"真的太出乎我的意料了，廊坊真的是很寶藏的地方，為了衹有紅樓專門來的，沒想到隨便訂的一家民宿居然是我住過的天花板，且不説酒店環境和小別墅沒啥區別了，老闆和前台小姐姐超級好，服務非常周到，真的感受到賓至如歸的感覺，立馬又續了一晚上，環境也超級好，還給了攻略，房間東西應有盡有，還有小米智能音響和小米電視，窗簾也是自動的，套房特別大，我們是兩個人住的，裏面睡一個外面睡一個，非常好住，窗明幾凈，我都不想回家了，廊坊真是個好地方！"

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

Der Mann, der am Frontbüro arbeitete, nahm lange Zeit, um jemanden zu finden, der uns zu den heißen Frühlingen begleitet, und als eine Dame endlich zu uns dort begleitete, nahm sie uns wieder in unsere Zimmer, stattdessen, obwohl wir dem Mann am Frontbüro klar gesagt hatten, dass wir Die Mitarbeiter kommunizierten nicht klar miteinander, und sie nutzten auch keinen gemeinsamen Sinn. Als ich den Vorderbürobedienten ersuchte, uns zu den heißen Frühlingen zu begleiten, sagte er nein und wandte uns weg, aber ich wusste, es war kompliziert, dort zu kommen und er musste den heißen Frühlingen sagen, dass wir Hotelgäste waren, Wie das, was passiert ist, als ich vorher dort geblieben war. Es ist nur möglich, mit einer Übersetzung App hier kommunizieren, da kein Mitarbeiter ein einziges Wort Englisch spricht, auch.
