Hotels mit WLAN in Samarkand, Usbekistan

Von dem Moment an, als wir ins Geh gingen, wussten wir, dass wir eine gute Entscheidung getroffen haben. Der Besitzer (oder Manager) hat uns zu Hause gefühlt, und wir waren willkommen. Das Hotel ist wunderbar, ein Budget für eine gute Mittellinie. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel, und sehr ästhetisch, mit viel Gedanken in. Das ganze Hotel, vor allem die Küche und der Essensbereich, ist ein kleines Museum mit einigen wirklich interessanten Gegenständen. Die Lage kann nicht besser sein, 15-20 Minuten von der Registan und dem Basar. Die Nachbarschaft (das alte jüdische Gebiet) ist ruhig, mit einem anständigen Gemüsegeschäft in der Nähe. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Stellungnahme, die wir sehr empfehlen.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, aber es scheint in dieser Saison sehr verlassen zu sein. Wir waren die einzigen mit Frühstück, aber das hatte keinen Einfluss auf die Reichhaltigkeit und Köstlichkeit des Frühstücks. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und fragte viele Male nach meinem Aufenthalt.

實在沒有想到這個希爾頓酒店這麼便宜，然後各個方面卻遠遠超出預期。 1，離火車站不是很遠，打車估計就3-4萬鎖母就到了，十多公里。 2，周圍有非常漂亮的人工草坪，還有一條清澈的小河，河邊還有水泥路，可以坐觀光車。幾塊錢人民幣就夠了。 3，再附近還有一個大型的小童遊樂場，費用超級便宜，一個項目就5-10元人民幣的樣子。還有一些街邊小吃。還有晚上的舞蹈等節目看。 4，遊樂場邊上還連結着一個“清真寺”，裏面可以購物，閑逛，然後還有非常棒的飯店吃飯，以當地的烤肉，囊等實物為主。室外的飯廳非常漂亮，漢白玉的柱子底座，精心雕塑的木製大梁直接杵在上面，支起來整個屋頂。這個亭子在河邊，邊上種滿了花草，環境非常優美。最重要的是沒有蚊子！ 5，酒店的自助早餐也非常豐富，美。5歲小孩免費，11歲小孩半票。當然你也可以買自帶早餐的。 6，離那些著名景點也不遠，打車這邊很便宜。 7，酒店挨着還有一個超大型的水上樂園，10-20：00營業。 這個酒店帶娃住和玩，絕絕子。

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. AC truly kept us cool during summer heat. Breakfast buffet had varieties of Uzbek food. Overall, we had a great stay.

Die Lage ist in guter Umgebung, aber etwas abseits der touristischen Attraktionen. Zum Registan läuft man knappe 30 Minuten. Allerdings sind Taxis in Samarkand sehr billig (knapp 1 Dollar vom Hotel zum Registan, 2 Dollar zum Airport). Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers neuwertig, modern und gut. Bequeme Betten, großes TV-Gerät, das Badezimmer klein, aber mit schöner Regendusche. Das Frühstück in Form eines Buffets. Neben lokalen Spezialitäten gab es auch frische Erdbeeren und Melone. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel empfehlen. Negative Aspekte: Beim Check-in wollte man uns zunächst ein Standard-Zimmer ohne Fenster anstatt ein Zimmer der gebuchten, höheren Kategorie geben. Im Zimmer war die Schiebetür der Dusche kaputt und wurde durch einen Vorgang ersetzt. Außerdem funktionierte am kompletten zweiten Abend das Hotel-Internet nicht.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

The hotel is next to historical landmark Shah-i-Zinda necropolis. Registan Square is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute drive away. Taxi drivers need to be given the exact location of the hotel, which is on an uphill road, otherwise they may be dropped off in front of Shah-i-Zinda Cemetery. Hotel room is well equipped and wifi is stable. Staffs are really helpful. Fruits provided for breakfast are juicy.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Sie können die Attraktionen zu Fuß besuchen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Отель достаточно не плохой. Завтрак нормальный, кашу варят) после Самаркандского плова и мант, кашка с утра прям отлично) единственный минус это всё-таки звукоизоляция. В ванной была сломана ручка, мы сами не стали претензии предъявлять, но т.к. убираются каждый день, думаем они знают. Ну и с окон очень дует, если на улице жарко, то думаю это не проблема, мы попали в ноябре, когда было 0 градусов и ветер и прям ощутили. Но в целом отель советуем.
