SsearowIch liebe komfortable, saubere und private Räume und bin daher sehr wählerisch, was Hotels angeht, wenn ich verreist bin. Neu eröffnete Hotels wähle ich selten. Nachdem ich die guten Online-Bewertungen gesehen hatte, beschloss ich, dieses hier auszuprobieren. Das Zimmer wirkte zwar nicht besonders dekorativ, aber der Besitzer schien sich viele Gedanken über die verwendeten Materialien gemacht zu haben. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, und ich war noch überraschter, dass ein Vier-Diamanten-Hotel in einer kleinen Kreisstadt Betten anbieten konnte, die mit denen eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels vergleichbar waren. Es war unglaublich komfortabel, und die Hausschuhe, Bademäntel und Handtücher waren alle ausgezeichnet. Dies ist das einzige Hotel, in dem ich wieder übernachten würde! Sehr empfehlenswert! 👍! Draußen gibt es sogar eine besonders süße Glückskatze! 😂

SShenyedumouDas allgemeine Aufenthaltserlebnis ist besonders komfortabel, die geografische Lage des Hotels ist überlegen, es ist sehr bequem zu essen, der Halle ist sauber. Die Personalvertretung der Rezeption ist warm und freundlich, die Effektivität des Aufenthalts im Ausland ist sehr hoch, das Zimmer ist unfarben, die Lage ist warm und praktisch, die Waschbecken sind komplett, die Wäsche ist sauber und trocken, die Bettwaren sind weich und die Haut ist weich und die Wirkung der Isolierung ist guter Abend ruhig und unkompliziert. Details sind intim, Gesundheit und Service sind online, der Preis ist weit über den Erwartungen, und die nächste Reise wird hier auch vorrangig sein.

TTha PanhaIch habe eine Nacht in Langfang verbracht; mein Freund hatte mir dieses Hotel empfohlen. Ich hatte noch nie ein so großes Hotel gesehen. Es war geräumig, modern und gemütlich. Die Managerin – ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sie die Betriebsleiterin oder die Rezeptionsleiterin ist – war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigte mir alle Zimmertypen, sodass ich mich entscheiden konnte, welches ich buchen wollte. Das war sehr nett von ihr. Ich war noch nie in einem Hotel, in dem ich mich so wohlgefühlt habe, besonders im Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und preiswert, modern eingerichtet und bot eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

BBrettschneiderExcellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home. All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well. Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :) If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!

GGastnutzerIch habe meine Kinder nach Gu'an mitgenommen und zum ersten Mal im Vienna Hotel übernachtet. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und die Einrichtung sah alt aus, was vielleicht an der Farbe lag. Die Möbel waren sehr neu, aber die Kissen und das Bett waren zu weich, was das Schlafen sehr unbequem machte. , und das Zimmer war super kalt, alles andere war gut und die Rezeptionistin war auch sehr begeistert. Reden wir über das Frühstück. Es ist schrecklich. Als es ankam, war alles kalt und es gab nichts zu essen. Ich schlage vor, nicht bei ihm zu frühstücken. Es ist schrecklich, schrecklich, schrecklich.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.

As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

AAnonymer BenutzerZwei große und kleine Tickets für die Wärmeschale: Die Wärmeschale ist wirklich zu schlimm, es war sehr klein, in den Kleidungsraum zu gehen, um zu töten, nachdem ich mich umgezogen habe, sah ich viele große Großmutter, die in jedem einzelnen großen Pool schwimmt, keine Mitarbeiter verwaltet haben.
Einrichtungen: Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, das Zimmer hat eine private Suppe. Das Frühstück ist ein gewöhnliches Teerei, wir haben zwei große und kleine Zimmer, aber das Frühstück hat keine Kinder.
Hygiene: Gut, die Sonne ist sehr gut
Umgebung: sehr ruhig, sehr warm
Service: Vorsicht, sehr detaillierte Behandlung

TTheMachineThe compound and apartment are both very nice. Check-in was not difficult for us but only because we used WeChat and spoke Mandarin. Amenities were sufficient, though the kitchen lacked a microwave. The kitchen initially also lacked cooking supplies but our host provided them upon our request. The host is very responsive on WeChat. The compound has a playground and a few shops, and there are plenty of small restaurants just outside the compound. The location of the compound is right across the Chaobai river from Beijing, very close to one of the three bridges in the area. Crossing the bridge into Beijing by car requires passing a border check station which is slightly inconvenient as a foreigner since you will likely be required to go into the station to register every time. However, after the first crossing, subsequent crossings were very fast for us (1-2min processing time) and our rideshare drivers waited for us with no problems. Most of the time, the compound is ~20-25min by car to LuCheng subway station in Beijing, which is currently the closest subway station to the compound. However, during the morning rush hour on workdays, the border check station going into Beijing will have traffic jams up to 30+min. A rideshare (DiDi or Hello Ride) to/from LuCheng subway station costs around 20-30CNY each way. There are also public buses that go directly to/from LuCheng subway station but they only run during rush hour, and passengers still have to get off at the border check station for processing. This border check station is currently a big inconvenience, but current road and subway constructions in the area may alleviate this inconvenience in the near future.
Currently, it is difficult to find short term apartment rentals that accept foreigners in/near Beijing, so this stay was great value for money, despite us having paid ~2-3x the cost of rent for locals, it was still priced below tiny rooms in most Beijing hotels.
