Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Personal war bei der Ankunft herzlich und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war nicht so gut. Im Zimmer herrscht ein unangenehmer Geruch (riecht, als wäre Urin auf dem Boden). Ich konnte wegen des Geruchs nicht schlafen. Ich habe für ein Kingsize-Bett bezahlt und Doppelbetten bekommen.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

Wir konnten einen späten checkout erhalten, was bedeutete, wir hatten einen entspannten Nachmittag bis unsere Rückkehr zum Flughafen am Abend. Die Lage ist gut für den Flughafen, obwohl es nicht viel zu anderen Hotels zu sehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut im Hotelrestaurant. Wir essen im Citrus Café beim beigefügten Premier Lemontree, das war ein ausgezeichnetes a la carte Mahlzeit, es gab auch ein Buffet, aber wir haben es nicht versucht.

Erstes mal in Indien, das Hotel war sehr gut für diese neue Erfahrung. Sauber ordentlich täglich 6 Flaschen Wasser kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gute Idee finden Wir den Würfel beim Frühstück. Dreht *** ihn auf Rot bleibt der Tisch besetzt wird nicht abgeräumt und *** kann zu zweit ans Buffet und wenn *** mit dem Frühstück fertig ist dreht *** den ”Würfel” auf grün und der Tisch wird beräumt und gesäubert. Zwei Speisesäle wo von der eine sehr laut ist der andere groß und leise. Je nach Wahl. Nervig sind die Sicherheitskontrollen. Wundert Euch nicht, der Taxifahrer räumt alles Gepäck auf den Beifahrersitz denn bei der Einfahrt isn Hotel muss der Kofferraum leer sein. Alles Gepäck wird durchleuchtet. Abtasten erfolgt vor jedem betreten des Hotels. Sehr nervig aber dient ja der Sicherheit. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß im indischen Leben. Pool außen und geheizt. 2 Tage Regen hatten wir, da durfte der Pool wegen Gewitter nicht genutzt werden. Wir haben viel Schlimmes gehört aber waren von allem positiv überrascht-auch vom Hotel, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Die Einrichtungen sind gut und das Personal ist nett, es gibt eine Sonderbehandlung für behinderte Personen, das erkenne ich an dem Personal, das hauptsächlich im Housekeeping tätig ist.

Gute Unterkunft, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, schönes Ambiente, gute Unterkunft, in der Nähe des Flughafens, empfehlenswert. In der Nähe des Hotels kann *** ganz einfach und sicher etwas trinken oder in den Nachtclub gehen. In der Nähe von allem und rund um die Uhr zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Food Court hier ist eine gute Unterkunft.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Janakpuri, neben der U-Bahn-Station, gute Anbindung an alle Teile Delhis mit der U-Bahn, auch ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe (Unity One Shopping Mall), das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, sauber und hatte die erwartete Größe von Hyatt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und viele Optionen mit Live-Kochtheken, alles ausgezeichnet, sehr empfehlenswert

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.
