I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

This is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but in reality, it feels like a 4-star property from the 1980s that hasn’t been renovated in decades. From the outside, the hotel looks fine, but the rooms are very outdated, likely from the 80s or 90s. I checked three different rooms, and all had the same issues. In rooms with bathtubs, the glass panels were damaged and caused water to spill onto the floor during showers. Some rooms also had an unpleasant smell. The furniture is old and in poor condition. Paint is peeling off the doors, bedside lamps are loose, and some power outlets are coming out of the wall, which could be dangerous. Overall, the rooms clearly need maintenance and renovation. The swimming pool is okay, small but suitable for kids. However, the water could be warmer. One positive aspect is the breakfast, which was good and enjoyable. The hotel is located on the edge of Krakow. You need to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach a bus that goes directly to the city center (around a 15-minute ride). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, but it does not connect directly to the city, so the claim of convenient transport nearby is misleading. The reception staff were friendly, but they couldn’t really help with the room issues. Even a technician confirmed that the problems exist in all rooms and cannot be fixed. The solution offered was simply to provide extra towels to soak up the water from the shower, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 stars at best. Even at a reduced price similar to 2 and 3-star hotels in Krakow, it is not worth staying here.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet einen hervorragenden Zugang zu den wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Personal war freundlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, allerdings war die Schallisolierung in einigen Zimmern etwas enttäuschend. Alles in allem war es eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung und ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Nur ein erstaunliches Hotel für einen erschwinglichen Preis. Lage ist nicht groß, wirklich nichts um, aber es ist grünes und friedlich. Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zum Stadtzentrum Große warme Zimmer, perfektes Bett, gutes Frühstück, Sie werden wirklich alles haben dort Schöner Fitnessbereich und großer Schwimmbad mit Spa Ich werde sicher nochmal dort bleiben.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

15 minutes walk to train station and major business area. Amenities are fantastic with swimming pool, kid's pool, jacuzzi (both indoor and outdoor with fantastic view), sauna, gym, spa and bars. Got a little treat if skipping the housekeeping service.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

Das Hotel ist in einem schön restaurierten historischen Gebäude, das einmal als legendäres Touristenhaus dient, mit einer beeindruckenden ”Highlander chic” ästhetisch ausgestattet. Die Innenarchitektur zeigt eine herrliche Kombination von lokalen Tatra Berg-Handwerksarbeit und moderner Design, mit massiven Rohholzstrahlen, schweren regionalen Geweben, lokalen Steinarbeiten und anständigen künstlerischen Details.

Ich liebe die Lage dieses Hotels, leicht ein 10/10. Nur etwa 500 Meter bis Rynek Square, 5 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn und Galeria Krakowska. Die KFC, Starbucks und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind direkt über die Straße, was alles unglaublich bequem macht. Das Hotel ist sauber, modern und gut konzipiert. Das Bett war groß und komfortabel, warmes Wasser und Heizung waren stark, und das Soundproofing war sehr gut. Volle Ausstattung, einschließlich Slips, Shampoo, Duschegel, Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta, wirklich eine “bringen Sie Ihre Tasche und bewegen Sie sich in” Erfahrung. Mein Zimmer stand vor dem Hinterhof, so war es keine Aussicht. Das Schwimmbad Wasser war ziemlich kalt, und der einzelne Jacuzzi war oft überzogen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie in der Altstadt gibt es jedoch sehr wenige Alternativen, die sogar einen Pool haben. Ich blieb während der Spitzenstufe am Jahresende, so dass der Preis hoch war, aber insgesamt war ich mit dem Wert zufrieden. Wenn ich nach Krakau zurückkehre, würde ich dieses Hotel sicherlich wieder buchen.
