We stayed at this 4‑star hotel for a 3‑night Christmas staycation as a couple, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Check‑in was quick and efficient, and every staff member we met was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Their service really elevated our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a relaxing rain‑shower. The big TV offered Asian news channels, a few sports channels, and even a movie channel, which was great for unwinding in the evenings. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a generous buffet offering both Western and Asian cuisine. On Christmas Eve, we enjoyed the festive buffet dinner, which was a standout. The traditional Western dishes—especially the roast leg of lamb and stuffed turkey—were flavorful and beautifully prepared. The price was also noticeably more affordable than Christmas Eve dinners at other hotels, which made it even better value. The hotel’s facilities were another highlight. The 24‑hour gym was well‑equipped with the latest machines, making workouts convenient at any time. The infinity pool was stunning, especially at sunset, offering breathtaking views over the city. The restaurant staff were consistently attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is excellent—close to shops and easy to get around. We also loved the Sky Bar, which offers fantastic views over Phnom Penh. Their happy hour from 4pm to 7pm (buy one drink, get one free) was a great way to relax and enjoy the skyline. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the slow Wi‑Fi. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to everything else the hotel offered. Overall, we had a wonderful Christmas staycation and would definitely book here again. Highly recommended.

Ich habe hier mehrmals geblieben, und ich bin immer erstaunt, wie sie mich überraschen können. Jeder Besuch fühlt sich frisch und aufregend, und ich habe mich nie enttäuscht. Absolut wunderbar!

Die Hygiene ist gut, die Umgebung ist recht modern, und mir gefällt der minimalistische Stil sehr. Schade, dass es kein Schwimmbad oder Fitnessstudio gibt; es wäre perfekt, wenn es mehr Möglichkeiten für Morgengymnastik gäbe.

Einige Details sind verbesserungsbedürftig. Das Badezimmer roch ständig unangenehm nach Abfluss, und das Frühstück war leider nicht schmackhaft – vermutlich bestand es aus halbfertigen Produkten, die nur in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt wurden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster fantastisch, das Bett bequem und das Zimmer geräumig.

Ich war vom 19. bis 21. März im Ostro. Es war ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt. Meine einzigen Beschwerden sind, dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab und die Dusche kaum Wasser abgab. Was den Service aber wieder wettmachte, war die Nachtrezeptionistin an der Rezeption. Sie war sehr freundlich zu meiner Freundin und mir und spendierte uns an unserem letzten Abend sogar ein Glas Bier. Auch die Tagesrezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und begrüßte uns jedes Mal mit einem Lächeln. Solche Gesten sind es, die mich dazu bringen, solche Unterkünfte immer wieder zu besuchen! Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht vom obersten Stockwerk. Die Zimmer sind groß, bieten aber wenig Stauraum. Die Betten sind groß und hart, aber bequem. Der Zimmerservice ist unzuverlässig. Manchmal wird das Zimmer gereinigt, manchmal nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, die Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse jedoch begrenzt. Der Poolbereich ist eng, etwa 10 Liegen drängen sich auf einer Seite der Terrasse, bieten aber Schatten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich würde wahrscheinlich wiederkommen.

Frisches Hotel neben dem Zentralmarkt Beste Empfehlungen, da die Lage super praktisch für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse in der Stadt ist, und wenn Sie ein Tourist sind, ist es einfach perfekt! Auf der anderen Straßenseite finden Sie den berühmten Zentralmarkt mit seiner Lebensmittelabteilung. Bitte verschieben Sie Ihren Besuch nicht, da die Tore gegen 17 Uhr schließen. Das Anwesen wurde gerade renoviert, ist frisch, wunderschön dekoriert und wirklich gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist schön und ruhig, obwohl draußen ein belebtes Viertel ist. Der Service war wunderbar, nett, freundlich und stand mit Ratschlägen für alle Bedürfnisse bereit. Ich hatte wirklich eine tolle Zeit!

Nice rooms but staff was beyond great! I forgot my passport in my room, called and they personally delivered it to me so I made my flight - though I had asked they send it via taxi driver, the young lady took it upon herself to ensure fast delivery - outstanding!!

I arrived at this hotel around 12 noon. The reception staff welcomed me kindly. There were a few other people waiting in the lobby at the same time. They told us that the rooms were not ready yet and that check-in time was at 2 PM. I said okay and started waiting, but since I thought it might take a while, I decided to go for a walk. I explored the nearby streets, went into a market, did some shopping, and spent some time outside. When I returned to the hotel around a little after 1 PM, I noticed that the people who had been waiting earlier were gone—so I assume their rooms had been given. The receptionist told me that my room was also ready. Then a staff member accompanied me to my room, which was on the 5th floor. The elevator in this hotel only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to take the stairs up one more level to reach the 5th floor. The room itself was quite spacious. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. However, the TV did not seem to have smart features—there was no internet connection or anything like that. It was supposed to show regular channels, but due to poor antenna reception, it barely showed anything. The channels were full of static and not watchable, so the TV was essentially unusable. The air conditioner was working, but I think the gas might have been low, because the cooling was quite weak. Still, it was enough for me. There is a safe box in the room, but it seemed to have been locked previously and could only be used with a key. I couldn’t use it with a digital code. There is also a minibar with various drinks, but I didn’t use it. I only used the fridge to store items I bought myself. I think having a fridge is quite important in hot countries like this—it’s definitely useful. Hot water was available without any problems. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s within walking distance to tourist areas and central entertainment spots. Other than that, I didn’t notice any particularly special features. The building itself is quite old, and I could see that it’s somewhat worn out. Still, it’s fine for a few days’ stay. But if you are expecting something luxurious, you should probably look for another hotel. For breakfast, there is a set menu. During my three-day stay, I had the same set menu every day. It was pretty standard, nothing special. There is also a restaurant at the entrance where you can order meals, but I didn’t try it—I only had breakfast there. That’s pretty much my experience. If you ask whether I would stay here again, I’d say it’s not bad, but you might be able to find a better place for the same price if you look around. The price was around the market average—not too expensive, not cheap either. Maybe you can find something better for the same price, but I’m not sure. These are my thoughts about the hotel. Ich kam um 6 Uhr auf, als ich den Übernachtbus angekommen war. Mein 2 Kabinenkabinen wurden für mich nach oben zu meinem wartenden “Pod” gebracht! Es hatte ein Licht, Plug-Socket & USB-Socket und Fan, sauberes Bett! Ich schlief für 5 Stunden, bis ich für mein Flugzeug verlassen musste. Das Bett war komfortable, schlief wie ein Baby. Hat nicht Zeit, die Ausstattung zu nutzen, aber sah ein Pool, eine Bar, Pooltisch, Menüs, viele Spiele - sah aus wie es wäre eine lustige Zeit gewesen! Ankunft am Flughafen und bemerkte, ich hätte meinen Backpack & Laptop etc verlassen !!! Ich konnte das Telefon nicht finden: aber schickte einen Griff und der Barmann half es zu finden und ich konnte es vor dem Flug bekommen! Wenn nur ich mehr Zeit hatte - sah es lustig!
