Ich habe meinen zweitägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Der Pool auf dem Dach war etwas klein. Das Frühstück im Hotel sah sehr gut aus, ich habe es aber nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist gut, Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vielen Dank.

Tolles Hotel in super Lage! Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lediglich das Waschbecken im Zimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dazu fehlen Ablageflächen. Der Pool ist angenehm groß. Ein kleines Gym ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

I booked 3 nights. The hotel is located near the Palace. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the riverside where you can find many restaurants there. It takes another 10 minutes to walk to the night market. My room is luxury king size bed with balcony. It is clean, but the decoration is ordinary and not high class. For business stay it is satisfactory. Breakfast is not up to my expectation. Every day there are only three hot dishes, soup and you can order omlets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, noodles, fried rice free of charge. Too few choices and i suggest you only book the room and not the breakfast. You better have your breakfast in nearby restaurants. Almost of the hotel guests are Westerners. I only saw a three Chinese guests on the last day of my stay. The room price is a little bit expensive given the quality of breakfast.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im 9. Stock gebucht und die Aussicht war fantastisch! Insgesamt waren wir rundum begeistert. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach servierte köstliches Essen und erstklassige Cocktails, und wir profitierten außerdem von einem 2-für-1-Angebot – ein doppelter Pluspunkt! ))!! Der unangenehme Geruch im Badezimmer und das eher spärliche Frühstück waren allerdings ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Ich kann dieses Hotel aber uneingeschränkt für eine oder mehrere Übernachtungen empfehlen. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Ich möchte damit beginnen, dass meine Gastgeberin sehr freundlich war und hoffentlich eine großartige Gastfreundschaft hat. Ich würde empfehlen, wieder hier zu übernachten. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab einen guten Hausservice

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Ich war gerade angekommen und konnte das Hotel nicht finden, da es sich in der Bar befindet. Das Personal ist großartig und hat mich vom Eingang aus erreicht. Es gibt viel zu essen, zu trinken und alles, was man braucht. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde gerne wieder hier übernachten. Wenn Sie ein Fenster brauchen. Ich habe nämlich ohne Fenster gebucht, da ich alleine reise. Dies ist mein dritter Aufenthalt in Phnom Penh … Alleinreisende!!!

Der Service ist ok, es gibt chinesischen Service, zwar kann man das Schwimmbad nicht direkt betreten, aber ich habe mit der Rezeption kommuniziert und mich schließlich reingelassen. Die Adresse ist sehr gut, neben dem Einkaufszentrum Aeon 1 ist es praktisch zum Einkaufen. Schade, dass es sich um eine Hotelgemeinschaftswohnung handelt. Es wäre besser, wenn diese geschlossen und bewirtschaftet werden könnte. Das Zimmer ist beim Betreten sauber, es gibt jedoch einige Dekorationsprobleme, die nicht gereinigt werden können. In der Nähe des zentralen Bereichs der BKK gibt es viele leckere Speisen, die man empfehlen kann.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht vom obersten Stockwerk. Die Zimmer sind groß, bieten aber wenig Stauraum. Die Betten sind groß und hart, aber bequem. Der Zimmerservice ist unzuverlässig. Manchmal wird das Zimmer gereinigt, manchmal nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, die Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse jedoch begrenzt. Der Poolbereich ist eng, etwa 10 Liegen drängen sich auf einer Seite der Terrasse, bieten aber Schatten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich würde wahrscheinlich wiederkommen.

Nice rooms but staff was beyond great! I forgot my passport in my room, called and they personally delivered it to me so I made my flight - though I had asked they send it via taxi driver, the young lady took it upon herself to ensure fast delivery - outstanding!!

I arrived at this hotel around 12 noon. The reception staff welcomed me kindly. There were a few other people waiting in the lobby at the same time. They told us that the rooms were not ready yet and that check-in time was at 2 PM. I said okay and started waiting, but since I thought it might take a while, I decided to go for a walk. I explored the nearby streets, went into a market, did some shopping, and spent some time outside. When I returned to the hotel around a little after 1 PM, I noticed that the people who had been waiting earlier were gone—so I assume their rooms had been given. The receptionist told me that my room was also ready. Then a staff member accompanied me to my room, which was on the 5th floor. The elevator in this hotel only goes up to the 4th floor, so you have to take the stairs up one more level to reach the 5th floor. The room itself was quite spacious. The Wi-Fi worked well without any issues. However, the TV did not seem to have smart features—there was no internet connection or anything like that. It was supposed to show regular channels, but due to poor antenna reception, it barely showed anything. The channels were full of static and not watchable, so the TV was essentially unusable. The air conditioner was working, but I think the gas might have been low, because the cooling was quite weak. Still, it was enough for me. There is a safe box in the room, but it seemed to have been locked previously and could only be used with a key. I couldn’t use it with a digital code. There is also a minibar with various drinks, but I didn’t use it. I only used the fridge to store items I bought myself. I think having a fridge is quite important in hot countries like this—it’s definitely useful. Hot water was available without any problems. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s within walking distance to tourist areas and central entertainment spots. Other than that, I didn’t notice any particularly special features. The building itself is quite old, and I could see that it’s somewhat worn out. Still, it’s fine for a few days’ stay. But if you are expecting something luxurious, you should probably look for another hotel. For breakfast, there is a set menu. During my three-day stay, I had the same set menu every day. It was pretty standard, nothing special. There is also a restaurant at the entrance where you can order meals, but I didn’t try it—I only had breakfast there. That’s pretty much my experience. If you ask whether I would stay here again, I’d say it’s not bad, but you might be able to find a better place for the same price if you look around. The price was around the market average—not too expensive, not cheap either. Maybe you can find something better for the same price, but I’m not sure. These are my thoughts about the hotel.
