Habe beim check in ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Toller, großer Pool und ein sehr guter Fitnessraum. Die Reinigungskräfte leisten sehr gute Arbeit; alles sehr sauber einschließlich Zimmerreinigung. Sehr gut riechende Hand/Badetücher. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb, das ist aber nicht tragisch, da man im sehr weitläufigen Kep eh auf ein Tuk Tuk oder geliehenen Motorroller angewiesen ist.

LLiAnn ChongWir haben so viel von Veranda gehört, und es war nicht enttäuscht! Es ist gut gepflegt, aktualisiert und geräumige Zimmer, aufmerksames Personal und erstaunliche Aussichten vom Pool und Restaurant, gemacht für einen erinnerebaren Besuch!

FFrench guestValuable hotel with wonderful pool, great enough to swim. The location is a bit far but this is not specific to the hotel. Kep city is fragmentated and the city centre is not really si far.
The staff us very nice, rooms are big and modern. I would suggest to add light above the sink in the bathroom and above the desk in the bedroom.

DDean Toone2nd time of staying at this hotel and a bit of a let down this time. Not sure if new management but everything is run on a very tight budget. The reviews look good but for a hotel that's been open since 2020 and it to have less than 10 reviews that speaks for itself. My last review was not there either so looks like previous ones have been wipped.
Breakfast was included in the price, but choice was very poor. Its either noodles or eggs and toast. That's it. They don't have a fully stock bar to relax in after a long day like it boasts. They do not have any spirits and don't even have any beer. All they have is red wine, and they will only sell you it by the bottle.
Staff are nice pool was nice and room was clean but its a good 2 star at best and certainly not worth the price charge.
To the hotel, suggest you amend your write-up of the hotel as its now misleading on so many fronts.
Sorry, it's not like me to give a negative review but you have a long way to go to be worthy of a better one.

GGastnutzerKnai Bang Chatt was truly impressive. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history. Although the property has been around for many years, it has been very well maintained, with so much care and character in every corner.
The staff were excellent and made the stay even more memorable.
From the first day, they kindly showed us around the resort, explained its history, and assisted us with everything we needed. Even late at night, they still made sure to escort us safely back to our room, which was very thoughtful.
Although the resort is not directly on the beach, staying here felt like being in a quiet, private world away from everything. The atmosphere was calm, charming, and deeply relaxing.
I would highly recommend Knai Bang Chatt to anyone visiting Kep. It is the kind of place everyone should experience at least once.

GGastnutzerSaravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

LL EFWir waren sehr gut willkommen und sehr leicht geprüft. Der Bungalow war ziemlich geräumig, ein wenig heiß, aber wir hatten einen mobilen Fan, das war einfach genug. Wir waren gerade vor dem Schwimmbad, das sogar in der Nacht zugänglich war, so dass wir einen letzten Tauch zu erfrischten, bevor wir zum Bett gehen. Die Vegetation zwischen den Bungalows wurde für eine schöne und entspannende Atmosphäre gemacht.

JJura thé bratI cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience.
If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well.
Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.
