Schreckliche schreckliche Erfahrung.... Erstens ist das Hotel schüchtern !!! Haar auf dem Boden, es gibt eine Art Wasserleckage, so gibt es Farben über fast alle Zimmertüren und auf dem Deck in den Badezimmern.... Als wir in das Badezimmer kamen, war es scheußlich! Mit Haar auf dem Boden aber der schlimmste ist, dass die Mühle war FULL von früheren Gäste’ verwendetes Gewebe!!!! Absolut unacceptabel!!!! Sofort ging zu informieren das Front Desk (Telefon war nicht funktionieren Überraschung Überraschung) wartet aber niemand kam! Ich musste gehen und die Reinigung Lady MYSELF finden und sie in unser Zimmer bringen! Der Schwimmbad ist ein Witz! Wenn Sie die Bilder vergleichen, die sie auf der Website veröffentlicht haben und was es jetzt aussieht, ist es buchstäblich Nacht und Tag! Man kann nicht einmal die Farbe des Pools sehen, die so dunkel ist! Groß!!! Die einzigen zwei Dinge, die dieses Hotel zu suchen sind das Essen, das ziemlich gut war und nicht, dass überpreist und die Tatsache, dass es direkt am Strand liegt, so können Sie einen Spaziergang und genießen Sie Essen und Getränke mit einem schönen Brise am Abend! THAT’S ALL that is good about this place! Never again! By the way it is located in the middle of nowhere, so there’s no 7-11, restaurants or cafés near so unless you drive or take a taxi you are quite much stuck with the hotel food! Newly opened and cute design. The room is spacious with good quality mattress, great water pressure and beautiful decors. Everything in the room works well except for the bathroom design which needs immediate improvement. You cannot take a shower without making the whole floor wet (my room is superior type). I put a towel to block the water but this cannot be a permanent solution. Secondly, the bathroom wall is made of glass which looks modern but you cannot use the toilet without waking the other person in the middle of the night. Many people complains about the size of the swimming pool and common facilities but I know from the start it's a very small hotel so...The bar and bar rooftop area is a great place to hang with view of the sea. Breakfast is good compared to the price you pay. However, the reason I give it 3 stars only is the service, or lack of, at the restaurant during dinner time which is the worst I've ever experienced. There's like one lady minding the whole place and of course she never had time to come by to take our orders, check what we need or collect our plates or even get us the bill. My husband had to get up from the table 4-5 times during one dinner to go ask her for any kind of service. No need to say how slow the food was served. The wait and all wouldn't be so bad if there were some sorts of communications or apologies but I feel they just simply didn't care. That being said all the staff are very friendly. The 24 hours stay is a good concept but we were not informed during check in we needed to make a request in advance for check out time later than noon. Locationwise, there's nothing much in walking distance only 1-2 local food joints and one temple. Convinient stores are about 900 meters away on the main road. There's no beach.

Mein Mann und ich genossen unserem Aufenthalt hier. Wir waren im 8. Stock mit Strandblick. Die Meerblicke waren erstaunlich, um morgens und abends aufzuwachen. Ich werde zurückkommen. Sehr empfohlen. 💖

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Es gilt als das erste Mal. Die Unterkunft ist sehr genau. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre die Unterkunft gerade erst renoviert worden. Kommen Sie erst einmal herein. Das Personal in der Lobby und das übrige Personal bieten einen sehr guten Service. Lächelnd und fröhlich (die Unterkunft ist auch nicht streng, sehr entspannt). Der Zugang zum Zimmer ist sehr sauber. und muss vom Meerblick begeistert sein Es befand sich im 15. Stock. Die Unterkunft sollte 23 Stockwerke haben, sehr hoch. Ich war von der Aussicht sehr beeindruckt. Am wichtigsten ist: Wenn jemand Familie hat, die hierherkommt, muss er kaum irgendwohin gehen. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten zum Spielen wie Schwimmen, Kindertrampoline, Tischtennis, Basketball, Kidszone, Bars, Cafés, so viele, ich kann sie nicht alle aufzählen. Aber es ist wirklich gut. Ich mag es wirklich. Ich werde den Service wieder in Anspruch nehmen ☺️ Der einzige Nachteil besteht darin Die Zufahrtsstraße ist nicht gut und es gibt nur sehr wenige Parkplätze.

Neues Hotel, saubere, geräumige Zimmer, gutes Schwimmbad, gutes Servicepersonal, leckeres Essen. Insgesamt gefällt es mir sehr gut und ich werde den Service wieder in Anspruch nehmen.

This hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. Everywhere in the room, there are mini statues of rabbits. One is beside the loo looking at me doing my business. When my daughter was taking too l

Die Aussicht auf den Pool ist sehr gut. Der vorhandene Aufzug macht den Aufenhalt sehr angehnem.

Den Preis wert, gutes Zimmer, als sauber angesehen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur auf dem Parkplatz, ca. 200 Meter zu Fuß entfernt, im Bereich von Kneipen und Bars. Aber der Raum hält den Lärm von außen gut ab. Aber drinnen behalte ich es nicht. Menschen, die herumlaufen und laute Geräusche machen Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Meer ist zu Fuß ganz in der Nähe. Das Gebäude ist gut, nicht schäbig, nicht gruselig. Sehr lohnenswert.

