The hotel is decent, but primarily caters to guests from China. That said, the staff also understand Russian and English. The main sights are a bit far from the hotel, but taxis are cheap and quick. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and ready to help. P.S. The promised fruit basket (as a benefit from Trip) is not provided.

Hallo, das Hotel war okay, aber ich bin um Mitternacht zu spät angekommen und sie haben nicht den Service der Concierge, niemand half mir, meine Sachen zu bringen, als ich einen Wanderer mit Baby und großem Gepäck hatte . So war ein bisschen enttäuscht über den Service und erwartete mehr für dieses Hotelniveau. Das Frühstück war ok. Es war genug Dinge, um zu wählen und zu essen.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

Vor einigen Monaten blieben wir im Urban Hotel Bishkek und hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel selbst war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Alles war von dem Moment an einfach und angenehm. Es fühlte sich wirklich so, als hätten wir mehr als das, was wir bezahlt haben. Was aber wirklich herauskam, war das Teams außergewöhnliche Engagement für den Kundendienst. Am Abreisetag mussten wir etwa eine Stunde vor dem Frühstücksdienst normalerweise beginnen. Wir fragten, ob es möglich sein könnte, etwas kleines zu nehmen, um mit uns zu nehmen. Anstatt einfach zuzustimmen, ging das Personal weit über unsere Erwartungen hinaus. Sie boten sich sehr nett an, den Koch zu bitten, früher für uns das Frühstück zu bereiten, damit wir uns vor dem Abreisen ein richtiges Frühstück genießen können. Es war so ein bedenkliches Geste und wir fühlten uns wirklich aufpassen. Vielen Dank an das Team im Urban Hotel Bishkek für ihre Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Es hat uns einen dauerhaften Eindruck hinterlassen und war eine wunderbare Reflexion über die Wärme, die wir in diesem wunderbaren Land erlebt haben.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut, praktisch im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe, in dem wir zweimal gegessen haben, und es war relativ sauber. Ich werde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen.

Neben dem Sophite Hotel können Sie auch die Geschäftsreise gehen, die Reise ist bequem, das Land ist immerhin so groß und es gibt ein Essen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, es wurde zweimal gelebt, das Hotel ist sehr nervös, im Voraus reserviert und das letzte Mal die Straße repariert.
