GGastnutzerit's a pretty great hotel, I lived there for a week, starting with its beauty and excellent treatment of guests, I was delighted, but there are still some disadvantages, probably the breakfasts, because there is only Chinese cuisine, not quite suitable for tourists, and it was a little disappointing when I found out that the hotel does not have a fork, I had to eat with my hands(
usually I did not go to breakfast, but I decided to visit on the last day, the hall was very beautiful, but there were few machines. the views are amazing, I often fly to this city and next time I will stay in this hotel. I recommend

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist gut für mich, meine Eltern zu besuchen, die in Yanda Senior Home leben. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte auch sehr nah, sehr bequem und einfach zu rufen DiDi. Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Wasch- und Trockner können frei verwendet werden. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, ist der Geruch von Zigaretten, es scheint, dass Rauchen in allen Zimmern erlaubt ist.

GGastnutzerKaum waren wir am Flughafen Daxing angekommen, wartete das Personal bereits am Gate 11 im dritten Stock. Wir wurden von einem Denza-Elektro-Business-Auto abgeholt, das sehr komfortabel war und ganz in der Nähe des Hotels stand. Wir waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit da. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, mit KFC im Erdgeschoss. Das Personal war sehr enthusiastisch, als wir die Lobby betraten und eincheckten. Ich hatte eine Superior-Suite gebucht, die sehr groß war. Das Hotel ist erst kürzlich eröffnet worden, und die Ausstattung ist sehr neu. Das Bett war sehr bequem, und am Kopfende des Bettes gab es eine kabellose Lademöglichkeit, was sehr praktisch war. Am nächsten Morgen ging ich zum Essen nach unten. Das Restaurant war wie eine kleine Bar eingerichtet und hatte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Man konnte dort auch Kaffee bestellen, und es gab verschiedene Biersorten wie dunkles und gelbes Bier. Es war sehr gemütlich, nach dem Abendessen zu plaudern und Kaffee zu trinken. Als ich ins Zimmer zurückkam, sah ich im ersten Stock ein Fitnessstudio. Ich ging hinein, um es mir anzusehen, und die Geräte waren alle brandneu. Ich habe eine Stunde trainiert und bin dann zurück ins Zimmer gegangen, um zu duschen und ein Nickerchen zu machen. Es war wirklich toll. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dies ein Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist!

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Das Frühstück scheint gut zu sein, aber ich esse nicht, nur morgens Kaffee und der Kaffee war nur ok. Und lange warten auf die Kaffeemaschine, denn es gibt nur eine. Leider hatte ich einen lauten Nachbarn und schlief nicht gut, weil das, aber das Bett war komfortabel

GGastnutzerThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
