I stayed at Astoria Tower 2. Location wise it’s good since it’s just a 10min walk to SM Mindpro and Canelar Barter Trade. Amenities needs improvement especially the facilities - room is not that clean especially the CR with visible black molds on the ceiling and vent which is very dangerous to our health. Breakfast is typical. Rice, eggs and 2 other variants. TV is cable, no free water, AC is noisy and wifi is slow. Aside from location, I like that they allow to leave your baggage once you checked out so you can still explore before your flight. Overall it’s good maybe for overnight or short stay but not for long.

Schöner Ort zum Übernachten. In der Nähe des Boulevards und umgeben von Restobars, wenn Sie gerne essen und trinken. Es ist nicht schwierig, Essen zu finden. Das Internet ist gut, aber aufgrund der vielen Benutzer überhaupt nicht.

Nichts Fantasie , nur ein Bett mit Matratzen und zwei Kunststoffsitze .
Wasserdruck sehr niedrig, Glück mit Dusche.
Kein Aufzug zum 3. oder 4. Stock, also passen Sie auf Ihre Knie.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Gwandalan House. We appreciate the prompt arrival of their airport service which allowed us to arrive at the hotel with no hassle at all. The room was very comfortable with nice pillows, warm water and efficient aircon. The breakfast was also good. The plaza and boulevard is also walking distance from the hotel but if you're tired it is also very easy to hail a trike which costs 15-20php per person. Will book this hotel again the next time we visit Dipolog.

The floor is not sticky anymore but the bathroom smells like urine even the first time i entered. But it has improved; maybe because i booked a better type of room.
The breakfast is what is so sad. Taste is not good. I hope they improve the taste and the time. I hope breakfast is open earlier and closes late to accommodate earlier flights.

KkariandreyaI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit.
The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and feel that the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war sicher und komfortabel, obwohl ich etwas verwirrt war über die geschlossene Tür in dem Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren.
Der Klimaanlage war nicht so kalt wie ich erwartete, aber es war noch steuerbar. Der Duschewasserdruck war ziemlich niedrig, und es war kein warmes Wasser verfügbar, aber wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts steuern.
Was das Frühstück betrifft, war ich auf ein englisch-irisches Frühstück wie angekündigt, aber es erschien stattdessen ein filipino-Frühstück. Aber das Essen war noch gut.
Eine Verbesserung wäre die Ergänzung eines Smart-TV oder die Bereitstellung von Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix, damit die Gäste ihre Abende mehr genießen können, vor allem in der Nacht.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Trotz einiger kleiner Fragen war die Erfahrung gut, und wir schätzen die Gastfreundschaft, die wir angeboten haben.
