優點：酒店的位置不落，看落日很美，植物很漂亮，像一個大花園。soaj很舒服，面對大海。缺點：房間設施有點陳舊，服務一般，房間的mini bar 和落日紅酒是收費項目，標識不清楚，我們以為都是免費項目，幫客人叫出租車費用很高。總體評價：酒店整體一般，不值3000多的價格，性價比不高。

It’s a very nice hotel nice location. Food is great at the restaurant. The room is very clean but there was little hot water so we couldn’t fill the bathtub. The service needs to be enhanced, we arrived but no one there to take the luggage so I had to carry them. The cleaning lady came to our room an hour before the check out time and she put her cleaning stuff in our terrace. Jembe the pool boy was very friendly he showed us around the hotel and took some good photos for me and my wife.

My stay at Samawa Living was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I felt an incredible sense of warmth and care from the staff. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel so safe and seen, which made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d like to give a special thanks to Kadogo, Hashimu, Baby, Asha, and the rest of the amazing team who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their genuine kindness and attentive service stood out in every interaction. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to the iconic Paje Beach, with convenient access via buggy, so I could enjoy the beauty of the area while still retreating to the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The boho vibes of Samawa Living were stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a cosy and serene environment. From the delicious meals to the immaculate rooms and tranquil ambience, everything about Samawa Living exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay in the Paje area, I highly recommend it.

This is my second trip to Marea (previously under another name but with the same owners). I only want to talk about how much I like it if you all promise not to book in for the same weeks that I visit again. It’s quiet, which I love, but within walking distance of busier Paje. The rooms are clean, well-sized, have aircon, fans and cute balconies. Some of the rooms have just been redesigned, and I know there are more upgrades in the works. It has a wonderful Neapolitan restaurant, which is helpful because you don’t ever feel like you *need* to hunt for other food. It has a perfectly sized pool which never feels crowded, and not being in the centre of the resort, doesn’t come with lots of eyes gazing in your direction. Most of all, the staff are fantastic. They always have a smile and a kind word. Service is good and easy. It’s a great find for those looking for a boutique family run resort that also doesn’t break the bank.

Our stay at Ycona Zanzibar was absolutely incredible. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Any time something wasn’t available, they would find a way to make it up to us with something even better. The entire team was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and caring. They represented the warmth and hospitality of the Zanzibari people in such a positive way, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort itself was beautiful, luxurious, and had a very upscale feel while still being comfortable and relaxing. The food was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire Ycona team for making our honeymoon so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Ycona to anyone visiting Zanzibar.

It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. Absoluut liebte unser Aufenthalt in Kwanza, meine Mutter und ich hatten die beste Zeit. Wir wurden von Caroline begrüßt, die immer ein Lächeln hatte. Lucky war so freundlich und hilfsbereit mit unseren Taschen. Ahmed war immer bereit, mit allem und allen zu helfen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, obwohl es einen Tag gab, an dem die Hausaufsicht vergessen, zu kommen und den Moskito-Repellent zu sprühen. Wir hatten den besten Spa-Tag und würden das gesamte Paket sehr empfehlen. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich und reichlich, wir haben das ganze inklusive Paket, so dass wir alle Mahlzeiten serviert und empfehlen würde, dass, da das Resort weit von anderen Orten entfernt ist. Der Barservice, obwohl es Verbesserungsbedarf, da sie langsam waren, weil es nur einen Server pro Bar gab, aber die Cocktails waren großartig!! Ich hatte mein Telefon in einem der Badezimmer vergessen und es wurde mir zurückgekehrt, bevor ich es sogar bemerkt, so ist der Ort sehr sicher.

Ein wirklich schönes Strandretrait entlang einer erstaunlichen Strecke von weißem Pulver Sand, mit außergewöhnlichen Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Unsere Villa war sauber, geräumig und außergewöhnlich gut gepflegt, bietet eine komfortable und luxuriöse Erfahrung. Jede Einzelheit wurde sorgfältig überlegt, so dass es leicht zu entspannen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Das Essen war während unseres Aufenthalts ausgezeichnet, mit hochwertigen Zutaten und leckeren Geschmacksempfehlungen. Das Frühstück war besonders beeindruckend, mit einer ausgezeichneten Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Weidemäuse verdienen eine besondere Erwähnung. Sie waren einer der besten, die wir je hatten. Während wir während unseres Aufenthalts einige kleinere Hicks erlebten, haben sie sich nicht von der Gesamterfahrung abziehen. Das Eigentum selbst ist erstaunlich, und die Gastfreundschaft, die das Team erweitert wurde, war warm und sehr geschätzt.
