Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet sehr bequem und leicht zugänglich. Es gibt viele beliebte Lebensmittelketten und Restaurants in der Nähe, so dass das Finden von etwas zu essen nie ein Problem war. Das Hotel ist sicherlich das Geld wert. Der Preis entspricht der Qualität, und insgesamt bietet es einen großen Wert für das, was Sie zahlen. Ich würde gerne hier nochmal bleiben und empfehlen, es jedem zu empfehlen, einen guten und vernünftig bezahlten Aufenthaltsort zu suchen.

Great stay at LOTTE Hotel Yangon. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful lake view. Staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was very good with many choices. Peaceful location and true 5-star service. Highly recommended.

Ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt im Park Royal – Komfort, Küche & Klasse Wow! Park Royal ist perfekt für Reisende, direkt im Herzen der Stadt, aber wunderbar ruhig über den ganzen Tag. Von dem Moment an war die Erfahrung schmecklos. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos und effizient, und das Personal war außergewöhnlich warm, willkommen und polit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut gepflegt und ohne Spott sauber, bieten nach einem langen Tag einen großen Komfort. Der Schwerpunkt meines Aufenthalts war das fantastische Weihnachtsbuffet, und ich kann sicher sagen, dass Park Royal einen der besten Frühstücksangebote in der Stadt delicious, frisch und schön präsentiert. Ein zusätzlicher Bonus war die Wiederaufnahme des Clubs in den gleichen Räumlichkeiten ab dem 31. Dezember. Als Park Royal Gäste wurde mir ein Komplimentaren Eintritt angeboten, was die Erfahrung noch besonderer machte. Mit allem in der Nähe, ausgezeichneter Gastfreundschaft und einer ruhigen Atmosphäre, Park Royal ist wirklich heraus. Ich werde sicherlich wieder besuchen, um diese wunderschönen Erinnerungen zu erholen.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s formerly known as Rosewood Yangon and now reopened for 8 months. Everything is excellent, very friendly, patient and helpful staff, extraordinary service. The hotel’s history dates back to 1927 so it’s absolutely a historical building. The decoration is very exquisite, breakfast is tasty and there are many choices. The location is also good and safe, very near to Sule Plaza, General Post Office and British Embassy. On terrace you can see the river view. I want to especially express my gratitude to Vanessa and Swar, they provided me with a lot of detailed information so I can know more about this hotel, this city and this country. Please make sure they can receive this feedback and my appreciation! Meanwhile, the front desk Moo Thaw, Luca showed me the hospitality. Next time I come to Yangon, I would consider choosing this hotel again, and also I will recommend it to my friends. Hope you can keep this level 😃

Everything was excellent, especially the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. However, I did experience some disappointment regarding the Level Club upgrade. During check-in, the front desk staff strongly encouraged me to upgrade to a Level Club room for an additional USD 40 per day. I was informed that the Level Club was open until 11:00 PM. However, when I visited the Level Club on Level 24, I was told that snacks and drinks were only available until 8:30 PM. After that time, drinks had to be purchased à la carte. I ended up paying USD 6.80 for two cans of Coke. This was quite different from other hotel club privileges I have experienced, where lounges typically operate until midnight and offer complimentary drinks throughout the opening hours without additional charges. The most disappointing experience occurred the following day when I returned to the Level Club and found it completely empty with no staff present. After calling reception, I was informed that the lounge was closed and that I could instead collect snacks from the Level 1 Lounge, which is located in a public area. There was no prior notice given to club guests about this change, and I only found out after making the call. In total, I spent USD 126.80 on the upgrade but was unable to fully enjoy the exclusive privacy and all-inclusive food and beverage benefits that were expected. Unfortunately, this made the upgrade feel not worthwhile. In the future, I would not choose to upgrade again under similar circumstances. I sincerely hope Melia ensures that facilities are fully available before promoting such upgrades to guests. Aside from this issue, the rest of my stay was excellent. The staff’s welcoming demeanor, professionalism, and overall service standards were truly commendable.

It is the best hotel, bedding, decorations, everything looks luxurious, new, clean, quiet, very comfortable sleep, I recommend this hotel, 5 6 stars in Yangon, in many places I have been here, I give the best.

Excellent room with classic furniture and super-cleanliness, couteous and welcoming clerks, the breakfast quality is superb, the location is nearby General Aung San park on the northern side of Kandawgyi lake. But the entrance is high up on the slope and very hard to reach without taxi or car.
