Ein sehr sauberes Hotel,sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal und ruhiges Ambiente.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder,wenn wir in Tuguegarao sind.

Das Hotelzimmer war einfach, aber sauber, ruhig, nur mit Wasser und keine Kessel. Für ein Hotel auf der billigeren Seite erfüllt es mehr oder weniger meine Erwartungen. Ein Geschäft und ein Einkaufszentrum sind in der Nähe. Das Personal hat mir einen zusätzlichen Flughafenshuttle betrieben, der sehr geschätzt wurde, da Grab Service nicht verfügbar ist, und das Einkaufen eines Taxis in dieser kleinen entfernten Stadt ist bescheiden. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich hatte, war die laute Klimaanlage. Ich habe beschlossen, sie einfach aus zu halten, um einen guten Nachtschlaf zu bekommen, aber das könnte nicht eine Option für eine heiße und feuchte Nacht sein.

This is my second time staying here, and I’m just as satisfied as before. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the bed is super comfortable, and the place is definitely worth the money. It can be a bit noisy since it’s near the highway, but that’s understandable and didn’t affect my stay. I’ll gladly come back again!

15 Minuten Fahrt vom Zentrum entfernt, aber für diejenigen, die nach Ruhe sind, ist die Lage des Hotels eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und freundlich. Außer für das Wetter, das sehr unvorhersehbar ist, war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

Services are good, the staff are very nice. Though the food is a little bit salty. But overall it's good 😊

Ich erwartete ein Queensize-Bett, weil das ist, was ich reserviert habe, aber die Größe des Bettes ist wie ein Doppelbett nicht Königin. Das Zimmer ist klein nur für seinen Preis, die Mitarbeiter sind nett und unterkünftig. Auch die Wächter im Restaurant sind freundlich. Was ich am meisten gefallen ist, dass sie einen kostenlosen Shuttle haben und Sie am Flughafen verlassen, nur an der Frontdesk fragen.

This is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice. However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change. Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch. All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.

Haben Sie hier einen großen Aufenthalt. Ich muss sagen, das ist das weitestmöglich beste Hotel in Tuguegarao für mich! Personal war freundlich und auf unsere Bedürfnisse reagiert. Zimmer war ein bisschen klein, aber der Raum ist hell, sauber und gefroren. Das Badezimmer war überraschend geräumig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotelbads in der Stadt. Es gibt einen Smart-TV, das Sie den ganzen Tag genießen können plus es ist abonniert Netflix. Es gibt auch Speisen und Minikühlschrank im Zimmer, so dass das Essen kein Problem wäre. Die Lage ist direkt entlang der Autobahn, kann aber kaum besonders nachts bemerkt werden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wert für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben. Wir werden sicherlich in unseren künftigen Reisen nach Tuguegarao bleiben.

Nice hotel on a lovely quiet location right by the sea. It was easy enough to get around and the hotel helped us with this.
