The staff were friendly and the actual hotel was quite elegant. The grounds were amazing, and there were plenty of lovely places for photos with colourful flowers. We ate dinner in the hotel and the presentation of the food and the quality was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection. The mushroom risotto wasn't quite as good as it had some crunchy bits of rice in it. It needed about 10 minutes longer on a slow heat, and then it would have been perfect; as it wasn't that hot either. This hotel boasts that it has a spa, swimming pool, and lots of different spa room experiences. Normally, when you use the leisure facilities connected to the hotel that you're staying in, they provide towels free of charge. Not this one. We walked over with our swimwear and room key card to be told that towels were £1 each. We explained that we didn't bring a wallet, money, or a phone to pay with. We asked if they could charge it to our room. They couldn't!! They said that you can use the one in your hotel room or walk back to the hotel reception and they'd give us them. Not helpful at all. Then, we went in to find the two foot spa's didn't work, and when I said it to the leisure centre manager, his reply was ' I know as I reported them last week'. But not a sign on them to say that they weren't working! Overall, the hotel needed a bit of a spruce up; but they made up for it with friendly staff. We paid to play a 9 hole game of golf and the staff in the golf shop was amazing.

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr groß und die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Dusche war nicht sehr gut, es fiel aus und ich konnte es nicht anpassen.

Freundliches Personal, fantastische Lage, ...Die Klimaanlage machte eine konstante Lautstärke nicht stoppen ....Selbst wenn ausgeschaltet ....und alle wenigen Stunden würde das TV für ein Feed Sekunden ......So keine Schlaf im Grunde, berichtete es, aber wurde gesagt ...o'dear Entschuldigung Hören Sie, dass ...das war es .....shall not be returning

Dies ist die 2. Zeit, hier zu bleiben und ich hatte einen sehr komfortabel Aufenthalt, die Lage ist perfekt für Reisen in und um den Lincoln-Bereich für Arbeit, das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Ich werde wieder auf dem Geschäftsbesuch in Lincoln buchen. Der Pup über die Straße ist ein Bonus!

Clean hotel with cheerful staff and a comfortable large bed. Lovely Dove soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Hairdryer, tea and coffee supplies, decent size TV with good signal and plenty of electrical sockets each with 2 usb ports. Roomy powerful shower and 2 bath and 2 hand towels (some hotels only provide one hand towel for 2 occupants). Aircon which was nice in the warm weather. Lifts to all floors. Bar in reception area. Lots of choice at breakfast: 4 fruit juices, multiple tea and coffee varieties, croissants, rolls, white and brown breads (toaster too), croissants, pastries, yoghurt, compote, cereals, sausages, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes, beans and scrambled eggs. They are also happy to store luggage before check-in time and after checkout. A couple of minutes walk from the train station. Car park (payable - although you get first 20 mins without charge if for example you're being dropped off). What's not to love!

Sehen von außen und vielleicht ein wenig inne, aber zum Preis können Sie nicht falsch gehen. Ich habe nicht im Hotel gegessen, aber das Essen, das ich sah, sah gut aus. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Golfplatz. Groß gut beleuchtet Carpark.

We had a wonderful stay here previously and so returned for a night. This time it wasn't quite as pleasant. The toilet seat in the bathroom had a big crack in the lid and was more than just loose in the sense that it almost came off when sat on. The shower curtain was mouldy and uncleaned mirrors and cobwebs. The staff were all very pleasant and the bar and restaurant area were lovely. I did use the toilets at the bar. One was taken and the other 2 cubicles were soiled so maybe not checked as often as required. Overall the room was warm and there was lots of storage space and a nice big bed. It wasn't unpleasant although I'd not be as keen to return again as I was last time.

The staff in this experience was amazing very nice. And the view I had was incredible. The tv was a tad old but had fun watching the old cable shows 🤣. however there was some cleaning issues like hair on my bath mat or limescale on the kettle which looked very unsanitary. And parts of the bathroom didn’t look very clean so I did have to clean more than usual as I do re-clean to my liking on my trips as a personal preference. There was a spot in the room where it was like I kept stubbing my toe against cause it was open. A lot of dust everywhere so I did wake up a tad sick tho unfortunately. But as a short stay it was a tad overpriced in my opinion
