Das Hotel liegt an der zentralen Straße von Angelis. Im zweiten Stock gibt es ein großes chinesisches Restaurant, das günstig gelegen ist. Als ich nachts eincheckte, war der Service an der Rezeption extrem langsam und ich musste eine halbe Stunde warten, um einzuchecken.

We booked this to stay at in-between a coach and flight out to Coron and we couldn't complain. For how much money it costs you get a good night sleep in a clean bed with air con. The staff were helpful and lovely and we could even order food to our room as we did after a long travel day. My only feedback would be to de-spider nest bathrooms as there was one missed in ours and maybe do a clean of the pool as it didn't seem too clean. I would however book again if I needed to stay in the area for the night.

We stayed one night at the weekend in the old tower and booked DeLuxe category. The room was way too cold upon arrival. Even after switching off the aircon the temperature did not raise. The whole building is so much cooled down and there is no carpet in the room. The night was extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The door in the shower room does not prevent the water enters the floor in the bathroom after a short time, so the room was flooded, the foot mat soaked. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until they have changed the temperature protocol and improved the shower doors, laid carpets in the rooms. Beside that I can say the breakfast buffet was great. The Filipino dishes were delicious, the lettuce leafs fresh and cut in small pieces as you expect it, the juices (pink apple, orange) were really great, eggs made to perfection, nice Ambiente and Interieur in the breakfast restaurant, friendly and caring staff in sufficient number, they cleaned up and refilled in time - there was no complain, we enjoyed the breakfast so much and it paid off for the trouble with the room.

Nur der negative Eindruck war mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, aber es ist nur versteckt. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Allerdings, für Backpackers auf dem Weg, es könnte nicht die beste Option sein. Das Front Desk Personal ist freundlich, und die Zimmer waren fantastisch sauber. Mein einziger negativer Eindruck war mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Seit wir um 9:30 Uhr aufstiegen, wurde die Buffetlinie nicht gefüllt, erwähnen wir, dass wir spät aufkommen. Ich verstehe, dass es für zwei Personen keine Notwendigkeit gibt, zu füllen, aber zumindest bieten Lebensmittel, die für zwei Personen ausreichend sind, wie wir auch für das gesamte Paket bezahlt haben. Der Kaffee war nicht heiß, und der Cremer flog gerade auf. Gut, es gab einen à la minute Eierzähler.

Ein weiterer fantastischer Aufenthalt in Clarkton. Für uns die beste Lage in Angeles City. In der Nähe von allem und toller Service. Das Essen im Restaurant ist das beste, das ich bisher auf den Philippinen hatte! Egal, ob Sie philippinische oder internationale Gerichte wählen. Wir kommen wieder!

Hotel with good location, newly build with spacious rooms. Great gym as well as the infinity pool at the roof deck. The staff were implacable and service minded from all over, not a negative words on the service as such. The poor part and that was really a disaster, was the breakfast, supper to be Filipino style, but this wasn’t even close. The offer was not worthy this midscale newly build hotel.

Ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Restaurantangestellten könnten zwar etwas Kundenservice-Schulung gebrauchen, aber insgesamt ein Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Großer Service. Parkplatz war sehr weit entfernt. Der Pool war schön und der Strand war schön. Das Essen war teuer und nicht wirklich so groß. Es gibt ein kleines Restaurant am Strand. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark! We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area. One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

Ich bin seit 2 Jahren ein regelmäßiger Kunde und mag das Personal und meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Sehr freundlich und immer zu meinen Bedürfnissen zu sehen, da ich ein sehr regelmäßiger Kunde bin und ich hier alle 3 Monate während meines Besuchs bleiben, so dass die meisten alten Mitarbeiter mich kennen. Eines, was ich kürzlich bemerkt habe, ist, dass während der Haushaltung nicht alle wesentlichen Artikel wie Paket Kaffee & Tee, Flaschenwasser und Duscheflüssigkeit nicht wieder gefüllt werden. Hoffentlich gibt es eine Checkliste während der Haushaltung. Das Surestay Hotel ist immer ein sicherer Aufenthalt für mich. Danke.
