Ich bat um eine Zimmerdekoration für den Geburtstag meines Mannes, und das Hotelpersonal hielte es freundlich zu arrangieren, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Das Hotel verfügt auch über Wasch- und Trocknereinrichtungen, die sehr bequem waren

Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebusservice zum Skigebiet, was es ermöglichte, sich sehr einfach und ohne Probleme umzudrehen.
Ein Nebeneffekt war, dass wir einige Parzellen an das Hotel geliefert hatten, und leider war eine Parzelle aus Gründen fehlt, die noch unklar bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal war jedoch sehr bequem und hilfreich sie teilten die CCTV-Bild und machten die Anstrengungen, uns bei der Untersuchung der Frage zu helfen. Obwohl die Parzelle nicht wiederhergestellt werden konnte, schätzten wir ihre Transparenz und Anstrengungen.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs.
The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though.
The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark.
At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free.
Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality.
There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff).
We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal.
We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient.
We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality!

Eines der Kriterien war der Transfer zum und vom Hotel. Letztendlich wurden wir nicht vom Flughafen abgeholt und konnten auch keinen Transfer organisieren. Ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice per Chat und rief nach meiner Ankunft an, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Beim Einchecken wurde uns jedoch sofort ein Transfer für den nächsten Tag angeboten, den wir annahmen.
Das Hotel selbst ist sehr einfach. Das Zimmer ist Standardausstattung mit Handtüchern und Duschgel. In der Duschkabine befanden sich einige Haare, die wir entfernen ließen. Bettwäsche und Bett waren aber sehr gut, und es gab einen Wasserkocher.
Wir haben gefrühstückt, aber nur, um sicherzugehen, dass wir nicht hungern.
Die Lage war für uns entscheidend – in der Nähe von U-Bahn und Flughafen. Wenn Sie, wie wir, wirklich Geld sparen und nur eine Nacht bleiben möchten, ist das Hotel absolut in Ordnung.
Ja, es gibt ein sehr günstiges und leckeres Café in der Nähe – dort gibt es fantastischen Schaschlik!

Die Fitnessraum ist sauber und hell und die Geräte sind neu, die Laufbahn, die Kraftgeräte sind komplett, die Luft ist gut, die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, die Sporterlebnis ist großartig und die Sportgewohnheiten können auch während der Reise leicht beibehalten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, chinesisch-westlich gepflegte Speisen, warme Gerichte, Teewaren, Brot, Obst, Getränke sind frisch und lecker, und lokale Spezialitäten, Geschmack online, Ergänzungsenergie ist sehr gut. Das Gesamterlebnis ist voll, die Einrichtungen sind intim, der Service ist aufmerksam, Reiseziel ist die erste Wahl, stark empfohlen!

GGastnutzerDie Dekoration in der Lobby ist sehr warm. Es gibt einen Lesekorridor, der sich sehr gut zum Fotografieren eignet. Der Service ist super gut. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von Dehui Wanda, was sehr praktisch ist, um Kinder zum Spielen mitzunehmen. Die Erfahrung ist wirklich gut. Die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer ist intelligent eingerichtet, kostenloser frisch gemahlener Kaffee, kostenlose Getränke auf dem Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, chinesisches und westliches Frühstück können Sie selbst wählen, die Sojamilch ist superlecker, die Einrichtungen, Hygiene, Umgebung und der Service sind alle sehr schön. Das abendliche Fußbad sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf, was in anderen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in Ürümqi nicht möglich ist. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend, der Hotelmanager ist freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm ist unkompliziert. Ich werde das Belle Hotel wählen, wenn ich in Zukunft nach Urumqi komme

GGastnutzerDie Umgebung des Volkes ist besonders gut, das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Das Bett im Zimmer genießt die Charme der Natur. Das Zimmer ist voll und ganz. Die Menschen können weniger als 100 m lang die besonders schöne Landschaft sehen. Fotos und Karten sind sehr ausgezeichnet und sehr depressiv. Besonders geeignet für den Alter 😁 Es lohnt sich, einmal diese schöne Landschaft zu genießen. Der Preis des Zimmers ist auch sehr praktisch, sehr kostengünstig, die Einstellung des Kellners ist besonders gut. Ich kann morgens nicht aufstehen, ich bin nicht zum Frühstück gefahren, der Kellner hat das Frühstück auf die Tür gesendet, um den Service zu bedienen.

You have a shuttle bus to go to the ski resort as well that is located at 10 mn by car from the hotel.

GGastnutzerThis is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel.
There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better.
1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor.
2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.
