NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

TThe Busy Bee NotesI stayed at Hotel KVL with a friend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. The riverside view is relaxing and beautiful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Es riecht zwar etwas ungewohnt, aber die Landschaft dieses Hotels ist sehr gut und die Lage ist sehr praktisch, um den Palast und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen . Hier gibt es hauptsächlich chinesische Restaurants. Es sollte einen KTV in der Nähe geben. Wenn die Leute früh zu Bett gehen, wird es im Hotel laut. Grundsätzlich ist es in Ordnung, Chinesisch zu sprechen.

FFengzhongdeliushaNeben dem Phnom Penh Museum kann man direkt den Großen Palast sehen (es muss ein Doppelzimmer sein). Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man nach Norden zur Nachtstraße geht und im Osten den Großen Palast und den Fluss . Es gibt hauptsächlich Europäer und Amerikaner, und der Dekorationsstil ist es nicht wert, nach Kambodscha zu kommen. Es ist gut, es ab und zu zu erleben. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Aussicht auf das Dach ist gut.

Beste Empfehlungen, da die Lage super praktisch für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse in der Stadt ist, und wenn Sie ein Tourist sind, ist es einfach perfekt! Auf der anderen Straßenseite finden Sie den berühmten Zentralmarkt mit seiner Lebensmittelabteilung. Bitte verschieben Sie Ihren Besuch nicht, da die Tore gegen 17 Uhr schließen.
Das Anwesen wurde gerade renoviert, ist frisch, wunderschön dekoriert und wirklich gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist schön und ruhig, obwohl draußen ein belebtes Viertel ist.
Der Service war wunderbar, nett, freundlich und stand mit Ratschlägen für alle Bedürfnisse bereit.
Ich hatte wirklich eine tolle Zeit!

GGastnutzerTurned up at 6am as arrived on the overnight bus. My 2 cabin cases were carried upstairs for me to my awaiting “pod”! It had a light, plug socket & usb socket and fan, clean bedding! I slept for 5 hours until I had to leave for my plane. Bed was comfy, slept like a baby. Didn’t have time to use the amenities but saw a pool, a bar, pool table, menus , plenty of games - looked like it would’ve been a fun time! Arrived at the airport and realised I’d left my backpack & laptop etc !!! Couldn’t find the telephone no: but sent a grab and the bar man helped locate it and I managed to get it before the flight! If only I’d had more time - looked fun !
