Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ich war gerade angekommen und konnte das Hotel nicht finden, da es sich in der Bar befindet. Das Personal ist großartig und hat mich vom Eingang aus erreicht. Es gibt viel zu essen, zu trinken und alles, was man braucht. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten. Wenn Sie ein Fenster brauchen. Ich habe nämlich ohne Fenster gebucht, da ich alleine reise. Dies ist mein dritter Aufenthalt in Phnom Penh … Alleinreisende!!!

Nice rooms but staff was beyond great! I forgot my passport in my room, called and they personally delivered it to me so I made my flight - though I had asked they send it via taxi driver, the young lady took it upon herself to ensure fast delivery - outstanding!!

I arrived at this hotel around 12 noon. The reception staff welcomed me kindly. There were a few other people waiting in the lobby at the same time. They told us that the rooms were not ready yet and that check-in time was at 2 PM. I said okay and started waiting, but since I thought it might take a while, I decided to go for a walk. I explored the nearby streets, went into a market, did some shopping, and spent some time outside. When I returned to the hotel around a little after 1 PM, I noticed that the people who had been waiting earlier were gone—so I assume their rooms had been given. The receptionist told me that my room was also ready. Then a staff member accompanied me to my room, which was on the 5th floor. The elevator in this hotel only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to take the stairs up one more level to reach the 5th floor. The room itself was quite spacious. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. However, the TV did not seem to have smart features—there was no internet connection or anything like that. It was supposed to show regular channels, but due to poor antenna reception, it barely showed anything. The channels were full of static and not watchable, so the TV was essentially unusable. The air conditioner was working, but I think the gas might have been low, because the cooling was quite weak. Still, it was enough for me. There is a safe box in the room, but it seemed to have been locked previously and could only be used with a key. I couldn’t use it with a digital code. There is also a minibar with various drinks, but I didn’t use it. I only used the fridge to store items I bought myself. I think having a fridge is quite important in hot countries like this—it’s definitely useful. Hot water was available without any problems. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s within walking distance to tourist areas and central entertainment spots. Other than that, I didn’t notice any particularly special features. The building itself is quite old, and I could see that it’s somewhat worn out. Still, it’s fine for a few days’ stay. But if you are expecting something luxurious, you should probably look for another hotel. For breakfast, there is a set menu. During my three-day stay, I had the same set menu every day. It was pretty standard, nothing special. There is also a restaurant at the entrance where you can order meals, but I didn’t try it—I only had breakfast there. That’s pretty much my experience. If you ask whether I would stay here again, I’d say it’s not bad, but you might be able to find a better place for the same price if you look around. The price was around the market average—not too expensive, not cheap either. Maybe you can find something better for the same price, but I’m not sure. These are my thoughts about the hotel. Ich blieb vier Nächte hintereinander. Das Frühstück war im westlichen Stil, was mir nicht wirklich gefiel, aber es ist von Person zu Person unterschiedlich. Auch die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Palastes. Es sind nur zehn bis acht Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn Sie ein Taxi nehmen möchten, können Sie es direkt vor der Tür abholen.

Ich kam um 6 Uhr auf, als ich den Übernachtbus angekommen war. Mein 2 Kabinenkabinen wurden für mich nach oben zu meinem wartenden “Pod” gebracht! Es hatte ein Licht, Plug-Socket & USB-Socket und Fan, sauberes Bett! Ich schlief für 5 Stunden, bis ich für mein Flugzeug verlassen musste. Das Bett war komfortable, schlief wie ein Baby. Hat nicht Zeit, die Ausstattung zu nutzen, aber sah ein Pool, eine Bar, Pooltisch, Menüs, viele Spiele - sah aus wie es wäre eine lustige Zeit gewesen! Ankunft am Flughafen und bemerkte, ich hätte meinen Backpack & Laptop etc verlassen !!! Ich konnte das Telefon nicht finden: aber schickte einen Griff und der Barmann half es zu finden und ich konnte es vor dem Flug bekommen! Wenn nur ich mehr Zeit hatte - sah es lustig!

What’s left is a place that feels worn at the edges, like a once-sharp suit now fraying at the cuffs. The staff? Polite, accommodating, even apologetic. But good intentions can’t paper over the cracks. My first room was a sauna masquerading as a 9th-floor suite. The AC wheezed and sputtered, utterly defeated by the Phenom Penh sun. No relief, no breeze—just stale, humid air and the creeping realization that I’d made a mistake. To add insult to injury, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, turning what should’ve been a quick work call into a farce. Picture this: me, pacing a narrow corridor, hauling luggage up and down an elevator that demanded its own special key (which, of course, I kept forgetting). A comedy of errors—if only it were funny. Then came the housekeeper—efficient to the point of abrupt, offering solutions that felt more performative than practical. When I finally called Trip.com for help, the spotty connection turned the conversation into a game of broken telephone. (Irony, thy name is weak Wi-Fi.) The staff did relocate me to another room, but by then, the damage was done. Too many red flags, too little charm. I checked out early, still wondering what, exactly, ”The Point” was supposed to be. A lesson learned, if nothing else: sometimes, a fresh coat of paint isn’t enough.

I booked this hotel whenever I go to Phnom Penh.Good location and satisfying breakfast.Good value for money and the staff are friendly. Should have done something with the rooms without windows because the smell is quite strong and the bidet water outlet was kinda moldy.I ended up brushing off the molds before using it. I would recommend it with my friends though but with caution.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Geschichte und Kultur. Dies ist das Hotel, in dem Sie übernachten sollten, wenn Sie nach Kambodscha reisen. Es ist nicht luxuriös, aber das Hotel ist für einen so guten Preis sehr schön.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort zu bleiben. Die Umgebung war ruhig und angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer eifersüchtig, einen guten Service zu bieten. Das einzige Problem, mit dem wir konfrontiert waren, war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Das Hotel war ideal für unseren Kurzaufenthalt, es hat eine perfekte Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Palastes und der Uferpromenade. Unser Zimmer befand sich in einem Apartment, sodass es ein weiteres Zimmer gab, in dem jemand wohnte, aber wir hatten separate Badezimmer und die Tür war abschließbar. Das Bett war etwas hart, aber alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der öffentliche Bereich war modern, aber unser Zimmer etwas veraltet als auf den Bildern. Das Personal war jedoch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
