Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel. Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.

Die Lage ist unglaublich praktisch; direkt im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, sodass Sie sich auch spät abends keine Gedanken um Lebensmittel, Wasser oder Snacks machen müssen. Auch die Umgebung lässt sich von hier aus sehr gut erkunden. Der kleine Garten ist einfach bezaubernd. Er ist liebevoll gepflegt, Rasen und Bäume sind makellos sauber. Tagsüber können Sie unter dem Sonnenschirm sitzen und die Aussicht genießen, und abends sorgt die Beleuchtung für eine wunderbare Atmosphäre – ruhig, friedlich und unglaublich gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist hell und sauber mit viel Tageslicht, und das Bett ist weich und bequem. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Leider gab es weder Shampoo noch Spülung, Bademäntel oder einen Zimmersafe, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Es liegt in der Nähe des Basars und nur wenige Gehminuten vom pulsierenden Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Betten sind komfortabel. In der Ferne bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf die Berge.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

Insgesamt ist es sehr sauber und der Service ist gut, aber das Zimmer ist etwas klein, das Badezimmer ist nicht gut gestaltet und das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich mit viel Auswahl. Als Reisende habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und freundlich. Im Hotelzimmer war es etwas laut durch Ventilatoren von außen, aber ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele Cafés. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
