Für ein Hotel, das über 200 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt, war ihre Ablehnung, eine einfache Flasche Wasser zu liefern oder eine Papierkopie zu machen schockieren und unannehmbar. Nach 40 Jahren Treue hat ihr Mangel an grundlegender Gastfreundschaft ihnen einen engagierten Kunden verloren. The facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure. We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved.

Allgemeine Erfahrung: Es könnte eine anständige Option für jemanden mit einem strengen Budget und nur eine Nacht zu bleiben sein, aber ich empfehle, etwas mehr zu verbringen, um irgendwo mit besseren Einrichtungen zu bleiben.

The Riverwalk Plaza is located near other bars and food places. It is great for families, in their lounge they have movies, chess and other family games. On the other side you will find the Gavel. Good bar and great atmosphere, did not try any food but their drinks were on point.

This hotel is located at a very short walk to riverwalk restaurants. The rooms are of good size and the staff are friendly. The only downgrade I experienced this time is that they stopped offering buffet breakfast on weekdays. Weekend breakfast buffets now cost usd 20. I guess the current government has really caused a downfall of tourism in USA.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location to 6th St, although one needs to travel to 6th Street East which is a bit of a walk. Hotel is quiet at night. One note about the AC condensation pumps - they go off with a good deal of frequency. They will provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Just an observation for those ahead of time. The hotel was quick to make sure the pump was clean.

Ich war auf der 12. Etage im russischen Haus, das sehr schöne Zimmer hatte, die ideal für Einzelpersonen waren. Es gab einen Kaffeemaschine, aber kein Kühlschrank, das ich nicht verpasste. Das Bett war schön und hatte täglich Hausaufbewahrung, schöne Produkte im Badezimmer. Ich hatte einen vier-Nacht-Aufenthalt und liebte alles über den Raum. Ich würde es besonders empfehlen, angesichts der Tatsache, wie viel günstiger es ist als andere Hotels.
