Excellent location. Hotel management & hotel staffs are excellent. Restaurant staffs need training. One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

Hat eine weitere Nacht hier bleiben, bevor ich zurück ging, und nur hinzuzufügen zu meiner früheren Bewertungstill eine konsequent gute Erfahrung insgesamt. Eines, was ich vorher vergessen habe, war, dass wir unsere Gepäck tatsächlich für etwa 10 Tage im Hotel gelagert haben, während wir umgereist waren. Xiao Mi hat uns geholfen, alles in einem Schrank sicher zu arrangieren und zu lagern, was uns während der Reise einen wahren Frieden verleiht. Insgesamt ist es noch ein sehr reibungsloser und zuverlässiger Aufenthalt mit einem bedenklichen Service des Teams.

We booked this last minute because we needed a hotel after an overnight flight to use before could check in to our actual hotel. This place is near the OLD airport. They offer free transfers from and to the current airport. You need to contact them to agree timing. A taxi was 10 minutes. The lobby looks shambolic and the poor reception was rushed off her feet. Guests constantly interrupted while she tried to check us in. The room was completely unexpected ! Large clean double room, with the most comfortable bed ever. Well appointed bathroom. It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up on some sleep . Great value for money for the price we paid!

Die Fitnessraum ist sauber und hell und die Geräte sind neu, die Laufbahn, die Kraftgeräte sind komplett, die Luft ist gut, die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, die Sporterlebnis ist großartig und die Sportgewohnheiten können auch während der Reise leicht beibehalten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, chinesisch-westlich gepflegte Speisen, warme Gerichte, Teewaren, Brot, Obst, Getränke sind frisch und lecker, und lokale Spezialitäten, Geschmack online, Ergänzungsenergie ist sehr gut. Das Gesamterlebnis ist voll, die Einrichtungen sind intim, der Service ist aufmerksam, Reiseziel ist die erste Wahl, stark empfohlen!

We had the double room at Holiday Inn Hemu for two nights. On the day we visited Hemu village the hotel offered us shuttle service, we really appreciate this arrangement and the driver. The view of the ski mountain from our room is incredible.

Eine etwas verspätete Rezension. Ich hatte es überprüft, bevor ich das Hotel verließ. Dann habe ich wieder hier übernachtet und das Hotel hat mir nette Services wie ein Upgrade geboten. Dies ist ein großartiges Hotel, in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut, und die Details zeugen von Sorgfalt und Aufrichtigkeit. Jetzt sind wir wieder zu Hause, aber wenn wir uns die Fotos ansehen, können wir immer noch die schöne Zeit spüren, die wir vor nicht allzu langer Zeit im Hotel hatten. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, viele Orte in Urumqi sind bequem zu erreichen und auch die umliegenden Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung. Das Hotel verfügt über hervorragende Hard- und Software und sein Dekorationsstil ist sehr charakteristisch. Meiner Freundin geht es genauso. Der Buchladen in der Hotellobby ist sehr interessant. Das Frühstück im Hotel war auch recht gut. Vielen Dank an Xiao Dou und die anderen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption für ihren aufmerksamen Service und vielen Dank an den Zimmerservice. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Xinjiang komme, werde ich in Ihrem Hotel übernachten. Gefällt mir 👍

Der Rezeption-Service ist sehr herzlich, der Rezeption und die Kleidung des Nationalwinds sind sehr charakteristisch, die Toilette des Zimmers ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß, es ist besonders komfortabel zu leben, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, vor uns ist ein kleiner Schnee, es ist sehr gemütlich, das nächste Mal wieder zu kommen, es wird wirklich sehr empfehlen, wirklich sehr schön Die Spezial-Betreuer von Xiao Pastor: Es gibt einen Spezial-Service-Betreuer, der wirklich sehr intim ist, alle Bedürfnisse erfüllen die Rezeption und helfen mir, Fotos zu machen, um mich zu bestellen, wirklich sehr intim, sehr nett

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und zufriedenstellend. Es wäre schön, wenn sie auch Saft anbieten könnten. Wir haben unser eigenes Zimmer, aber es wurde nicht richtig gereinigt zuerst Vielleicht, weil das Hotel vollständig reserviert wurde. Allerdings waren die Reinigungsmittel sehr hilfreich und reaktiv, als wir um Hilfe gebeten. Sie haben auch ein Waschraum, das für Familien sehr bequem war. Ich wünschte nur, sie hätten einen kleinen Spielraum für Kinder, da das den Aufenthalt noch besser für Familien mit Kindern machen würde.
