Style Unterkunft mit etwas von einem Wow Faktor. So nahe zu perfekt sein, wenn nur sie könnten eine oder zwei Dinge verbessern.

We reserved the loft and we had high expectation with the accommodation given that the photos and reviews were great. In reality, everything was great as expected including cleanliness, location and amenities. It is very close to Malaga Cathedral, and the room environment is decently refurbished. However, the service is not up to standard. First of all, we arrived early and requested for an early check-in. However, the request cannot be fulfilled. Second, there was no luggage storage within the facility and we had no choice but to spend extra money for nearby lockers. Third, the check-in service is all set up and processed via online check-in form and WhatsApp. The contact persons are not helpful as our requests were not fulfilled. No early check-in, no luggage storage and no real-person concierge. Also, the Wi-Fi password is too complicated and the room access requires the hotel Wi-Fi connection. The mobile connection is weak for the area. Overall, the accommodation was great, but the guest service has a big room of improvement.

Das Ambiente im Laden ist sehr angenehm, mit guter Beleuchtung, wodurch er sich hervorragend zum Fotografieren eignet. Es gibt eine Küche, in der man selbst kochen kann, und die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Man fühlt sich dort auch recht sicher.

Great hotel.  Spotlessly clean.  Everything in the room looks new.  Bathroom brilliant, large shower cubicle with rainfall shower.  Bed really comfortable.  Location a few minutes walk from old town. Breakfast good as was included in the cost.

Wir waren von einem Budget-Hotel hierhergekommen und waren beim Betreten des Zimmers sofort begeistert. Ich habe schon öfter in 5-Sterne-Hotels und auch in 1-Sterne-Hotels übernachtet, daher habe ich gewisse Erwartungen an Zimmer und Service. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Ich habe mich gut ausgeruht. Es gibt ein bequemes Sofa, einen großen Fernseher, ein separates WC, Dusche und Badewanne, eine Miniküche und Klimaanlage. Zimmer: Geräumig, modern, komfortabel, Esstisch, aber nur ein Stuhl... Miniküche: Es gab einen Minikühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher und eine Spüle, aber kein Besteck, was seltsam wirkte, da man diese Dinge eigentlich erwarten würde. Man musste Besteck usw. an der Rezeption anfordern und sich selbst am Buffet abholen. Dusche: Die Dusche war fantastisch. Geräumig mit Kopfbrause und Griff. Viele Toilettenartikel. Mehr Kleiderbügel hätten nicht besser sein können. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend. Rezeption: Es dauerte etwas, bis wir die Leute in der Schlange vor uns eincheckten. Vielleicht könnte der Check-in noch einfacher gestaltet werden, insbesondere wenn alles im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt wird. Wir konnten für etwa 20 Pfund einen späten Check-out bis 17 Uhr buchen. Wir kamen vor 17 Uhr zurück. Ich hatte nach Teebeuteln gefragt, bekam aber nur eine Schlüsselkarte. Das war zwar seltsam, aber ein Missverständnis, aber es bedeutete, dass wir einige Minuten mit Packen verschwendeten. Dann funktionierte unsere Schlüsselkarte nicht an der Tür, was weitere Minuten dauerte. Wir bekamen danach heißes Wasser für den Tee, was nett von ihnen war. Es gibt ein Fitnessstudio, das wir aber nicht nutzen konnten. Einige Mitarbeiter sprechen gut Englisch, daher ist die Verständigung kein Problem, und sie helfen Ihnen gerne weiter.

This is our second time staying in the apartments under Limehome, as the furniture and interior decoration always meet our requirements. The flat was spacious, around 35m2. Everything you need, like tableware and kitchenware, was provided. Also, there is a coffee maker and kettle. There is no free water, but the two tea bags and two coffees are free. Instant hot water and strong water pressure and towels are provided for 3 days. However the mirror light was broken and the air conditioning was weak. It was reported on arrival and they allowed us to change to a new room the last day, but we chose to stay in the same room as the bedding of sofabed of the new room wasn't prepared and new room is much smaller. Overall, I would love to come back again and stay in the properties of Limehome, as the customer service is prompt and strong at problem solving. We didnt take pictures of the room as it was exactly the same as those on the Internet. And these are the photos that we saw in Malaga. And hope you all love what we love too.

Hotel ist völlig in Ordnung, einfache Ausstattung, Frühstück ist gut. Zimmer sind sauber und Personal ist freundlich. Bushaltestelle direkt neben dem Hotel, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Nur am letzten Tag vor der Abreise wird das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt und man erhält keine neuen Handtücher.

It was a lovely modern hostel, which is elegant and wunderbar. You have a nice private/capsuled bed too! There is a one centralized bathroom for all, to which attached a locker room. So your stuff is safe and locked, but you have to leave the room to retrieve it. A plus is there is a common space. Also a kitchen for you to cook your own meal! It’s also close to station! I just hope they retain the affordable price as it is now.

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr sauber, aber etwas laut, weil in einer durchgehenden Straße. Alles ist in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Bemol bezüglich der Tatsache, dass es bezahlt, um das Haus getan haben, wenn Sie weniger als 8 Tage bleiben.
