Das Zimmer ist sehr antiken, sehr historisch. Es wurde renoviert und das Restaurationsgefühl beibehalten, während die Ausstattung sehr gut ist. Die Reinigenden schmieden sehr schnell und sorgfältig und nach dem Frühstück wiederherstellen. Das Frühstück ist OK. Die Umgebung ist sehr komfortabel und kostenlos für uns die Erweiterung des guten Blickfelds. Obwohl es sich bei dieser Reise um einen Geschäftsreise handelt, ist es immer noch sehr bequem und die schöne Landschaft hat uns geheilt. Der Rezeption-Servicepersonal ist sehr bescheiden und es ist alles in Ordnung, uns zu rufen, damit es gut geht. Es gibt ein Restaurant unten, und es ist sehr zu bedauern, dass es dieses Mal nicht versucht hat. Sehr zufrieden

Da wir von Rom aus an Bord des Schiffes gehen, ist es bequemer, am Flughafen zu übernachten. Das Executive-Zimmer ist groß und mehr als ausreichend für drei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Aber es ist wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Executive-Zimmer, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Die Lounge bietet wenig Service, ist sehr klein, hat oft begrenzte Zeitlimits und es gibt nicht viele verschiedene Abendsnacks. Es gab keine Snacks im Zimmer und selbst Wasserflaschen mussten telefonisch bestellt werden. Wenn man aber in drei großen Wohnungen und einer kleinen Wohnung wohnen kann, ist der Preis von mehr als 50 Quadratmetern nicht schlecht.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und komfortabel von Pontina zu erreichen. 10 Minuten vom Zentrum von Pomezia. Wir sind nach 23 Uhr gekommen und wir wussten nicht, dass er nach dieser Stunde mit einem Code eintritt. Glücklicherweise gab es eine Telefonnummer x Hilfe, die uns das Problem gelöst hat

Die Lage des Hotel Impero in Rom war der Hauptgrund, warum ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe. Ich hatte ein 17 m² großes Zimmer im vierten Stock gebucht und es hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Hotel ist sauber und klassisch, aber die Einrichtung ist alt, und die Luft kann nach der Reinigung etwas abgestanden oder zu stark riechen. Es gibt Hausschuhe und grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten. Die Rezeption und das Personal sind im Allgemeinen freundlich, und Gepäck kann nach der Nichteinhaltung der Check-out-Richtlinie aufbewahrt werden. Viele Restaurants und ein Mini-Supermarkt befinden sich in derselben Straße, sodass man bequem Essen und Getränke bekommt.

Ein komfortables und sauberes Hotelerlebnis. Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, und alle Einwegartikel, inklusive Hausschuhe, waren vorhanden. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel bietet außerdem eine Gepäckaufbewahrung, was für unsere Reise am letzten Tag in Rom sehr praktisch war. In der Lobby gibt es an jedem Sitzplatz eine Steckdose. Nach unseren Aktivitäten, bevor wir zum Bahnhof fuhren, konnten wir dort schnell etwas aufladen. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Bequemes Bett, sauberes und modernes Hotel. Wenn Sie in der Nähe des Flughafens FCO übernachten möchten, ist dies möglicherweise die beste Option. Tipps: 1. Wenn Sie zwischen 4 Uhr morgens und 22 Uhr abends ankommen/abreisen, ist es besser, den Flughafen-Shuttle zu nutzen (6 € pro Person). Ansonsten ist das Taxi die einzige Möglichkeit, das Hotel zu erreichen. 2. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Bahnhof. Sie können mit dem Zug die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms besuchen. 3. Das Einkaufszentrum WOW Side neben dem Hotel ist ein großartiger Ort zum Einkaufen und Essen.

ZZadquielInsgesamt ziemlich gut, ein bisschen weit vom Zentrum entfernt, obwohl es gut angebunden ist. Das wirklich Negative ist, wie schlecht die Straße bis zur Spitze des Hügels angebunden ist, auf dem es liegt. Der Service und die Sauberkeit waren eher durchschnittlich und das Frühstück war recht einfach und hätte viel abwechslungsreicher sein können.

ZZhaoyikuErstens ist die Lage nach dem Verlassen des Bahnhofs etwas mehr als 100 Meter entfernt. Es ist ruhig mitten im Trubel, sodass es nachts nicht laut ist. Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen kleinen Raum, in dem Sie Ihr Gepäck aufbewahren können. Die Aufbewahrung liegt jedoch in Ihrem Ermessen. Wenn Sie Bedenken haben, können Sie ein Kettenschloss mitbringen und Ihr Gepäck im Regal abschließen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, es gibt nur Brot, Schinken, Milch, Kaffee und es gibt nur sehr wenige Sorten. Was ich bemängeln muss, ist, dass das Zimmer wirklich klein ist, kleiner als ein japanisches Hotelzimmer. Es gibt keinen Platz im Zimmer, um einen Koffer zu öffnen und ihn herauszunehmen. Die Einrichtungen sind relativ alt, der Klimatraktor macht Lärm und das Wasser hört nach der Toilettenspülung nicht auf. Es hört sich an, als würde man die ganze Nacht am Fluss schlafen. Aber es ist wirklich praktisch, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs zu wohnen. Es scheint, dass es in der Nähe solche Hotels gibt, aber der Preis ist relativ günstig, das ist alles.

Das Bett ist sehr klein, die Fotos des Zimmers sind sehr irreführend und die Ausstattung entspricht in etwa dem Niveau inländischer Home Inns vor 2010. Ich habe es wirklich bereut, sobald ich hereinkam. . Der Toilettenschalter im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht richtig. Das einzig Gute war, dass es aus der Dusche im Badezimmer reichlich Wasser gab. . Würde es nicht noch einmal wählen, ist nicht mein Fall.

Obwohl wir in der extrem heißen Sommersaison unterwegs waren, war die Klimaanlage schwach und das Zimmer war alles andere als kühl und komfortabel. Auch in der Dusche gab es keine Trennwand, daher war die Nutzung für Japaner zu unbequem.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

KktkarDie Gesundheit und die Umwelt sind okay, die geografische Lage ist sehr gut. Das Gebäude ist ein Lizenzpool, neben dem Präsidentenhaus, und 10 Minuten zu Fuß können Sie die berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten Spaniens, Venedigs, Wan-Sheikh und andere erreichen, und es gibt mehrere Wege (zu Süden), viele Restaurants sind sehr kostengünstig. Die Frühstückssortiment ist auch reichhaltig, der Service ist immer noch möglich. Der Nachteil ist, dass Trip.com-Bestellungen zeigen, dass ich eine 24-euro-Stadtsteuer zahlen muss, aber das Hotel hat 36-euros abgeschlossen, und ich bin froh, dass Trip.com mir zuerst geholfen hat; Außerdem ist das Hotel im Allgemeinen isoliert, die anderen Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber für Länder wie Italien, die mehr alte Gebäude haben, kann man auch verstehen.

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home. This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date. After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel. It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us. Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference. Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for. As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise. Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

GGastnutzerWalls in our room were dirty and dusty. Mold in the bathroom and around our window. A/C controlled by front desk, so you have to call for them to turn it off and on, kind of annoying. Entrance to the museum of Vatican is across the street, so too many people in front of the hotel all the time. Noise in the morning from other guests and house keeping can get loud. Worst part is check out at 10am. Definitely not staying there again.
