Die Lage ist nicht direkt am Flughafen, aber es gibt einen Shuttleservice gegen eine geringe Gebühr. Dafür, dass es sich um ein Flughafenhotel handelt, hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und gut schallisoliert, sodass wir vor unserem Flug am nächsten Tag gut schlafen konnten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Kevin war sehr hilfreich und hat uns gut serviert. Wir lieben das Frühstück und das Erbzimmer, wo wir Mt Wellington aus den Fenstern sehen können. Es wäre besser, wenn das Zimmer mit Abfallbehälter ausgestattet ist.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der gesamten Tagesreise abholen Sie die Lagen (z. B. Brooke Street Pier). Die Einrichtungen waren erstaunlich und die Mitarbeiter des Front-Desk waren alle sehr unterstützend und hilfsbereit. Liebe die willkommene Cookies!! Das Zimmer war groß und wir erhielten täglich saubere Ups. Wir besuchten den Pool und nutzten auch den Fitnessraum während unseres Aufenthalts - sehr gute Einrichtungen. Die Badezimmerwand war ein bisschen gedacht, wie wir uns nur schwacher Leute an der Tür hören konnten, aber das Zimmer war völlig gut - konnte nichts hören. Ich empfehle allen Reisenden, und wir werden sicherlich wieder bleiben, wenn wir wieder Hobart besuchen!

We enjoyed our time in the hotel. We are getting holiday feel. While revolving restaurant on the top floor, we also enjoyed the silence next to the CBD. Buffet breakfast is average

Die Lage ist Stadtnah. Es stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Check-In und Check-out ist unkompliziert. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück ist erhältlich.

Extremely Terrible Experience – Inhumane & Unacceptable Service I am writing this review to strongly condemn this hotel’s extremely cold-blooded and unethical service, and to warn all travelers never to stay here. 1. Inhumane treatment of an elderly guest with serious health conditions Check-out time is 10:00 AM, which is already unreasonably early. It was raining heavily that day, with nowhere to go. My father, nearly 70 years old, with 3 heart stents and long-term hypertension, felt unwell and exhausted from the trip, and desperately needed to rest longer. I communicated politely multiple times and even offered to pay extra to extend check-out until 12:00 noon, but was ruthlessly refused every time. I had already checked out one of the two rooms early; I only asked to keep one room for my father to rest. The staff were extremely harsh, rigid, and totally lacking in empathy. They only allowed a 1-hour extension until 11:00 AM, and spoke to me in a very severe and accusatory tone, as if we had committed a mistake. 2. Severe service failure upon check-in I had asked Ctrip to inform the hotel 3 DAYS in advance that I booked two rooms, one requiring twin beds. However, I still had to wait 2 FULL HOURS for them to rearrange the beds on the day of check-in. 3. Extremely poor value for money I spent over HK$9,000 for two rooms for one night, only to receive zero care and respect for an elderly guest with serious medical conditions. This hotel has no compassion, no service ethics, no humanity. Absolutely unacceptable. Strongly NOT recommended. 极差体验 —— 冷漠无情、毫无医德的服务 我写这条评价，是为了强烈谴责这家酒店极其冷血、毫无职业道德的服务，并警告所有旅客千万不要入住。 1. 对高龄重病长辈冷漠无情 酒店退房时间为上午10点，本就远早于大多数酒店。 当天下大雨，无处可去。 我父亲年近70岁，心脏装有3个支架，长期高血压，旅途劳累身体不适，急需多休息。 我多次礼貌沟通，甚至主动提出付费延到12点退房，均被无情拒绝。 我已经提前退掉一间房，只希望保留一间让父亲休息。 工作人员态度极其强硬、冷漠、毫无同理心。 最终只勉强同意延到11点，且语气严厉、态度恶劣，仿佛我们犯了错。 2. 入住服务严重失职 我已提前3天通过携程明确要求：两间房，其中一间为双床房。 结果入住当天仍被迫等待2小时，酒店才临时拆分床铺。 3. 性价比极差、体验恶劣 我一晚两间房共消费9000多港币，却换来对高龄病患客人的无视与不尊重。 这家酒店毫无同情心、毫无服务底线、毫无人情味。 完全无法接受，强烈不推荐！

Fantastic stay. This is also one of the closest accommodations to the visitor centre.  Absolutely cosy vibes with the wooden interior and balcony. Space is big with lots of room to navigate, and have separate areas for to do different things.  Lounge area has games (and heating, of course) if you are locked in by the weather which I thought was a nice touch. There is also a library of DVDs for you to borrow from if you’d like (lots of kids friendly titles). You can also see cradle mountain from the lounge area. Kitchenette was also well furnished with sufficient items for us to do our cooking (you’d know that there aren’t much amenities in the area, please arrive prepared), including salt, pepper, and oil which other places may not actually didn’t provide in a kitchenette. 

Die Zimmerfotos auf Trip.com wurden aufgenommen, als das Zimmer brandneu war. Es ist eindeutig nicht mehr der Fall - einige Farben auf den Gürteln und weichem Möbel und Marken auf den Wänden. Im Allgemeinen, zum Preis, ist es immer noch akzeptabel. Der Eincheck ist in der Bar wie die meisten ähnlichen Unterkünfte über einem pub gemacht. Das Bett ist außergewöhnlich komfortabel - besondere Erwähnung der äußerst komfortablen Matratzen und Kissen. 5-star Bett. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist schwach - 60% von dem, was ich gerne hätte. Flaschen Wasser und Milch im Kühlschrank ist ein schöner Kontakt. Kleiderschrank und Geschirr in der Küche. Sie müssen Ihre Gepäck 1 Flug von Treppen aufsteigen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

It was a great stay, the hostel was cozy with a small living room and a small garden. They do have kitchen and dining area where you can prepare your meal and it was great because spending for eating in restaurants in Hobart seems really expensive.
