Everything was very well organised. The dinner buffet was elaborate and special mention must be made of the service especially Aman, he was very hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Der Aufenthalt bei itc sonar war wunderbar. Die Atmosphäre der Ad-Großheit dieses Eigentums ist über Worte hinaus. Die hier servierten Küchen sind ausgezeichnet. Kredit geht an Chef Shubonkar für die individuelle Pflege. Ich möchte Herrn Sujoy aus dem Vorbüro für seine Hilfe ansprechen, die das Beste für mich arrangiert. Ich möchte gerne wieder besuchen.

Es befindet sich neben Pradhan Nagar. Ideale Unterkunft für einen Arztbesuch. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Guter Swimmingpool im 2. Stock des Hotels. Das Frühstück bietet viele verschiedene Speisen. Perfekte und saubere Zimmer. Alles gut gealtert. Hygienisch zu bleiben während der COVID-Zeit.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.

I shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members manning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like ****** with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

Check-in war reibungslos und schnell. Ich wurde in mein Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und Hauspflege machte eine gute Arbeit. Das Hotel kümmerte sich um eine Frage mit leicht fehlgeschlagenen Badfächern auch. Insgesamt, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

-Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ neu und die Zimmer sind nicht klein. -Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe des Glockenturms, mit Restaurants und Taxis in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, bequem zum Einkaufen zu jeder Zeit und überall am Abend. Gute Lage. -Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass ich beim Einchecken lange Haare auf der Bettwäsche gefunden habe. Machen Sie Fotos an der Rezeption, sie nehmen sie sehr ernst. Ich habe die Decke gewechselt, aber es war immer noch Zuba Ba. Es wird geschätzt, dass die Bettwäsche nicht automatisch getrocknet und gebügelt wird. -Haben die Abholung vom Flughafen gebucht. Obwohl etwas teuer, ist der Fahrer von guter Qualität und stellt von Zeit zu Zeit die vorbeifahrenden Städte vor.

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

Wir hatten einen absolut erstaunlichen Aufenthalt im Taj Chia Kutir Darjeeling! Im Herzen der Hügel wurde die ruhige Atmosphäre perfekt für die Entspannung. Die Teepflanzung war ein Highlight, bietet atemberaubende Aussichten und eine ruhige Erfahrung. Die kostenlosen Yoga-Klassen waren eine wunderbare Ergänzung, die uns helfen, sich völlig neu zu fühlen. Das Essen war lecker, mit einer Vielzahl von aromatischen Optionen, um jeden Palast passen. Vor allem waren die Mitarbeiter außergewöhnlich – aufmerksam, warm und unglaublich hilfreich. Es war wirklich ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt, und wir können nicht warten, bis wir zurückkehren!

all was fine & awesome. I found it from MMT. we stayed for a night and it was fabulous experience I gathered. All staffs did well behavior with us.

I had a wonderful stay at lemon tree hotel, siliguri. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even better. The in-room dining services were excellent, and the food quality was top-notch. The room service was prompt, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I also enjoyed a relaxing time in the bathtub, which added to the comfort. Overall, the stay was a perfect blend of luxury and value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting siliguri!

I recently stayed at indismart hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambience and rooms were nice, and the food was good and delicious(loved the breakfast experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location and features good interior design. The staff were polite and accommodating. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.

Apart from wifi being disconnected time to time , everything was great.

Hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark, receptionist was not helpful at all and very unfriendly behaviour. Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty ***** with towel, toilet was also not hygienic. Light bulbs not in working condition. But restaurant was good, food was good and staffs of the restaurant were friendly.

Ich blieb dort 3 Nächte. Das war sehr nett und wir fühlten uns sehr gute Erfahrung. Die Lebensmittelqualität war auch sehr gut. Insgesamt war es ein nettes Aufenthalt.
