Booked this for my partner and son who were doing the old Trafford tour and went to a game. Typical man, partner didn't take any photos. He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

Ich war für eine Nacht hier und es war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Kam vom Bahnhof Manchester Piccadilly und ist von dort aus etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Allerdings in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Manchester Victoria. Definitiv kein Radisson-Standard, aber nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer hatte Flecken auf dem Teppich und die Haartrocknertasche war mit Haaren bedeckt. Die Toilette war nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Nachts war eine Person an der Rezeption und es war schwierig, sie zu erreichen, weil sie sofort von den Beinen gejagt wurde. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber die Pasteten und aromatisierten Joghurts gingen sehr schnell zur Neige und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Wund, ich bleibe dort wieder, wahrscheinlich nicht. Sollten Sie dort bleiben? Es kann nicht schaden, es selbst auszuprobieren. Wie gesagt, es ist nicht schlecht.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was amazingly clean, and developed to look like new. It made our stay feel extraordinary. The staff and service was great. Full of smiles and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!! Thank you!

Everything was spot on. The gym was immaculate and equipped with everything you’d need for a workout; however, it would be even better if they provided a yoga mat. The bar is practically open 24/7, so you can grab a pint whenever you fancy. If you wake up around 8 a.m. and fancy the free breakfast, you’d best forget it—unless you don’t mind waiting 20-30 minutes in the queue.

Das Hotel Pool hat jetzt ein Baby abgeschaltet und nicht mehr betriebsbereit. Während meiner Aufenthalt gab es eine Wartungsfehler, die zu zwei ganzen Etagen des Gebäudes führte, dass es laut Drehgeräusch über die ganze Nacht zu halten, als keine Wartungsteams vor Ort zu reparieren. Die Zimmer mussten um 11 Uhr und ganze Etage ein Stick von ******** - Concierge empfahl das Hotel häufig dieses Problem haben, aber sie sind nicht in der Lage, die Polizeigäste, die Rauchen **** in ihren Zimmern. Nicht die beste fünftägige Geschäftsreise insgesamt, obwohl das Menü groß und das Personal sehr freundlich war. Dauerparkplatzgebühr von £5 pro Nacht für Gäste sollte meiner Meinung nach abgeschafft werden.

Amazing hotel! The man who greeted me at reception for check in was very nice and professional. Rooms were very clean with complementary still/sparkling water in the fridge. Kettle and Teabags were also available if needed. The room did only have 1 chair at the desk which was a bit annoying, however not a major critique. Shower was very nice, towels and hand soaps / shower gels were provided. However the bathroom door did not have a lock on it as it was a sliding door. It was fine for us since we went as a couple, but is something to take note of. All in all, Great stay!!

Had a short stay in Manchester and needed a place that I could also work from while enjoying the city. The studio room was clean, well furnished and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly, and there was a ”grab and go” breakfast offered which wasn't particularly appealing but better than nothing. Location was good and had plenty to do nearby- bit difficult to get to from the airport, needed an Uber.

Perfect hotel if you will be catching a Man U match cos it only takes 5-15 mins from your gate to the hotel. Plus the hotel has special access to the rooftop bar during match days. It takes 20 mins to the city centre by bus - be sure not to miss it/ check the arrival times as otherwise you will have to wait a long while for it. Otherwise, there isnt anything much around the hotel. The nearby KFC/ Nandos/ Supermarket is a 10 mins way from the Hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly.
