I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.

Schön war, dass es sehr sauber und vielfältig ausgestattet war. Es ist nicht üblich, dass in europäischen Hotels unterschiedliche Gegenstände im Badezimmer vorhanden sind, aber dieses hier hatte alles. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett, allerdings erschwerte die Lage des Hotels die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Es ist etwas weit von der Straßenbahn- oder Bushaltestelle entfernt und es gibt keine Gewerbegebiete in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen engagierten Koch, der das Essen sofort für Sie zubereitet.

Der Empfang war einfach, kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Uns wurde nichts über die angebotenen Leistungen erklärt, nicht einmal eine kurze Vorstellung des Hotels. Das Restaurant ist durchschnittlich und sehr teuer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Die Tram-Haltestelle aber nur 100 Meter entfernt. So, dass man in knapp 20 Minuten den Rynok von Krakau erreichen kann. Das Hotel selbst: Brandneu, sehr modern. Große Standard-Zimmer mit viel Komfort. Sehr gutes, für meine Schlafgewohnheiten jedoch zu weiches Bett. Bademäntel nur gegen 50 Zloty Kaution. Gym recht klein. Dafür gibt es ein kostenlos nutzbares Indoor-Schwimmbad inklusive Sauna. Frühstück: Gut, jedoch für ein Hotel dieser Klasse mit etwas zu wenig Auswahl.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Einer der besten Hotels in der alten Stadt Krakow. Alles war perfekt und natürlich empfehle ich dieses Hotel 100%. Preis ist sehr zuverlässig.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar und Sie können nichts bequemer als das. Alles ist direkt außerhalb des Hotels, aber immer noch auf einer ruhigen Straße. Auch ist 4 Jahre alt das Hotel fühlt sich neu und sauber. Räumliche Zimmer komfortabel Bett. Großes Badezimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles ist erstaunlich und

Das Sheraton Krakow liegt ideal, nur 5 Gehminuten von der Wawelburg entfernt, direkt am Ufer der Weichsel. Spazieren Sie am Fluss entlang oder unternehmen Sie eine Bootsfahrt, um die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten ohne Nachfrage ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Burgblick – eine sehr nette Geste. Die Hotellobby ist außergewöhnlich und zentral gelegen. Sie bietet eine Bar mit Restaurant (in dem das Frühstück serviert wird), eine Lounge und eine weitere Lounge im Obergeschoss mit Fernseher und Entspannungsbereichen. Wir haben den Spa-Bereich und den Pool (die im Preis inbegriffen sind) nicht genutzt, waren aber vom Frühstück begeistert. Es war äußerst abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und wurde über einen langen Zeitraum (7:00 bis 11:00 Uhr, ideal für Langschläfer) serviert. Das Hotel ist gemütlich, einladend, ruhig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Klimaanlage, die (ziemlich) laut ist und nicht heizt. Es war recht kalt im Zimmer, und die Minibarpreise sind ziemlich hoch (5 € für einen Snickers!). Ansonsten bietet das Zimmer alles Notwendige, darunter einen Schreibtisch, eine fantastische Aussicht, ein Bügeleisen, kostenlosen Kaffee, Tee und Mineralwasser sowie sehr bequeme Betten. Ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Übernachten in Krakau. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm, ruhig und bietet eine großartige Aussicht. Sollten wir wiederkommen, werden wir aufgrund des ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses ganz sicher wieder hier übernachten.

Hotel has excellent location, near the river, train station, tram stations. We enjoyed walking in the morning near the river, then accros the bridges to the Kazimirec or the mearest tram station to old town. Breakfast is very tasty and rich, we loved it, lunch was very good also. French fries is very special and simply great, my son loved it. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean, we got clean towels every day when requested. In our room we only had body soap, no shampoo,conditionet, body milk. I think it would be very useful for guests that are coming by plane on a weekend trip. Usually we do not have space for this kind of cosmetics so it is helpful when you get it in the hotel.
