For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did.
On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us.
We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did!

On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

GGastnutzerIt’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

GGastnutzerHad a big problem at check in time. Had 2 separate bookings and both of them caused alot of stress and issues. Had to check in on both occasions and at one point i was charged again but luckily my payment never went through. I was notified half an hour after payment was attempted. Booking with this website caused so much confusion with the hotel rates. Rates on this site are definitely cheaper however it dors cause alot of confusion and un-necessary stress with does not help the situation. Great thanks to Vincent and Beata who were a great help and managed to solve the situation out and they did a handover in the morning and yet we had a problem!!!

GGastnutzerGroße Lage und Einrichtungen. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist ein wenig gedatiert und die Etagen und Wände dünn, so dass Sie jeden Fußsteg von oben hören, aber abgesehen davon ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben.

GGastnutzerGroße Lage, und schöne Grundstücke ~ Parkplatz war schwer zu finden.
Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, mit einem schönen festen Bett, das Wetter war sehr warm, und obwohl es einen Fan im Zimmer war die Wärme stirb und so heiß! Das so genannte “Air Con” war nutzlos!
Der Innenpool war eine gute Größe, aber es war so unglaublich heiß im Gebäude, es war schwer zu atmen!! (Öffnen Sie die Türen, um etwas Sauerstoff in!)
Das Abendessen war gut, wie das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen.
Sehr teuer für einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerWir reservierten zwei Zimmer für einen 2-night Familienaufenthalt a Familie Suite und ein Classic Room. Die Einrichtungen und Lage des Hotels waren hervorragend, mit viel Essen in der Nähe. Mein Sohn war während der Reise schlecht und es ist wirklich beruhigend, dass der Aufenthalt für ihn großartig war, zu ruhen und wiederherzustellen.
Wir hatten Abendessen im Hotel und das Essen war erstaunlich!
Das Frühstück serviert war auch gut, wir mögen die heißen Gerichte, die wir englisch Frühstück, geschrotet Eier und Salmon 👍 gewählt haben!

MM2MDas Zimmer war bemerkenswert kleiner und krampfender als in den Bildern von Agoda gezeigt, vor allem in Bezug auf den benutzbaren Raum, was die Erfahrung unbehaglich machte und nicht das, was wir von den angekündigten Fotos erwartet hatten.
Das Frühstück war gut, aber unterwälzt, mit begrenzten Optionen und unerheblicher Geschmack.
Insgesamt fühlte sich der Aufenthalt nicht den Preis wert, und wir hoffen, dass die Immobilie sowohl die Genauigkeit ihrer Visualisierungen als auch die Qualität des Frühstücks verbessert.“

Ccrafter135The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again

JJoannebtfThe hotel looked exactly the same as the photos online, and I had a very comfortable 3 night stay. It’s only a 10 minutes walk to Leamington Spa retail park which is not bad at all and only 5 minutes drive to town centre and lots of nice coffee shop and restaurants . Will definitely choose to stay this hotel again when next visit.