Was looking for a 3-bedroom villa in Hua Hin and found Veranda Resort via Agoda. Quite impressed by their online photos and made the booking almost immediately. The resort ambience was indeed amazing when we reached. After our check-in while the receptionist was walking us to our villa, I was shocked to realise that our 3-bedroom luxury pool villa is situated across the road at the annex building with no sea view. I expressed disappointment but the receptionist just went on to promote the other good things about the villa which I do agree. The 3-bedroom villa has 2 floors and is huge and clean. We entered into the dining area with a big comfortable sofa and a kitchenette at the side. Moving into the big living hall, there is a bigger sofa and TV with direct access to the in-villa pool. The master bedroom on the ground floor comes with a super king bed. On the 2nd floor, there is 1 bedroom with a king bed and another 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The only downside is no sea view (especially when Hua Hin is a beach area). On the 2nd day, we attended their cocktail party by the seaside and shared our disappointment when the resort General Manager Mr Jamnong was doing his rounds and asked for our feedback. He immediately offered to change our rooms. He was very nice and mindful that it would be a downgrade and asked if we are alright with it. We were more than happy to get rooms with sea view and took up the offer. As it was a ”downgrade” from our 3-bedroom luxury pool villa to 3 individual deluxe rooms, he also offered complimentary high tea and dinner for our group. He really went beyond the miles to make his guests happy and happier. We were really impressed with his top notch service recovery and will definitely be recommending this resort to our family and friends for the beautiful scenery, luxurious accommodation and staff with great service.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Ich habe im März dieses Jahres eine Nacht in der Suite dieses Hotels verbracht und es war sehr gut, deshalb habe ich dieses Mal dieses Hotel ausgewählt, als meine Familie auf Reisen kam. Vorteil: 1: Geeignet für die Mitnahme von Kindern, das Hotel verfügt über Wassereinrichtungen für Kinder; 2: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und beim Einchecken gibt es ein Begrüßungsgetränk. 3: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und es ist sehr praktisch, ans Meer zu gehen; 4: Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett ist bequem; 5: Das Badezimmerwasser ist groß genug und die Temperatur ist angemessen; Mangel: 1: Es liegt weit weg von Hua Hin und dem Nachtmarkt und eignet sich daher zum Selbstfahren. 2: Zum Frühstück gibt es viele Arten, aber durchschnittliche Qualität; 3: Es werden Mücken im Zimmer sein;

Ein wunderschönes Resort mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter grüßen Sie, wenn Sie sie treffen. Das Frühstück ist der Extraklasse, selten gesehen was man hier bekommt und alles super lecker. Das Resort liegt etwas vom Zentrum von Hua Hin entfernt, sodass Sie ein Auto benötigen, um dorthin zu gelangen. Das einzig Negative, auf das ich hinweisen kann, sind die Preise auf der Speisekarte. Wir hatten am Anreisetag etwas gegessen und bei Erhalt der Rechnung kommen noch 7% Mehrwertsteuer und 10% Servicekosten dazu. Nicht, dass mir das die Welt ausmacht, das kommt mir ein bisschen wie Betrug vor. Wir hätten dort gegessen, wenn die Preise auf der Speisekarte korrekt gewesen wären, weil Sie wissen, dass es teurer ist, wenn Sie dort essen, oder in einem Restaurant, aber ich fühlte mich trotzdem ein bisschen in die Tasche gesteckt. Das funktioniert bei mir nur 1 x und ich habe dort auch nichts anderes gegessen.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

Aber insgesamt ist es ok und sehr gut. Der Portier und die Rezeption können nicht bereit sein, aber der Platz ist groß, die Zimmer haben viele Zonen zu wählen nach der Ansicht und Preis, gut dekoriert, anders als andere ähnliche Unterkünfte. Neue Zimmer sauber Wenn Sie Fußspuppen und ein anderes Fuß handtücher Bettwäsche einstellen sollten. Die Lage ist sehr einfach zu kollidieren. Haben Kinder sollten vorsichtig sein Für einen breiten und schönen Sandstrand Es gibt noch einige Baustellen, sehr neue Zimmer, geräumiges Frühstückszimmer. Das Bild der Lebensmittel ist mäßig, Gesamtscore 1

Es gibt ein Zimmer, das eine Gartenvilla im Hintergrund hinter dem Restaurant neben dem Strand ist. Eine sehr gute Lage Auch wenn nicht direkt neben dem Strand Aber es ist ein sauberes Zimmer, Holzboden, komplette Ausstattung, Haartrockner, Slips, Außenbad. 2 gute Kuchen Matresse, 1 kleine Kuchen, sehr gut schlafen. Es gibt 2 Trinkwasser pro Person, nur im Badezimmer gemischt. Warm und kalt Wasser sind schwierig zu richten, nicht perfekt noch und wollen ein Nachtlicht auf dem Boden haben. Also musst du nicht die Badewanne Lichter ausschalten

Die Einrichtungen sind sehr komplett, sauber und ruhig, es gibt einen kleinen Hof, grüne Bäume und Grüngras, Vogelwort und Grib sind auch sehr bequem, der Chef hat sehr verwandte, das Frühstück ist besonders lecker, empfiehlt thailändisches Frühstück, in der Nähe von Tee, U-Bootsmuseum und Meerfugle Basis, sowie ein Raketengeschäft, billiger Preis, gute Geschmack, und empfehlen.
