Das Hotel ist direkt am Eingang in Kio. Es ist bequem zu transportieren und es ist auch sehr bequem zu parken. Die Umgebung ist gut. Neue Dekoration. Das Zimmer ist auch groß. Das Frühstück wird ins Zimmer gebracht. Sehr intim. Viele Arten sind auch sehr lecker. Das war ein sehr gutes Erlebnis.

What I like about the hotel is the excellent staff who provided help and service beyond what is expected of them. This is especially true from the front desk staff.

The location is good for me to visit my parents who live in Yanda senior home. There are a lot restaurants and stores very close too, very convenient and easy to call a DiDi. Hotel is well equipped and the room is very large. Washer and driers are free to use. The only thing I don’t like is the smell of cigarettes, seems smoking is allowed in all the rooms.

Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, die Sauberkeit erstklassig, die Atmosphäre angenehm und es gab große, bodentiefe Fenster. Der Service war außergewöhnlich gut. Das erste Zimmer war etwas laut, daher bekamen wir ein anderes. Einziger Nachteil: Die Schalldämmung war nicht optimal. Ansonsten war alles fantastisch und der Preis angemessen. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Kaum waren wir am Flughafen Daxing angekommen, wartete das Personal bereits am Gate 11 im dritten Stock. Wir wurden von einem Denza-Elektro-Business-Auto abgeholt, das sehr komfortabel war und ganz in der Nähe des Hotels stand. Wir waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit da. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, mit KFC im Erdgeschoss. Das Personal war sehr enthusiastisch, als wir die Lobby betraten und eincheckten. Ich hatte eine Superior-Suite gebucht, die sehr groß war. Das Hotel ist erst kürzlich eröffnet worden, und die Ausstattung ist sehr neu. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und am Kopfende des Bettes gab es eine kabellose Lademöglichkeit, was sehr praktisch war. Am nächsten Morgen ging ich zum Essen nach unten. Das Restaurant war wie eine kleine Bar eingerichtet und hatte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Man konnte dort auch Kaffee bestellen, und es gab verschiedene Biersorten wie dunkles und gelbes Bier. Es war sehr gemütlich, nach dem Abendessen zu plaudern und Kaffee zu trinken. Als ich ins Zimmer zurückkam, sah ich im ersten Stock ein Fitnessstudio. Ich ging hinein, um es mir anzusehen, und die Geräte waren alle brandneu. Ich habe eine Stunde trainiert und bin dann zurück ins Zimmer gegangen, um zu duschen und ein Nickerchen zu machen. Es war wirklich toll. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dies ein Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist!

Another great stay at this hotel. Though this time around housekeeping seems to have forgotten to replenish the teas on some days during housekeeping. Other than that everything was fine.

My stay was absolutely magical! ✨ From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family — so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. My room was spotless, so cozy, and smelled amazing. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I didn't want to leave! Every little detail was perfect — thoughtful .You can really feel how much love and care they put into everything. I left with such a full heart. Thank you for making me feel so special and at home. I will definitely be back, and I’m telling all my friends about you! 10/10 — truly a little piece of heaven. 💛

Ich habe meine Kinder nach Gu'an mitgenommen und zum ersten Mal im Vienna Hotel übernachtet. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und die Einrichtung sah alt aus, was vielleicht an der Farbe lag. Die Möbel waren sehr neu, aber die Kissen und das Bett waren zu weich, was das Schlafen sehr unbequem machte. , und das Zimmer war super kalt, alles andere war gut und die Rezeptionistin war auch sehr begeistert. Reden wir über das Frühstück. Es ist schrecklich. Als es ankam, war alles kalt und es gab nichts zu essen. Ich schlage vor, nicht bei ihm zu frühstücken. The compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future. Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
