Erstes mal in Indien, das Hotel war sehr gut für diese neue Erfahrung. Sauber ordentlich täglich 6 Flaschen Wasser kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gute Idee finden Wir den Würfel beim Frühstück. Dreht *** ihn auf Rot bleibt der Tisch besetzt wird nicht abgeräumt und *** kann zu zweit ans Buffet und wenn *** mit dem Frühstück fertig ist dreht *** den ”Würfel” auf grün und der Tisch wird beräumt und gesäubert. Zwei Speisesäle wo von der eine sehr laut ist der andere groß und leise. Je nach Wahl. Nervig sind die Sicherheitskontrollen. Wundert Euch nicht, der Taxifahrer räumt alles Gepäck auf den Beifahrersitz denn bei der Einfahrt isn Hotel muss der Kofferraum leer sein. Alles Gepäck wird durchleuchtet. Abtasten erfolgt vor jedem betreten des Hotels. Sehr nervig aber dient ja der Sicherheit. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß im indischen Leben. Pool außen und geheizt. 2 Tage Regen hatten wir, da durfte der Pool wegen Gewitter nicht genutzt werden. Wir haben viel Schlimmes gehört aber waren von allem positiv überrascht-auch vom Hotel, wir würden es wieder buchen.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

More than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

Ich blieb hier 6 Nächte. Das Hotel ist ziemlich veraltet und brauchte Renovierung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, und sie lieferten freundliches Wasser. Der Aufzug war jedoch sehr langsam, und es dauerte lange, bis ich zum Zimmer ging. Leider war das Frontbüro-Team überhaupt nicht hilfreich. Ich dachte, sie waren ziemlich neu. Sie haben mein Auto 30 Minuten zu spät nach Taj Mahal geplant, und das Frontbüro-Team bestand darauf, dass ich falsch war. Es war sehr frustrierend, weil ich den Konzern um 5 Uhr einen Nachweis und eine Nachricht geschickt hatte, der den Wagen beantragte. Ich habe den Nachtmanager aufgefordert, die Angelegenheit zu berichten. Die Spargenehmigung war der Hotelführer (Ardosapologies, wenn ich seinen Namen falsch geschrieben hatte), der hervorragende Kundenservice lieferte. Er war sehr gut und sicherte, dass ich während der Reise komfortable war. Er ist ein wunderbares Personalmitglied, das wirklich oberhalb und überschreitet. Er war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Jemand wie er sollte gut von der Führung versorgt werden. Kudos zu ihm!

Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung bei DoubleTree von Hilton Ahmedabad. Ich habe im September 2023 zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr nett und sauber mit schönem offenen Blick. Für die Mitglieder bieten sie Zugang zu einem Lounge und einige der ergänzenden SPA-Dienste.

I stayed here for 3 days with my mum - we wanted to rest before flying back to UK . I would recommended this hotel The staff was very helpful Amrit Kumar offered excellent service during break and too care of my mothers dietary needs. Pawandeep Singh in reception also deserves a rewarded for how went above an beyond to support requests. Nothing was to much trouble :-) I will definitely stay here again :-)

Best Location Super Breakfast Clean Rooms With Natural Light Perfect Amenities Surely Recommend

Die Lage war genau das, was wir wollten, da es neben einem Einkaufszentrum lag, eine gute Anbindung zum Flughafen hatte und im Süden von Delhi in Richtung Jaipur lag. Ich war überrascht, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen war und dass es zwar einen Concierge-Schalter gab, *** aber keine Reservierungen für das Restaurant draußen vornehmen konnte und wir gebeten wurden, das Zimmer selbst über das Telefon in unserem Zimmer anzurufen.
