Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles.

When visiting Baguio, this is a great stay. The staff is extremely friendly abd supportive durinf your stay, from the porter or the guard till the waiters and the reception. The rooms are not big, but comfortable. Nice to stay in Camp John Hay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very simple. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a good night’s rest. The hotel facilities were decent, including a dining area that offered a variety of options. While the food was satisfactory, there is still some room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. Common areas were kept tidy, and housekeeping did a good job of maintaining cleanliness. One minor downside was that some aspects of the property felt slightly dated, and a few small maintenance issues could be addressed to improve the overall experience. However, these did not significantly impact my stay. Overall, this hotel provides good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. With a few improvements, it could offer an even better guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Location is close to SM Baguio, Session Road and Victory Liner which is what we needed for this trip. The host is very accommodating, flexible and responsive - perfect for us who made an out of the whim decision to travel. The unit is clean and neat.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und entspannenden Aufenthalt im A Hotel. Sehr bequem, da es in der Nähe des Parks, des Marktes und der Restaurants ist. Session Road ist auch in der Nähe. Danke A Hotel. Mitarbeiter sind auch freundlich.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel. Ich schätze wirklich, dass alles perfekt funktioniert, einschließlich der Fan, Wasserheizer und Wi-Fi. Wenn das Zimmer noch warm ist, bietet das Hotel sogar einen zusätzlichen Fan kostenlos, was ein bedenklicher Kontakt ist. Das Hotel bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze und ist freundlich in der Nähe von Burnham Park, mit schöner Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde gerne diesen Ort anderen empfehlen.

The hotel looked quite new and the halls, rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and responsive. The breakfast menu was acceptable. The King Chef Dimsum Restaurant at the First floor provided a tasty meal as well. Even more important, the hotel was very close (7 minutes) to the center of the city (Burnham Park). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Casa Vallejo. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und untergebracht. Die einzige Sorge, die wir hatten, waren die Treppen, aber wir verstehen, dass dies typisch in einem Berggebiet wie Baguio ist. Insgesamt würden wir in Zukunft sicherlich nochmals in Casa Vallejo bleiben. 😇🥰

I had a great experience at Sophia's Cedar Peak. The place was clean and smelled really good. The location is accessible and close to places where you can find your essentials such as food and toiletries. If you prioritize convenience, I highly recommend this place.

Owell and the rest of the service team were excellent! Save for Lilia who didnt know to offer service water during breakfast and charged me with bottled water. The very tight space at the parking was a lowlight, so was the noise from staff talking and guests walking by the stairs (we were in room 206).
