Впервые в жизни столкнулась с отвратительной ситуацией - когда хотела заселиться в отель по предварительно оплаченной брони, мне в отеле заявили, что я должна оплатить отель, что они не получали оплату и вообще не работают с онлайн оплатой. Разбирательство с отелем заняло около часа. Меня не хотели заселять, требовали оплаты. Я связалась с сервисом бронирования, но у них были нерабочие часы, через другой офис сервиса удалось повлиять на отель, меня в итоге заселили, но никаких извинений со стороны отеля не последовало. Крайне непрофессиональная стойка регистрации в отеле!
Если не хотите нервотрепки, замедляйтесь в другой отель.

Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet
I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay.
One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes.
Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

Im Hotel am Anfang Dezember,  Der erste Fehler, meine Zimmerkarte kann die Tür des Zimmers nicht öffnen,  Der zweite ist, dass das Hotel jetzt sehr kompliziert ist, und die Situation, dass die Stromausfallsituation mindestens dreimal an der Nacht gestoppt wurde,  Am nächsten Morgen gibt es kein Geld, um mich zu finden, Ich wartete etwa 15 Minuten und habe mich 6000 Ali Ali erhalten,  und der ursprüngliche Betrag im Internet für 2038 Ali Ali bezahlt, aber es gibt keine Mitarbeiter, die Englisch sprechen können, am Ort. Außerdem habe ich eine E-Mail für die Wohnung zu hinterlassen, und ich habe bis heute keine Antwort 🙈

PPeterI arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again.
