Der Shuttlebus fährt sehr häufig. Wenn Sie die TB-Abfahrtsebene verlassen, gehen Sie weiter, bis Sie das rote Schild sehen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nahe am Meer, und die Landschaft ist großartig. Der kostenlose Flughafenbus fährt alle halbe Stunde und ist sehr praktisch. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind gut gepflegt und die Zimmer sind nicht recht traditionell Schlecht Obwohl das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist, wird für das eigentliche Restaurant ein zusätzliches Trinkgeld verlangt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt gut.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön und angenehm. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen, hierher zu kommen. Gutes kostenloses Frühstück und die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und sie haben uns sogar ein Upgrade für unser Zimmer gegeben. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel 30 Minuten von LA und 50 Minuten von den Universal Studios entfernt ist, wenn viel Verkehr ist.

Nice newer hotel in San Jose area. Hotel has it's own cafe so when you wake up, there's a breakfast and coffee options to start the day. Gym was nice and large with new equipments. Hotel rooms were nicely appointed and would definitely stay here again. Check in was simple and parking includes free 3 hours parking. Overnight parking is $20.

I had a wonderful stay at the Maple Tree Inn for over ten days. The experience was consistently pleasant—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was the fresh, great-tasting coffee available every day, which became part of my morning routine. Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic from start to finish. We returned here for the 2nd time. The staff at the front desk Mr. Ernie were incredibly professional, welcoming and gave us (family) the best 5 star service.
His service was extraordinary with a compassion heart and kindness.
Our room was spotless, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a lifesaver for sleeping in. After a long travel and tiredness we felt so refreshed the next day.
On top of that, the hotel's location was perfect—just a short walk to the McDonald's, petrol kiosk and Subway.
We particularly loved the breakfast buffet at the hotel, which had a wide variety of fresh options and food was super delicious. Staff Kimberly was courteous and helpful to serve us the best.
It's so convenient to the Airport as they provide shuttle services. We were so happy and satisfied.
Thank you Mr. Ernie for making our stay unforgettable and memorable. This hotel is highly recommend everyone visiting Los Angeles LAX!

YYuchenDas weißhaarige Schalterpersonal ist sehr nett, spricht Englisch und Chinesisch und ergreift sogar die Initiative, um bei der Zugkontrolle zu helfen, Transportempfehlungen zu geben und sich zu unterhalten. Der Rest des Personals ist gewöhnlich.
Gepäck kann aufbewahrt werden, die Zimmerausstattung ist relativ klein und die Reinigung erfolgt ordentlich und schnell.
Die Schalldämmung des Zimmers ist sehr schlecht, man hört die Geräusche, die nebenan passieren
Der Fernseher im Zimmer war schrecklich und langsam, drei Viertel des Bildschirms waren blockiert und unbrauchbar. Der Safe ist einmal kaputt gegangen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Es ist etwas weit vom Geschäft im Stadtzentrum entfernt, kann aber zu Fuß erreicht werden
Es gibt nur einen Stuhl und einen Tisch im Zimmer

AAnonymer BenutzerMein kürzlich gehabter Aufenthalt in Fremont Marriott war eine wunderbare Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Die Lage des Hotels war bequem, die Unterkunft war bequem und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ein Aspekt meines Aufenthalts, der wirklich herauskam, war das Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbuffet des Hotels war beeindruckend, bietet eine breite Palette von Optionen, um jeden Geschmack zu passen. Aber was wirklich meine Aufmerksamkeit erhielt war die Omelette Station.
Der Omelette-Koch war unglaublich geschickt und aufmerksam, erstellte spezielle Omelette, um mit einer breiten Auswahl an Füllungen zu bestellen. Jede Omelette wurde zu Perfektion gekocht, mit einer fluffy Textur und aromatische Füllungen, die jedes Bit einen Behandlung machte. Ich hatte die Freude, mehrere verschiedene Kombinationen zu versuchen, und jeder war besser als der letzte.
Die Qualität der Zutaten war auch bemerkenswert. Frische Eier, eine Vielzahl von Käse und eine Vielzahl von Gemüse und Fleisch waren alle verfügbar, die sicherstellen, dass jede Omelette ein leckerer und ernährender Beginn zum Tag war.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt in Fremont Marriott fantastisch, und das Frühstücks-Omelette war ein standout-Feature, die meine Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Ich empfehle Fremont Marriott sehr jedem, der einen komfortablen und leckeren Aufenthalt in der Gegend sucht.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Hotel befindet sich auf einer Halbinsel, vor und nach der Bay, die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein paar Kilometer von der Downtown entfernt, und es ist auch bequem, zum Einkaufen zu fahren. Unterhalb des Parkplatzes gibt es 30 Messer pro Tag. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut und es wird schnell gepflegt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas alt und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der die Meeresaussichten anschauen kann. Das Badezimmer ist im Allgemeinen sauber, aber das Badezimmer hat einen Wachs gefunden.

