Hotels mit Frühstück in North Dakota, Vereinigte Staaten

When we got to the hotel there was a lot of construction happening inside and no one addressed it. No one said, sorry for the mess or disruption. At one point the beds were totally vibrating from the work being done. Then, the toilet got clogged. We called down and they said that there was no maintenance guy on duty but they brought me a plunger... Even when the blockage was cleared, the toilet would not flush properly. I finally went down to the desk to see what to do next. The girl at the front desk said she could ask the maintenance guy from next door to come or we could switch rooms. I said that if he came soonish, we would keep the room. The man came and was able to correct the toilet issue and we had no further problems with that. Finally, the kids were pretty excited to go swimming, but the hot tub was empty. The pool was so cold the kids were in for a few minutes but couldn't stay because the water was so cold and the chlorine was so high that it burned the eyes to just be in the room. We were able to eat enough breakfast in the morning to satisfy us, but it was still hindered by the construction in the lobby. The Holiday Inn Express is not a bad place and is probably better when everything is working, but we were not the recipient of that kind of stay.

Der vorderen Eingang des Hotels war schön - wow große Sitzbereich mit Tische und Stühlen und sah aus wie eine Bar- nicht sicher, wofür sie das verwenden. Personal bei der Eincheckung schön! Großes Zimmer, viel Platz für Gepäck. Großes Badezimmer. Eishersteller im Kühlschrank. Sehr schönes Sofa, das auch ein Bett versteckt war! Die Tapete war leicht braun, die jede Farbe zeigt. Kann ich eine mittlere/ dunkle Braun vorschlagen, wenn Sie über die Ersetzung denken. Ich nehme immer meine Schuhe an der Tür aus, aber ich denke, es passiert und die Tapete schmutzig wird. Arme Reinigungspersonal. Ich bin sicher, dass die Tappet sauber war, wie das Zimmer gerade gefärbt. Oh, gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Und entschuldigt für die wenigen Artikel auf dem Grab und gehen. Die Website sagte kostenlos Frühstück für 4; aber.... Grab und gehen Frühstück aber nicht viel - Granola Bar, wenige kleine Muffins, Kaffee, Tee, warme Schokolade. Einige Packungen von instant Oatmeal aber vermuten Sie, Sie würden einen Kaffee-Kopf verwenden? Keine Milch, sondern Kaffee Creme. Das Zimmer war großartig und ich würde wahrscheinlich nochmal dort bleiben. Für alle Hotels auf Ihrer Website wäre es schön zu wissen, wie zu wissen oder eine bessere Angabe der Frühstücksverfügbarkeit - das Mindeste, das eine Mindeststücke oder wenn nicht dann kein Frühstück angeboten werden würde . Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next to us had a very inconsiderate person in it. He had his tv on quite loud. It was hard to hear our TV. This continued throughout the entire night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 am to ask if they could do anything about it. She said all she could do was to try and call the room. This obviously didn't work as the sound was on alll through the night and was still on when we left at 8:00 am. I talked to the front desk and all she said was that she was very sorry about it. Very frustrating!

Ich hatte den Spaziergang zum Tag genossen, das Büropersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war komfortabel und der TV war schön, aber es gab ein paar Fragen. Das Bad in Zimmer 211 hatte eine Mühle wachsen; ich hatte gebeten, ein Zimmer auf dem oberen Stock zu geben. Der Pool konnte nicht sofort verwendet werden, weil sie gerade in Chemikalien geplatzt hatten...warum nicht nach 11:00 Uhr, wenn jeder auscheckt. Das Frühstück war Ihre typische Hotelmesse, aber der Preistag $12.99 war ein wenig steif. Es war schön, aus echten Platten und Werkzeugen zu essen.

Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

The service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves. Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

Overall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.  The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

Anna war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Sauberkeit war nicht großartig. Hinter unserem Toilette sah aus, als wäre sie nie gereinigt worden. Sie können ihnen einfach Handtücher zu den Schranken hinzufügen, ohne jemals zu zerstören. Wir ziehen das Bett zurück, als wir ankamen, um zu sehen, ob die Blätter gesäubert wurden und es gab eine Wachse von gedrehten Haaren am Fuß des Bettes innerhalb der Decken.

The location was great, the bathroom floor did not appear clean, there was both liquid soap and hand soap but no holder for the hand soap once it was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin. The personnel were helpful and friendly.
