Loved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in. The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added??? But it was still good nevertheless. The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points. Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well. Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

Sie verkauften unser Zimmer und versuchten uns wieder zu bezahlen und zu bezahlen!! Wir buchten 2 x Doppelzimmer für 3 Nächte und zahlten bei Buchung (12. - 15. April). Ich fragte nach benachbarten Zimmern. Unser Flug wurde storniert, so dass 2 von uns nicht in der Lage waren, die erste Nacht zu bleiben. Unsere Tochter, die aus einem anderen Ort reiste und am ersten Abend, am 12. April, kam in ein Zimmer und erzählte ihnen die Situation und bestätigte, dass wir am nächsten Tag, am 13. April, ankommen würden. Wir kamen, versuchten, zu prüfen und die Dame am Empfang sagte, dass unsere Buchung für 12 und das war 13th, so dass wir eine neue Buchung machen und wieder zahlen müssen!! Ich sagte nein, ich buchte und zahlen für 2 Zimmer für 3 Nächte. Sie sagte, weil wir am 12. Uhr nicht angekommen waren, wurde unsere Buchung abgebrochen. Ich sagte nein, es war nicht, wie unsere Tochter angemeldet und ihnen vor dem Tag erzählte. Ich bestand darauf, dass ich nicht wiederbuchen werde und bat um eine Rede mit einem Manager. Sie prüfte endlich mit einem Manager und sagte, wir könnten ein Zimmer haben. Das war 3 Stockwerke von unserer Tochter und nicht das, was ich reserviert habe. Sie hatten im Grunde mein Zimmer verkauft. Ich war froh, ein Zimmer zu bekommen, aber nicht beeindruckt mit ihrem Service. Es war schrecklich, dass ich für die Buchung 500+ £ bezahlt hatte, aber wegen Umständen, die nicht unter Kontrolle waren - der Flug wurde abgesagt - haben sie unser Zimmer nicht für uns gehalten. Sie wurden über die Situation informiert, und meine Tochter blieb dort im Rahmen der Buchung. Sie dürfen nicht vertrauen. Ich würde nicht mehr dort bleiben.

Booked this for my partner and son who were doing the old Trafford tour and went to a game. Typical man, partner didn't take any photos. He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘

Gute Lage! Sehr guter Service, Frühstück war großartig, aber nicht beeindruckt mit der Zimmerreinigung, das Teppich wurde bei der Ankunft nicht leer, Wände in der Nähe des Fensters und Gürtel waren schmutzig, Badewanne geschlossen, Toilettenboden wurde auch leer.

Couldn't find our fully paid booking, 1 room had foam toppers on beds other room didn't very uncomfortable sleep. Having to pay a deposit for a kettle is ridiculous wont be staying again. .

Das Hotelzimmer ist älter und das Bett ist klein und hart. Das Zimmer hatte keine ausreichende Heizung und war sehr kalt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch.

When we arrived there was plenty of parking available which was a plus point for us. We approached the reception to check in, and they were very welcoming. There may have been a small issue with our booking I'm not sure what it was maybe our room was not ready but it was resolved quickly and we got upgraded to a King room with river view. I got asked how I'd like to pay for our visit, but I had to inform them that it's already been paid online. After dinner we stopped at the beverage counter for a hot drink and soft drink. The server was really nice and she was accomodated to our needs. The room itself was spacious and modern. We really liked the smart TV as it gave us more options to watch something. The bathroom was nice as well however the toilet was a little stained. Overall enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed at this particular hotel previously (almost exactly a year ago) and my experience this time around is not as good. Firstly, the good things are the location and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you would need. Now for the negatives. When I checked in I was surprised that I was given a twin room, although I believed I had booked a double. It turns out in small print there was something that said I might be given a twin - but this is more the fault of trip.com so I will not mark this hotel down because of it. The hotel was fully booked so they unfortunately couldn't move me into a double room. However, they were not proactive at all at trying to come up with a solution - they didn't suggest moving me to another room on another day, and they did not suggest that they could push the twin beds together to create a double - I only discovered this after a couple of days later when I pushed the beds together and then housekeeping was happy to dress the beds as a double. Cleanliness was generally pretty good, and while I don't expect perfection, there were a couple of areas that needed work. The space under the bathroom counter was very dusty and I came across two dusty old fries next to the bed. Part way through my stay, the LED lights in the kitchenette started having issues. Housekeeping said they would report this and someone would come to fix it. Nobody ever came to fix it. On one of the busy mornings, one of the lifts stopped working. The staff didn't inform any guests and so a lot of time was wasted and guests eventually figured out they had to use the stairs.

The hotel is very close to the city centre. The room is very cozy, clean and spacious. The hotel staff was really nice and helpful as well. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Marriott hotel - everything is just perfect and cozy. Would recommend to anyone staying in Manchester for a holiday.
