Shop so endete, musste zum Abendessen, das auch nicht war die größte

Booked this based on location & price. Hubby read the reviews & said it didn't sound great. I like to give things a chance & was only 1 night. We arrived and were greeted by Julie. She was pleasant. Our family room 212 was spacious, facing the car park. Kettle, toaster, microwave & WIFI worked, TV looked decent gave up trying to watch anything on it, and used our laptop & phones. Bathroom was fair, mattresses were fine, you get what you pay for, it's a 2 star motel not luxury end. We just needed a bed and shower for the night & we got it. Pool was nice, kids had a ball, we left early in the AM. We drove down the block and realised the bad reviews are for the EL LAGO Water Resort, which is the tourist park & that looks shady not for the EL LAGO Water Motel we stayed at. Cheers

This was a last minute decision to take a couple of the grandkids to Tamworth to experience the Country Music Festival. We were lucky to find accommodation at this motel on Trip.com. The Almond confirmed our booking by email and on arrival, check-in was simple, quick and with friendly service. Our room was a surprise, with 2 bedrooms - one for the grandkids with their own TV and aircon, very clean and comfortable. The wide parking spot in front of the room was great, no chance of vehicle being scratched by a wayward case or bag. The pool was also an attraction for the two grandkids. The motel is located only a few minutes drive from Tamworth CBD or if you are up to it, around a 15 minute walk. would definitely choose this property is we return to Tamworth in the future.
