Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Das Aussehen des Hotels ist sehr modern. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr antiken. Die Haltung des großen Bruders auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Die Angebote der Art des Frühstücks sind in drei Tagen nicht vollständig. Das gesamte Angebot ist immer noch sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wird es weitergehen.

Pros - Big Room -Location - Clean Cons -Old rooms, furnitures -View is parking doesn’t matter which room - Super old A/C (not enough)

Praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Hotel liegt neben dem Columbia River, die Aussicht ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Personal ist herzlich. Das einzige Bedauern ist, dass es für uns kein Zimmer mit Balkon gibt.

Pro: Very functional room, they provide plates bowls and all the pot tools in pantry, all you need is just ingredients. TV channels are great. Con: $10 charge for parking. breakfast ran out before ending. front desk employees can not figure out billing issue.

We stayed here on our trip to CWU for orientation. We slept well, the hotel was very quiet. It was clean and spacious. we’ll be staying again in Sept. ❤️

Meine Erfahrung war nicht groß, dass es keine erinnerebare Erfahrung sein wird und ich werde wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel/ Inn versuchen. Das ist wirklich überrascht, weil ich in der Köhne von 3 Hotels in Spokane war, die viel mehr waren und der Doppelbaum sollte ein 4-Sterne sein. Der beste Teil war das Frühstück sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber genug, aber aus Datum gab es ein paar billige Upgrades nicht, was ich von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte erwartet.

Rezeption war außergewöhnlich-Zimmer wie neue und spotless-were hilfsbereit-quiet Zimmer mit großem Mountain View

Great place to stay if connecting late in Airport. Walking distance and easily to find. Very spacious as well.

Very clean. Room and lobby was modern and nicely decorated. Didn’t really use any of the amenities so can’t speak to that. Staff was gracious and friendly.
