Recht neues schickes Hotel neben dem Flughafen und Bahnhof. Recht lange Fahrt mit der Tram in die Innenstadt. Zimmer schick, mit Klimaanlage aber die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Regendusche, bequeme Betten mit weicher Matratze. Frühstück in Buffetform, Auswahl in Ordnung. Für Kurzreise oder Anschlussflug sehr zu empfehlen.

There was an issue with this booking, and the same was made by mistake on the evening of the 12th of August and was made for the 12th of August instead of the 13th. The hotel was not full, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel reception, I was made to make a new booking and no refund was offered for the room. The people and businesses in the United Kingdom have been known to be very empathetic and humane, unlike the US and do understand other human beings. This was not the case here, and I was shown the refund policy by the hotel and the website that is trip.com. Even from trip I did expect more as I booked for the 13th too from their website. Thus, not a great experience. Very disappointed with Trip.com not even refund the taxes. The gym at the hotel is very small. Near the water is good.

Breakfast: The breakfast offering was underwhelming, with limited selection and quality. For instance, some guests have reported issues like grey/green bacon and a lack of variety, making it less than satisfactory for the price . Room Amenities: The rooms do not come equipped with refrigerators, which was inconvenient for storing perishable items. While some Moxy locations may provide fridges upon request, this is not guaranteed and depends on availability . Lobby Space: The lobby area is quite small and can become crowded, especially during peak hours. This limited space makes it challenging to relax or work comfortably in the common areas. Overall, while the hotel's location is convenient, the lack of basic amenities and limited breakfast options detracted from the overall experience. I would recommend considering other accommodations in Dublin that offer better value and comfort.

I've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double. Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed. Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it. On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

It was a good stay. The only issue we found was that we were given the accessible room and when taking a shower, the floor wasn't the correct gradient / level to let the water drain so it was literally flooded in the bathroom until I swept it up with a towel, really deep water, and it smelled damp. Breakfast was an extra 15 pounds but very good. In all, a fine stay for a quick layover.

A great apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was really comfortable. Only issue we had was with the patio doors onto the balcony were not easy to use but we worked it out in the end. Would 100% stay again.

Booked this room as I had a concert to attend at co-op live. Great access to both venue and train station. They upgraded my room to a studio for free, breakfast was delicious and staffs were very kind.I enjoyed my stay!

Obwohl es sich um ein barrierefreies Zimmer handelt, liegt es auch auf der Seite des Fußballplatzes, was eine sehr gute Erfahrung ist. Wenn Sie kommen, um sich ein Fußballspiel anzusehen oder das Stadion zu besuchen, ist dies ein perfektes Hotel zum Übernachten.

Das Hotel ist ein hervorragendes Zimmer und die Aussichten sind wunderschön. Lage ist ausgezeichnet und die Mehrheit der Mitarbeiter waren nett. Nur wenige Fragen geben sie und zahlen Sie für Doppel im Bar, wenn das Menü nur einmalige Preise gibt. Die Antwort der Barmaid war, dass Sie nie eine einzelne angegeben, wenn das Standard sein sollte. Nehmen Sie auch 50 Pfund pro Nacht für Deckung, wenn Sie im Hotel verbringen, aber nur zurückgezahlt 97.60 für die 2 Nächte. Obwohl wir nichts auf dem Zimmer verbringen. Das Hotel ist super, aber nur diese 2 Dinge haben den Schönen eines wirklich tollen Aufenthalts.

Es hat einen kostenlosen Upgrade ins Zimmer mit cricket Blick und Balkon. Sauberkeit, Lage,Service und Einrichtungen sind alle perfekt. Hatte eine tolle Zeit im Hilton Garten Inn.
