There is no USB or universal plug in the room and unable to loan from the hotel too. the amenities are too old. Temperature in the room was so cold and unable to adjust

За 2 недели останавливались три раза. Отель хорошо расположен, в приятном районе.  Чисто, завтрак приемлемый.  Персонал вежливый.  На английском говорит только ресепшен.  Отель уставший.  Я бы сказала это неплохие три звезды, а не 4.  С чемоданом ни разу не помогли, хотя я шла вся увешенная сумками. Полотенца застиранные, мебель старая. В таком климате не дают в номер воду и кранов с питьевой водой в отеле нет, хотя это очень распространено.  Но самое неприятное, что в отеле ( 4 звезды) не работают сейфы в номерах, хотя они есть.  Дважды просили починить, обещали и не сделали.  В результате у меня украли наушники apple. А также при выезде из отеля обнаружила приписки в счете, на которые указала, чем очень огорчилась девушку на ресепшен:). Разбирались долго и вяло, но у меня как на грех время было.  Остановиться в отеле можно, но аккуратно! Я больше к ним не приеду.

Das Ganze ist gut, sehr nah an das chinesische Restaurant, und es ist auch sehr bequem, neben dem Schnellrestaurant zu gehen und unten zu gehen. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum und einen Pool auf dem Dach, der Pool ist zu kurz, es ist schwer zu sagen. Die Fitnessraumeinrichtungen sind immer noch viel. Das fünf-Sterne-Hotel in der relativ sicheren Vila Olimpia-Region ist im Allgemeinen relativ neu. Das Hotel ist sehr künstlerisch und hat ein Gefühl der Galerie. Das Zimmer gehört zu einem modernen, einfachen Stil. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel keine Schleifen und Zahnfäden hat. Aber die erste Minibar ist immer noch sehr gut. Der erste Stock ist ein italienisches Restaurant + Bar, und wenn Sie nicht abends ausgehen möchten, können Sie direkt im ersten Stock des Restaurants lösen. Frühstück ist ein Ei 🍳 Whisky kleiner Bruder wird ein paar Chinesisch sein und wird jeden Tag sehr enthusiastisch empfohlen. Das SPA im Hotel ist in einer guten Umgebung und der Preis ist auch vernünftig, aber es muss eine vorzeitige Buchung erfordern. Und ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass der Antrag auf Verspätung bis zu einem kleinen Austritt zugesagt wurde, und es war wirklich ein Zufall. Insgesamt ist die Lage der Region sehr bequem, der Service ist sehr gut, es kann sich entspannen, zu essen und zu trinken. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wahl für Leute, die fast Rabatt wollen. (Mit einem Zahnschleifen ist es perfekt)

They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo.

As instalações do banheiro deixou a desejar. Ducha sem pressão e pelo preço da diária esterava mais.

The hotel is awesome considering the location and closeness to the airport, I chose it because I had an early morning flight, but it's too far from the center. Room is okay, some things are worn out, feels like there isn't much water pressure in the shower and it's not warm enough. Breakfast is amazing, but would love to see more vegetables and fruit choice. The only thing i'd like to complain about is service, hotel was pretty much empty when we stayed there, there was no welcoming bottles of water in the room, called the reception and asked to bring it over, they said they had ”no such service” and basically forced me to come downstairs myself... the next morning (as I ordered a taxi through the reception desk downstairs), I doubled checked with the lady, she confirmed that the taxi will arrive. Time has came, there's no cab, i'm fearing I will be late for my flight, went to her again, she didn't even bother checking if the driver is on the way or not and told me to wait. I decided to get an uber myself and was lucky to find a taxi at 6:20am in the morning. Also, it's upsetting to see them not even trying to speak english or other language to me. She was super stubborn and told me she can speak only Portuguese, on top of not making effort. Disappointing.

Schönes Hotel, guter Service, ich erinnere mich nicht an viel. Aber ich denke, es war gut. Gute Lage

Wie immer ausgezeichnet, insbesondere die Rezeptionistin Ariadne. Fabelhaftes Frühstück, zusätzlich zur Qualität und Vielfalt der Speisen gibt es an den Wochenenden auch Live-Klaviermusik!