First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review.
The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-)
Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance.
1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process.
2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance.
Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

GGastnutzerI stayed in CitizenM with my wife and one of my friend from May 15-22 for a conference at Moscone Center. The location is quite strategic; not only is it walkable to the Moscone Center from here, but also it is walkable to several places you should go to in San Francisco, such as Union Square, starting point for the renowned cable car, SF MOMA, and Yerba Buena Garden. There are also several public transportation accessible nearby, such as BART, Metro, Muni buses, streetcars, and cable cars, so it is very strategic for sightseeing around San Francisco.
The facilities offered by the hotel are quite complete for my needs. The room is neat, albeit not so vast, and quite high tech, since there is an Ipad in the room that acts as the command control to the room, so you can control the TV, the curtain, the lamp, even when you want your room to be cleaned from that Ipad. There is also a gym that is open 24 hours with several devices and a water station. Its co-working space is also neatly designed and very comfy.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, dubbed canteenM. It provides breakfast, and there are also several foods and beverages that can be ordered. Other than that, the hotel staff are very helpful. They told us that we can ask for water in the canteen and they will provide it. Sometimes we also asked them for help with providing hot water for us making instant noodles, and they helped us. They also showed us a microwave that can be used.
If there is one thing that can be improved; since we stayed for quite a long time, we noticed that the breakfast options, although still quite various, are quite similar from day to day; scrambled egg, chicken sausage (oh it's so delicious it is to die for!), bagel, toast, pastries, salad station, cheese, and smoked salmon. There is also bacon, ham, and salami in the option (obviously I cannot eat it). Oh, there are some beverages also, like coffee, tea, and juice. You can order some of the coffee (try ice mocha with half and half and additional chocolate, if I may recommend). One thing that may be different is one day they served roasted tomatoes, another day they served roasted potatoes. There is also some variety in the pastries, but that's it. If I may suggest, maybe you can add one or two options of foods that reflect the diversity of San Francisco, like maybe some Latino foods on one day, Chinese food on another, or Italian, Filipino, Vietnamese, or others. This kind of additional variety may spice up our breakfast options, especially for someone staying for quite a long time like us. Overall, a very nice experience at CitizenM San Francisco. Keep up the good job!

KKhadija.Upon check-in, I was asked to pay for the room, which I did. However, I noticed the amount charged was higher than the total from my original booking. I asked the receptionist (I believe his name was Raul, though I’m not entirely sure) why that was. I explained the amount I had been quoted during booking. He then mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that a $150 deposit is taken at check-in.
I told him this should have been communicated before processing the payment, as it’s standard practice to inform guests of such charges upfront. While I wasn’t pleased, I went ahead and paid.
I also mentioned that I had submitted a request in advance for a room away from the elevator with a good view. He told me the hotel was fully booked, which confused me, since I had booked well in advance and included my request at the time. He assigned me Room 503, which was directly across from the elevator, not away from it.
I didn’t want to complain as I had just traveled over 12 hours from London to San Diego and was extremely tired. I planned to grab some dinner and get straight to bed. However, the room was quite noisy—there was a lot of hallway activity, and the family next door had their TV volume quite high. I decided not to go downstairs and complain, hoping I could just fall asleep.
Unfortunately, I was woken up around 3 a.m. by a crying child, and again at 5 a.m. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and went to speak to the receptionist on duty, Matthew. I explained everything to him, and he was very understanding. He said there was availability and offered to move me immediately…this was surprising, considering the earlier claim that the hotel was full.
He moved me to Room 204. While it wasn’t far from the elevator either, he assured me it would be quieter since there were no large families on that floor. He was right—the room was much more peaceful, and I appreciated his help.
At checkout, I saw the same receptionist who had checked me in and decided not to approach him. Instead, I spoke to Antonio at the other desk. I asked about the deposit, and he informed me it would take 2–3 business days to be released. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, especially after the earlier issues, so I shared my entire experience with him. He apologized sincerely and mentioned the initial receptionist may need additional training, which they would look into.
Overall, the stay was decent for a short 3-night visit, but the start could have been handled much better.

AAnonymer BenutzerEs ist ein altes Hotel mit kultureller Basis, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Gästezimmerservice ist rechtzeitig und in der Lage, die Betten und Bettwäsche sind sehr komfortabel, das Frühstück ist nicht gesagt, das Wochenende-Menü wird in ein brunch-Menü ersetzt. Alle Vorteile lassen mich die einzigen Nachteile der Nulllandschaft außerhalb des Fensters berücksichtigen. Parken ist Valet, die Tür hat CVS, fünf Minuten zu Fuß haben eine erste Taco-Station in den USA, aber die Straße ist homeless
