Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Es ist ein beeindruckendes Gebäude, so hatte ich einige Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen datiert im neueren Teil. Nicht viele Einrichtungen wie Sie von diesem Hotel erwarten können. Die Bar-Zone ist wirklich schön, um einen wunderschönen Garten und so das Restaurant zu sehen. Auf diesem Hinweis war das Essen Fläche abgelassen. Ich habe ein thailändisches Grünkurrenküken bestellt. Ich war sofort auf das freuen, aber als es ankam, war es eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Hühnchen war wahrscheinlich ein Rest aus einem anderen Mahl, sehr trocken. Die Sauce war nichts wie grüne Curry und das Reis war mikrobølge. Die Wächter waren sehr lieb und entschuldigt und die entfernte es aus meinem Rechnung. Sie sagten, sie haben einen Agenturküche! So ist es eine echte Schande !!

Schönes Hotel, große Lage, eine Menge Parkplätze. Zimmer und Bett waren insbesondere von hohem Standard.Sehr beeindruckende Klang, Frühstück war groß und von guter Qualität, vor allem der Kaffee, das Personal war hilfreich und engagiert in der Maximierung des Kundenservices

Er kam vor meiner 3pm-Check-in, wurde aber schnell geprüft und hatte eine Nachricht zu fragen, ob alles ok mit Raum, der brillant war, als ob es irgendwelche Fragen waren sortiert ASAP.. Einige Getränke in der Bar vor dem Abend und ein willkommenes Lächeln in den wee kleine Stunden, wenn Ankunft zurück.. definitiv empfehlen Wert für Geld Frühstück enthalten auch Zusatzbonus 😀.

Very enjoyable night on Half Board. Food was good with set menu, but a choice. Pool area a bit dated, but everything was clean. Bathroom needed the shower head changed, it was halfway down the wall. Bedroom extremely clean and towels and bedding immaculate. Breakfast was very good. Until I got up to get some food and came back to find the table cleared and a man not my husband about to sit down. We had full mugs of tea on the table and oj. Gone. Nevermind, it was funny !! Would return again though if in the area !

Einmal mehr ein erstaunlicher Aufenthalt. Ein großer Dank Jasmaal. Das einzige, was ich im Fitnessraum beschweren würde. Es war in so schlechtem Zustand. Schleifend und die meisten Geräte scheinen aus dem Datum. Needs a good cleaning in there. Very poor condition.

Große Lage, und schöne Grundstücke ~ Parkplatz war schwer zu finden.  Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, mit einem schönen festen Bett, das Wetter war sehr warm, und obwohl es einen Fan im Zimmer war die Wärme stirb und so heiß! Das so genannte “Air Con” war nutzlos!  Der Innenpool war eine gute Größe, aber es war so unglaublich heiß im Gebäude, es war schwer zu atmen!! (Öffnen Sie die Türen, um etwas Sauerstoff in!) Das Abendessen war gut, wie das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen.  Sehr teuer für einen mittelmäßigen Aufenthalt.  Schönes Personal überall.

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay —a family Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby. My son was unwell during the trip and it’s really comforting that the stay was great for him to rest and recover. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was amazing! The breakfast served was also good, we like the hot dishes that we chose English breakfast, scrambled eggs and salmon 👍! Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant experience!

Stayed at the hilton while we visited the Christmas market. We had a lovely weekend. Reception was excellent from the smooth booking in to the hot complimentary cookie. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Although the hotel is on the outskirts of the town it is no distance to walk in. Will definitely be visiting again . .

Schöner Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange und können dieses Hotel durchaus empfehlen! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber nur 10 Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Leamington Spa entfernt . Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und erstreckt sich über 16 Hektar weitläufiges Parkland, das zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang einlädt . Das gesamte Personal war herzlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat . Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und makellos sauber. Das Hotel bietet hervorragende Einrichtungen, darunter einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, einen Billardtisch im Spielzimmer und ein Business Center . Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der großzügige, kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor Ort . Und nicht zu vergessen: das schnelle und zuverlässige WLAN . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen!
